Jurnal Sutasoma merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Tabanan (UNTAB) Bali. Jurnal Sutasoma merupakan wadah publikasi hasil kegiatan Penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh peneliti di Indonesia. Jurnal Sutasoma diterbitkan pertama kali pada Desember tahun 2022. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian di bidang science teknologi dan sosial humanioria khususnya dalam bidang pembangunan nasional. Jurnal Sutasoma terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Desember dan Juni. Tujuan dari publikasi Jurnal ini adalah untuk memberikan ruang mempublikasikan pemikiran kritis hasil penelitian orisinal, maupun gagasan konseptual dari para akademisi, peneliti, maupun praktisi yang belum pernah dipublikasikan pada media lainnya. Artikel yang kami terima selanjutnya akan melewati proses review oleh reviewer kami hingga dinyatakan layak untuk dipublikasikan. Abstract

The Importance of Education as a strategy to shape a quality generation through the enhancement of awareness and legal compliance to create a safe and prosperous society. The main focus of this research is to explore qualitative descriptive education methods as an effective analytical tool in understanding and describing the role of education in shaping individuals who are morally and legally responsible. The method used in this writing is a qualitative descriptive approach through a review of literature sources such as journals and relevant articles. Research findings indicate that the integration of awareness and legal compliance in education can have a positive impact on the moral attitudes and behavior of participants. The crucial role of educators in creating a supportive learning environment that inspires the development of character is also a major highlight in this article. The article details the importance of education in awareness and legal compliance, the Model of Education in Awareness and Legal Compliance, and the goals and implementation of legal awareness education. This article serves as a guide for education practitioners, policymakers, and researchers to better understand effective ways to shape a quality generation through holistic and sustainable educational efforts

Abstract

The development of the times makes a business develop rapidly by using various kinds of marketing and one of them is Multi Level Marketing or what is usually interpreted as multi-level marketing or multi-level marketing. Most companies consider that Multi Level Marketing can bring profits if this system is implemented in them. However, as time progressed, Indonesian society perceived Multi Level Marketing as a business that could be detrimental to its members and this perception gave birth to the anti-MLM movement. And the results of this research explain that the public stigma that gave birth to the anti-MLM movement was due to the emergence of Money Game companies masquerading as Multi-Level Marketing companies. For this reason, the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council no. 75 of 2009 exists as a guideline for the Indonesian people, the majority of whom follow the Islamic religion, to be able to differentiate between the provisions for implementing Sharia Multi Level Marketing and the Money Game. And the method used in this research is by using a literature method taken through previous research and then analyzed using MUI Fatwa No. 75 of 2009.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a long-term business strategy aimed at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Through the effective implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer satisfaction can be enhanced. This research aims to evaluate the utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Sabana Laundry business with the objective of improving customer satisfaction. The respondents in this study are customers of Sabana Laundry, selected through purposive sampling method. Data analysis is conducted using qualitative analysis methods. This approach involves in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and customers of Sabana Laundry, direct observation of operational processes, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction levels. Therefore, it can be concluded that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) holds substantial potential for enhancing customer satisfaction in the context of Sabana Laundry business.

Abstract

His study aims to examine the level of public understanding of criminal acts in the form of Hate Speech and Hoax which are regulated in the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE). The development of information technology and the internet has had a significant impact on the way people communicate and interact. However, the use of this technology has also created new problems, such as the rise of hate speech and hoaxes on online platforms. This study uses a survey method with questionnaires distributed to respondents randomly in several areas that represent the diversity of society. The questions in the questionnaire focused on people's understanding of the concept of Hate Speech and Hoax in accordance with the ITE Law, the impact of the spread of Hate Speech and Hoax, as well as knowledge of related legal sanctions.

Abstract

Sari Buah Trading Company (PD.) is a supplier of various fruits to several supermarkets, with one of its main commodities being Gedong Gincu mangoes. This study aims to describe the overall supply chain and evaluate its supply chain management performance at Sari Buah Trading Company. A case study method was employed, collecting data from January to December 2019. The research utilized the Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN) method for descriptive supply chain depiction and the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) method to evaluate management performance across all entities involved. Respondents included individuals engaged in the supply chain, including partner farmers, Sari Buah Trading Company, and retail partners. The findings indicate that the Gedong Gincu mango supply chain at Sari Buah Trading Company operates effectively. Although supply chain management performance across all levels is generally satisfactory, there exists a gap-parity condition in reliability attributes, necessitating performance improvements in this area.

