Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of optimal implementation of Community Empowerment in Karangkamiri Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency, as well as the leadership of the village head in implementing community empowerment in Karangkamiri Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency. The role of a leader is very necessary in setting goals, allocating scarce resources, focusing training on organizational goals, coordinating changes that occur, building interpersonal contact with followers, and determining the right or best direction if failure occurs. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The qualitative method is a research method based on the philosophy of postpotivism, used to research the conditions of natural objects, as opposed to experiments where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out in a triangulated/combined manner, data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the research results are qualitative. emphasizes meaning rather than generalization. This research aims to determine the level of success of the village head's leadership as the leader of the village government in implementing community empowerment. Based on research results, the Village Head's Leadership in Implementing Community Empowerment in Karangkamiri Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency has generally not been implemented optimally because there are obstacles, such as: Lack of utilization of existing potential resulting in a lack of harmony and balance for community empowerment in Karangkamiri Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency. , Lack of adequate budget provision to carry out community empowerment, this is hampered by budget arrangements so that it influences the implementation of community empowerment, Lack of communicators to increase knowledge and skills in community empowerment activities so that people are not creative, for example there is a lack of socialization and counseling in all areas of empowerment on an ongoing basis. routinely to the community

Abstract

Environmental conservation is a process or method of protection from damage and destruction that is carried out to maintain and protect nature and its components, as well as maintaining the balance of the ecosystem. The government has an important role in this effort through establishing policies that support environmental conservation, maintaining ecosystem balance, and ensuring the sustainability of natural resources. One focus of government policy is forest protection, where deforestation and illegal logging are considered serious problems. Forest rehabilitation programs and reforestation campaigns are integral strategies in maintaining forest sustainability. The government also implemented several policies, including Law no. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management and Law no. 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, to overcome the negative impact of human activities on the environment. The government's role also includes implementing strict environmental regulations, especially in the industrial sector, with the aim of controlling and limiting the environmental impacts of economic activities and imposing sanctions on violators. Improving legal instruments, such as Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, is one of the government's efforts to update environmental regulations. The success of environmental conservation also depends on the effectiveness of environmental institutions, which is reflected in the performance of government agencies, legal instruments and statutory regulations. The formation of this institution is an effort to preserve the environment through various programs run by the government.

Abstract

In the context of leadership styles , emphasis is placed on the importance of leaders having a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and choosing an appropriate leadership style. The article outlines that a democratic leadership style , by involving subordinates in decision making, can reduce resistance to change and create a greater sense of ownership among subordinates. This article discusses the use of secondary data, especially from scientific articles, as a source of information to strengthen arguments and findings in research. Secondary data includes research results, analysis, or findings that have been published by researchers or experts in related fields. The author emphasizes that the use of secondary data can provide a strong empirical basis, increase credibility, and support arguments or hypotheses in the article. Next, this article investigates various leadership styles and their impact on influence, motivation, and direction on team members. Each leadership style has advantages and disadvantages, with the caveat that leaders must choose a style that suits their bureaucratic context. Leaders are faced with opportunities to use leadership styles that can bring positive change, overcome bureaucratic pathologies, and improve organizational performance. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal improvement in the service process which is thought to be due to the performance of the Wonoharjo Village Officials, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency which is still not optimal, such as the low level of discipline of village officials, the village officials not being optimal in carrying out work quickly, precisely and deftly and the low level of knowledge possessed by village officials. in carrying out services, lack communication skills and are less open to suggestions and criticism of their work. The formulation of the problem is 1) How is the performance of village officials in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency?, 2) What is the quality of public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency? and 3) How much big influence performance village officials to quality services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency?. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 100 people. In this research, researchers used quantitative data analysis techniques such as determining ranges, determining assessment categories, percentages, coefficient analysis, determination correlation and t test. The research results show that: 1) Performance of Village Officials in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency has been implemented quite well, 2) The quality of public services in villages in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency has been implemented quite well, 3) There is an influence of the performance of village officials on improving the quality of public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency by 34.59% . From the results of the hypothesis test, it was obtained that the t count was 7.1999 > from the t table of 1.66055 so that the hypothesis that the author put forward was that there was an influence on the performance of village officials on improving the quality of public services at the Wonoharjo Village office, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency, which could be accepted and had its validity tested.

Abstract

Medsos adalah wadah komunikasi utama yang sangat signifikan bagi masyarakat untuk menyampaikan pendapat, berinteraksi, mendapatkan, menyebarkan informasi dan berinteraksi dengan berbagai pihak di jaman globalisasi dan berkembangnya TI dengan cepat terutama menjelang Pemilu. Pemilu sebagai sarana demokrasi memerlukan partisipasi aktif dan cerdas dari masyarakat. Pertentangan diantara masyarakat pendukung yang mengakibatkan timbulnya perseteruan yang diakibatkan adanya beda pendapat dan pilihan di masyarakat. Artikel ilmiah disusun dengan tujuan mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai Sila ke-2 Pancasila dalam bersikap di medsos menjelang pemilu. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif merujuk teori sesuai dengan topik. Sumber data menggunakan studi literatur, data yang diperoleh diproses dengan analisis teori dan hasil temuan peneliti terdahulu melalui proses penelusuran dengan mengumpulkan data dari informan yang sesuai penelitian, data diseleksi, dan sintesis informasi untuk mendapatkan data yang lengkap guna memperoleh kesimpulan akurat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan implementasi sila ke 2 Pancasila diterapkan secara konkret dalam perilaku online, dengan menciptakan suasana dialog yang sehat, menghargai perbedaan pendapat, menghindari konflik yang tidak produktif dengan mengangkat rasa kemanusiaan yang memiliki adap dan sebanding, berlaku sama, bersikap hormat dalam perbedaan dengan berperilaku adab dan menjaga etika sopan dalam bertingkah laku di medsos. Implementasi nilai Pancasila pada platform medsos diharapkan dapat membentuk partisipasi aktif masyarakat yang cerdas dan bertanggung jawab dalam proses demokrasi, menjaga keutuhan bangsa, dan menciptakan pemilu yang bermartabat

