Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Weranggere village, Witihama sub-district, East Flores regonicy. This activity took the form of socialization using lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods. The use of the lecture method was 50%, discussion 25% and question and answer 25%. The efforts made in this activity were to provide knowledge and understanding of optimizing the performance governance of village officials. The material presented was attended by village officials and the entire community. Based on the results of the socialization carried out in the service activity, it was found that the data processing process was still manual and not integrated with technology, such as the use of paper and books to record data. Another problem is the lack of human resources and inadequate technology. This can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of work, as well as the quality of services provided. Based on the results of the service activities in Weranggere Village, it is concluded that there is a need for activities in the form of socialization to improve the performance of village officials, which is not optimal. as for the improvement of governance that can be observed from the service activities for two months, namely in the form of changes in the accuracy of working hours, apparatus participation, cooperation of village officials and apparatus. Weranggere Village is one of the villages that is very high in tolerance, so in this case the village government must maintain the values of justice so that the service process to the community is not tense.

Abstract

Perusahaan dalam proses menjalankan kegiatan atau aktivitas operasional membutuhkan dana. Dana yang dimaksudkan bisa disebut dengan modal. Semua perusahaan membutuhkan pendanaan, perbankan yang memiliki fungsi sebagai penghimpun dana dari masyarakatpun harus mempunyai struktur modal yang baik. Struktur modal bank syariah menjadi salah satu kunci untuk bisa bertahan dalam kondisi perekonomian yang cenderung dapat mengalami perubahan besar baik naik ataupun turun pada periode waktu tertentu akibat ketidakpastian masa yang akan datang. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur aset, likuiditas, umur perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian bank syariah yang ada di Indonesia tahun 2017 – 2020. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil struktur aset, likuiditas, dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal kan tetapi untuk profitabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

Policy Paper ini mengusung tema: Menuju Perencanaan Kinerja Berkualitas sebagai Bagian dari Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) yang Berkualitas. Terdapat tiga permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan kualitas perencanaan kinerja, yaitu: Bagaimana menjawab isu strategis melalui penetapan tujuan dan sasaran secara Tepat, Penentuan Indikator kinerja yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kaidah SMART (Spesific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevance, Timebound); dan ketidakselarasan antar Dokumen Perencanaan Kinerja. Makalah Kebijakan ini merekomendasikan 4 (empat) Kebijakan yan ditujukan kepada pihak-pihak terkait dalam rangka menyelesaikan permasalahan di atas, yaitu antara lain: Menyusun Pedoman Casecading Kinerja sebelum dituangkan ke dalam Dokumen Perencanaan; Pentingnya Perencanaan dan Penganggaran Berbasis Kinerja; Bagaimana menentukan dan menetapkan indikator kinerja secara tepat, serta bagaimana meningkatkan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

Kecamatan Sosa Julu dibentuk berdasarkan Perda No. 06 Tahun 2019 dalam rangka memenuhi aspirasi masyarakat. Namun, apa yang menjadi aspirasi masyarakat nampaknya juga belum terwujud seperti pemenuhan fasilitas pendidikan, puskesmas dan perbaikan akses jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Efektivitas Pemekaran Kecamatan dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur Kecamatan Sosa Julu Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan teori Martani dan Lubis, yang berfokus pada pendekatan sasaran. Hasil temuan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan Infrastruktur masih belum memadai. Namun, yang menjadi tolak ukur berhasilnya pembangunan infrastruktur pada kecamatan ini adalah hasil Musrenbang tahun 2020 dan program prioritas pembangunan dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum yang telah selesai diselenggarakan sehingga program pemekaran kecamatan Sosa Julu untuk saat ini dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran bagian administrasi dalam menunjang kinerja balai psda pulau lombok. Bagian administrasi pada Balai Pengelola Sumber Daya Air Pulau Lombok merupakan salah satu unit yang bergerak pada bidang pelayanan Masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran bagian administrasi dalam menunjang kinerja balai psda pulau lombok, hambatan apa yang di alami serta solusi untuk penyelesaian masalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bagian administrasi sangat berperan penting dalam menunjang kinerja Balai PSDA Pulau Lombok. Dengan adanya administrasi yang baik pekerjaan kantor menjadi lebih rapi dan terorganisir dengan baik. Namun kurangnya ASN dan terjadinya bencana alam menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan operasional kantor sehingga diperlukan pengangkatan tenaga non ASN dan penggunaan teknologi ramah lingkungan guna menanggulangi masalah tersebut.