Abstract

Human life depends on work as it brings self-actualization to families, societies, and nations. Increasing the Open Unemployment Rate (OPR) is an employment problem. Statistically speaking, regression analysis is a tool for discovering how one or more variables (the predictors) affect another (the response variables). For this TPT case study in Central Java, researchers looked into the nonpatometric regression model of spline reduced using the UBR and GCV approaches for knot selection. The results demonstrated that the GCV model produced MSE values of 1.381e-01 and R2 of 95.69%, while the UBR model generated MSE value of 1.380e-01, and R2.

Abstract

One factor that might affect poverty levels is education. For a country, combating poverty is not an easy or straightforward task. In this study, the illiteracy rate is used as a measure of education. Also, West Nusa Tenggara Province has seen a general decline in the illiteracy rate within the last five years. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between poverty and illiteracy in West Nusa Tenggara province in the year 2022. The illiteracy rate and percentage of the impoverished population are the variables used in this study, which draws data from the Central Statistics Agency of West Nusa Tenggara Province. According to the study's findings, illiteracy affects the poverty rate by 26%, while other variables account for the remaining 74%. A 0.469-unit increase in the poverty rate occurs for every 1-unit rise in the illiteracy rate.

Abstract

One innovation that can be done to increase people's interest in reading is by utilizing technology, namely by creating a digital reading room information system. This system was designed using Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Table Structure, and Interface Design. The programming language uses HTML, PHP, CSS, Laravel Framework and Laravel Admin as its framework. The system built has the function of managing book and user data and has the main function of making it easier to read books in the Mengwi Village library. The black box testing results show valid results from 23 test items from 3 existing user accesses. The results of the SUS questionnaire gave a score of 82.75, which is classified as Acceptable, has Grade B and is Excellent. Users feel they can accept the system and get a grade on the B scale with a good adjective rating. In future, features can be developed that can make it easier for users to read books and share the books they own, and the system can also be implemented into a mobile application.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 has been felt since March 2020 with restrictions on activities involving large groups of people. One of the activities that have been quite impacted by Covid-19 is the implementation of student Final Project activities, starting from the guidance process, administrative completeness and exams. The solution currently being carried out is that activities are carried out online using the Whatsapp platform and then manually recap the incoming data. This is certainly less efficient for its administrative management. Monitoring the progress of a student's final project by the Study Program, Faculty or University is also difficult to do. So it is necessary to develop a platform that can process student final project data management such as administrative data, final project progress and final project exams. Requirements specifications in the system built, are modeled using Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The implementation process of the application that is built is broken down into 2, namely web-based pages using the Laravel Framework and application-based using the Flutter framework. Code implementation is carried out on the Flutter framework, resulting in mobile-based applications and web-based applications. Flutter for the web uses Dart2js to compile Flutter code into Javascript. So it will be able to run on a web browser. Testing the functionality of each user's access to the system has been carried out properly using the blackbox testing method with results that are in line with expectations.

Abstract

ITB STIKOM Bali Community Jimbaran Campus is a forum for students to channel their talents and interests. Each Community has one coordinator who functions to manage members from each community. To facilitate the work of each coordinator in managing member data, activities and events, good management is needed. Management is a process in which a person can manage everything that is done by individuals or groups. The purpose of this research is to build a Web-Based Community Management Information System that can manage member data, activities and events from each community and make it easier for students to find information about the communities they participate in. In designing and building this system, the author uses the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework. The design method used is the waterfall method starting from the system analysis stage and system design. The results obtained after doing blackbox testing on the system that has been made show that the functional system is running well. The results of the questionnaire from the user side of the Web-Based Community Management Information System get a percentage of a total of 86% which is categorized as "Very Good" with a total average value of 4.3 which means very good in implementing the system from 36 respondents' answers, while in terms of The admin on the Web-Based Community Management Information System gets a percentage of 79% in total which is categorized as "Good" with a total average value of 3.95 which means good in implementing the system from 10 respondents' answers.
