Jurnal Sutasoma merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Tabanan (UNTAB) Bali. Jurnal Sutasoma merupakan wadah publikasi hasil kegiatan Penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh peneliti di Indonesia. Jurnal Sutasoma diterbitkan pertama kali pada Desember tahun 2022. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian di bidang science teknologi dan sosial humanioria khususnya dalam bidang pembangunan nasional. Jurnal Sutasoma terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Desember dan Juni. Tujuan dari publikasi Jurnal ini adalah untuk memberikan ruang mempublikasikan pemikiran kritis hasil penelitian orisinal, maupun gagasan konseptual dari para akademisi, peneliti, maupun praktisi yang belum pernah dipublikasikan pada media lainnya. Artikel yang kami terima selanjutnya akan melewati proses review oleh reviewer kami hingga dinyatakan layak untuk dipublikasikan. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has a serious impact on the tourism industry throughout the world, including on Bali which is known as a major tourist destination. Juridical identification of vehicle rental regulations is important in post-pandemic tourism recovery efforts. This article aims to analyze legal framework regarding vehicle rental for foreign tourists in Bali, with a focus on aspects such as licensing, consumer protection, and the obligations of renters and service providers. Even though Bali has relaxed some tourist travel restrictions, new challenges have emerged regarding arranging vehicle rentals that are safe and in accordance with health protocols. It is necessary to pay attention to whether the existing regulations are sufficient to accommodate new post-pandemic needs. In addition, important to identify opportunities or obstacles that the vehicle rental industry may face in adapting. An in-depth understanding of the applicable legal framework can provide guidance for vehicle rental service providers and related agencies to take appropriate steps to facilitate tourism recovery in Bali. By ensuring compliance with legal regulations, as well as paying attention to health and safety needs, it is hoped that the vehicle rental industry can become one of the driving forces for tourism recovery in Bali after the pandemic.

Abstract

Legal relations in Civil Law give rise to legal protection for the parties based on applicable law. Civil law is a set of norms that regulate human relations between the parties themselves and with humans who have an interest in them. Humans have the right to marriage which is reflected in the Civil Code, the 1945 Constitution, and the other Law concerning about Marriage. With the issuance of statutory regulations governing marriage is a manifestation The state pays attention to legal relations, especially marriage, the problem is how to implement mixed marriages in a norm in order to realize legal objectives such as providing justice, legal certainty and benefits. Type of normative legal research, using normative case studies in the form of legal behavior products. The main point of the study is that law is conceptualized as a norm that applies in society and becomes a reference for everyone's behavior. The conclusion of the discussion in this article is that mixed marriages between Indonesian citizens and foreign citizens are permitted and legal according to the laws in force in Indonesia regarding the citizenship status of husband and wife being able to maintain their citizenship.
