Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the review of Islamic law on the sale and purchase contract of chicken meat which includes ‘aqid, object (chicken slaughter process), sighah. And how to weigh chicken meat at the market in Mojorejo Village, Kebonsari District, Madiun Regency. This research uses field research using a qualitative approach, with the aim of understanding what data is needed in research and data analysis activities including data reduction, data display and conclusions. The data is processed by the author by using editing, organizing, and research findings. The theory used is slaughter, buying and selling, and weighing. The results of the study concluded that the sale and purchase contracts were carried out by several legitimate traders in accordance with the terms and pillars of sale and purchase, while two of them did not meet the requirements and pillars of sale and purchase so that the sale and purchase contract was invalid. Weighing of chicken meat is also carried out honestly and legally according to Islamic law, as well as in the object of the sale and purchase, namely the practice of slaughtering chickens carried out by Mr. Setu and Mr. Anto in accordance with the terms and pillars of slaughter, while that which is carried out by Mr. Heri is not appropriate because of the slaughter wound. only on the skin and the presence of dead chickens being slaughtered. while what was done by Mr. Heri is not legal according to Islamic law because there is an element of fraud so that from both parties there are losses.

Abstract

Developing the nation's Islamic character education for students with special needs gives value and character to them. So that the implementation of inclusive education is expected to become an education system where children with special needs (ABK) can study in public schools in their school environment and are equipped with support services and education that have been adapted to the abilities and needs of these children. However, it is more focused on their special needs. this is very important to implement, with inclusive education it can provide opportunities and open opportunities for children with special needs (ABK) to obtain education without any discriminatory treatment. This inclusive education is the most suitable learning tool for all children in terms of adaptation and socialization so that it can become a mandatory forum between children to socialize with the diversity that exists. This shows that there is no longer discrimination against children with special needs (ABK) with children who do not have special needs, because all children have the same opportunity to obtain education according to the needs and abilities of each child.

Abstract

This article discusses the innovative approach to Arabic language education to strengthen Islamic studies literacy in modern Islamic boarding schools. The article explains the concept of Arabic language education, Islamic studies literacy, and innovative approach in Arabic language education. The article also discusses the implementation of innovative approach in Arabic language education in modern Islamic boarding schools, such as the use of interactive learning media, intensive Arabic language courses, and student exchange programs with other Islamic boarding schools abroad. By adopting innovative approach in Arabic language education, Islamic boarding schools can produce graduates who have good Arabic language skills and are able to understand Islamic studies literature well. The article also highlights the importance of Islamic studies literacy in modern Islamic boarding schools and the role of Arabic language education in developing this literacy. The article suggests that effective Arabic language education can help strengthen Islamic studies literacy by focusing on the understanding of religious texts and communication skills in Arabic. The article uses descriptive qualitative research method to provide a clear understanding of the innovative approach used in Arabic language education in modern Islamic boarding schools. By strengthening Islamic studies literacy in modern Islamic boarding schools, it is hoped that graduates will have a deep understanding of Islamic studies, be able to apply religious values in daily life, and contribute positively to society.