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to look at the role and influence of Social Media on the 2024 Election. This theme was taken because currently Indonesia is heading towards the 2024 Election and we are in a generation where life is greatly influenced by Social Media. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques by means of interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that there are roles of social media in young people's participation in political developments in Indonesia, as well as the influence of social media on the 2024 election. Future research can expand the scope of data collection not only in the surrounding environment but within a larger environmental scope. The results of this research are that social media greatly influences the level of election participation, both directly and indirectly. In general, social media has become a wide-scale place to invite the public to assess how worthy the candidates in the election are to be elected, so even before the campaign, we as voters can measure who we will vote for later, which is one of the positive impacts of social media. Keywords: 2024 general election, Social Media, Qualitative Descriptive ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran dan pengaruh Media Sosial terhadap Pemilu 2024. Tema ini di ambil karena saat ini Indonesia sedang dalam masa menuju Pemilu 2024 dan kita sedang ada di generasi dimana kehidupan sudah sangat dipengaruhi oleh Media Sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peran-peran media sosial terhadap partisipasi anak muda dalam perkembangan politik di Indonesia, juga pengaruh media sosial terhadap pemilu 2024. Penelitian berikutnya dapat memperluas cakupan pengambilan data tidak hanya dilingkungan sekitar tetapi dalam cakupan lingkungan yang lebih besar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Media sosial sangat berpengaruh  terhadap tingkat partisipasi pemilu baik secara langsung maupu tidak langsung. Secara umum, sosial media menjadi tempat yang berskala luas untuk mengajak mesyarakat untuk menilai seberapa layak calon-calon dalam pemilu untuk dipilih, jadi sebelum kampanye pun, kita sebagai pemilih bisa mengukur siapa yang akan kita pilih nantinya merupakan salah satu dampak positif media sosial.

Abstract

Pancasila, which represents the spirit and historical values of the nation, has never failed to be implemented in every activity of Indonesian society, including in the world of politics. This research aims to explore the implementation of Pancasila values in the dynamics of politics in Indonesia. The approach taken in this research uses a qualitative approach. Data for this research was collected using the literature study method, namely reading articles and journals related to the research problem. In fact, the values of Pancasila have not yet been fully implemented in the world of Indonesian politics. There are so many political activities carried out in Indonesia that are not in accordance with the noble values contained in Pancasila. Apart from that, violations of the principles of Pancasila seem to be something that is commonplace now so that the values of Pancasila are just a display. Keywords: Pancasila values, political dynamics, influence Abstrak Pancasila yang mewakili semangat dan nilai-nilai historis bangsa tidak pernah luput pengimplementasiannya dari setiap kegiatan masyarakat Indonesia, termasuk dalam dunia perpolitikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengimplementasian nilai-nilai pancasila dalam dinamika berpolitik di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penetilian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode studi literatur yaitu seperti membaca artikel dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Nyatanya nilai-nilai pancasila sampai sekarang belum dapat diimplementasikan secara keseluruhan dalam dunia politik Indonesia. Begitu banyak kegiatan politik yang dilakukan di Indonesia yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam pancasila. Selain itu pelanggaran sila-sila dalam pancasila seakan-akan merupakan hal yang sudah lumrah terjadi sekarang sehingga nilai-nilai pancasila tersebut hanyalah menjadi pajangan semata.

Di era digital, pemilih pemula harus memiliki dasar ilmu politik yang kuat untuk mengevaluasi informasi politik, visi-misi, dan program-program peserta pemilu. Metode dan tujuan penelitian ini, diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pemahaman terhadap pentingnya pendidikan politik bagi pemilih pemula, penelitian yang digunakan dengan cara kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian ini, realitasnya ditemukan, Pendidikan politik memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk pemilih pemula menjadi individu yang kritis dan partisipatif dalam proses politik. Pemilih pemula yang kritis ditandai dengan pemahaman mendalam terhadap isu-isu politik, keterampilan pemikiran kritis, kemampuan memilah informasi dari berbagai sumber, dan ketahanan terhadap retorika politik manipulatif.

Abstract

Jeringo Village is a village located in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. A common problem that occurs is the reallocation of the use of Village Funds in 2020 causing many activities or programs to be abolished. This happened because of the COVID-19 pandemic which required the Village Government to allocate Village Funds for disaster, emergency and urgent village management, namely to handle and overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, in this case namely for Village Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-Village). ). Based on the description above, the author is interested in conducting deeper research on Village Fund governance during the COVID-19 pandemic and the factors that hinder village fund governance in Jeringo Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. What is being proposed is how the Village Fund is managed during the COVID-19 pandemic and what are the inhibiting factors in Village Fund governance during the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Jeringo Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency.