Abstract

Organizing the Hajj is an activity that receives monitoring from the community so that every year an evaluation is carried out by creating a Community Satisfaction Index. In this index, the Ministry of Religion's achievements in organizing the Hajj always increase. However, the implementation of the Hajj does not take into account the environmental impact. The aim of this research is to analyze the development of the go green Hajj ritual model at the Central Java Ministry of Religion and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the go green Hajj ritual policy at the Central Java Ministry of Religion. This research was carried out using an R and D approach in terms of developing a go green-based Hajj ritual model with the aim of increasing awareness of Hajj pilgrims regarding environmental and waste concerns. Research results: 1) Hajj rituals are one of the activities in the series of organizing the Hajj pilgrimage. The weakness in conventional Hajj rituals is the lack of knowledge about going green, which has an impact on the behavior of Hajj pilgrims who do not care about waste; 2) to follow up on the weaknesses of the Hajj rituals, the material on the Hajj rituals needs to be equipped with knowledge about going green, waste and environmentally caring behavior using the stages of developing good behavior through knowledge, understanding, activities, awareness and implementation of attitudes; 3) supporting factors for the implementation of the go green Hajj rituals are the waste problem, support from the Ministry of Religion, human resources namely Hajj rituals resource person, budget, stakeholder support and inhibiting factors are the attitude of resistance to change and bureaucratic structure. Conclusion: the implementation of the go green Hajj ritual is a public policy carried out to build the character of Hajj pilgrims so that they care about waste and the environment.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly rapid digitalization, strengthening public services and supervision of business licensing is very important to improve efficiency and transparency in government. This study aims to analyze policy strategies that can be applied to strengthen public services through the use of information technology-based applications. Focusing on the ︎OSS RBA and SI CANTIK CLOUD application, this study explores the challenges faced, such as printing errors, long service times, and lack of applicant understanding of the process flow. Through an evaluative approach, this study recommends improvement steps that include developing a more reliable system, increasing human resource capacity, and implementing appropriate cybersecurity measures. It is hoped that with the implementation of effective policy strategies, public services can be improved, and supervision of business licensing can be carried out in a more transparent and accountable manner, thereby supporting economic growth and investment in the regions. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui bagaimana kualitas pada kantor pos luwuk dilihat dari lima aspek (a) berwujud (tangible), (b) empati (empaty), (c) cepat tanggap (responsiveness), (d) keandalan (reliability), (e) kepastian (assurance). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. dan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang digunakan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Publik pada kantor pos luwuk dilihat dari lima aspek (a) berwujud (tangible), (b) empati (empaty), (c) cepat tanggap (responsiveness), (d) keandalan (reliability), (e) kepastian (assurance). sudah menunjang kualitas pelayanan dengan baik dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pengguna layanan yaitu masyarakat, akan tetapi belum maksimal karena ada beberapa indikator yang memiliki kekurangan yaitu dalam segi fasilitias fisik, perlu adanya penambahan tempat duduk, antrian yang masih manual bisa ditingkatkan menjadi berbasis digital, dan penambahan pendingin ruangan (AC).

Abstract

This research is to find out the Governance of Dynamic Archives at the Bulawa Sub-district Office, Bone Bolango Regency Viewed from: Archive Creation, Archive Use, Archive Maintenance, Archive Shrinkage, Archive Destruction. This research method is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques for data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that in Dynamic Archive Governance at the Bulawa Sub-district Office, in general, the implementation of the dynamic archive management process has been carried out well but is not optimal. Judging from the stages: The creation of dynamic archives which includes incoming and outgoing letters, has been running properly, the inefficient use of archives because the search for archives takes a long time and the borrowing of archives does not use control cards and does not use SOPs, archive maintenance is carried out by cleaning archives from dust and dirt, but lack of awareness of employees in archive maintenance,  It is also seen from the employees who have never participated in training on archivists, therefore the employees do not understand how to manage the archives, especially in the maintenance of archives, the shrinkage of archives which is carried out every year, but in this shrinkage process does not use the archive retention schedule, only using estimates, the destruction of archives is carried out by the burning method. However, in the destruction of this archive, it has not followed the stages in the destruction of archives or standard operational procedures. Archive management is still hampered due to the lack of employee knowledge about archives, so archive management is not optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether organizational culture affects the quality of public services at the Motolohu Village Office, Randangan District and to find out how much organizational culture influences the quality of public services at the Motolohu Village Office, Randangan District. The research methods used in this study are quantitative approach methods, data collection techniques obtained from observations and questionnaires (questionnaires) with a sample of 80 people, data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression and determination coefficient tests. The results of the study obtained from this study show that organizational culture has a positive effect on the quality of public services at the Motolohu Village Office, Randangan District by 40.4% and the remaining 59.6% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study.
