Abstract

The behavior expected by companies today extends beyond in-role behavior (according to job descriptions) to include extra-role behavior. The behaviors described above, exceeding the prescribed role descriptions within a company, are referred to as Organizational Citizenship Behavior or OCB. This research aims to investigate the influence of OCB dimensions, consisting of altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, courtesy, and sportsmanship, on employee performance, so that we can make sure is it really important to be a super loyal employee who works extra miles to the company, or it actually has nothing to do with the performance and only burdens employees without adding self-value. This research employs a quantitative approach with the primary data collection method being a Likert scale questionnaire, with employee performance as the dependent variable and 5 dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as independent variables. The results indicate that all independent variables of OCB have a significant positive impact on employee performance, except for Conscientiousness, which does not influence employee performance. The overall illustration of the research findings suggests that when employees exhibit OCB or behavior that is willing to exert extra effort beyond the job description, their performance will also improve. This indicates that the positive contributions made by employees beyond their direct responsibilities can contribute to an overall performance enhancement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is focussed on Lake Lut Tawar tourist destinations in Central Aceh regency, especially in evaluating factors that have the potential to affect the desire of tourists to return to destination Lake Lut Tawar after experiencing a decrease in visit during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020-2022.   This research is categorized as quantitative research because it adopts the paradigm of positivism, which tests a particular population and sample by collecting accurate numerical data from the population. Based on the results of the statistical test of this study of 273 participants who visited the Tourist Destination Lake Lut Tawar in Central Aceh, it was concluded that the quality of services and tourist attractions have no influence on the interests of visitors. But quality of service, touristic attractions, destination Image, facilities, each have a positive and significant impact on visitors' interests through satisfaction. The findings also suggest that the influence of these factors on visiting interests can be influenced by the demographics of respondents, with a majority of Generation Z and residing in the area of Lake Lut Tawar, Central Aceh.

Abstract

High population density and mobility in Jakarta have triggered persistent traffic congestion. The impacts are not only on time and cost but also on deteriorating air quality. Government efforts to provide alternative public transportation have not been fully effective, due to low public interest caused by inadequate facilities and limited accessibility. The solution is evident in the JakLingko Program, an initiative that integrates the public transportation system. To ensure the success of this program, the Jakarta Transportation Agency collaborates with public transportation modes and relevant businesses. Through this synergy, it is expected that public interest in using public transportation will increase, reducing the use of private vehicles, thereby alleviating traffic congestion and improving air quality in Jakarta. This research employs the collaborative governance model proposed by Ansell and Gash, encompassing four dimensions: initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaboration processes. The research methodology is qualitative-descriptive. The research results indicate that collaborative governance in managing the JakLingko Program in Jakarta is fairly optimal, but not yet fully so.

Abstract

The presence of fintech companies in the banking sector of Indonesia plays a crucial role in enhancing the conventional financial system. This study examines the influence of financial technology (Fintech) firms on the performance of banks by utilizing data from the Indonesian banking sector between 2018 and 2022. This study employs a regression analysis using a data panel fixed effect model. This study quantifies the impact of different financial variables, including Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Gross Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Operating Expense to Operating Income (BOPO), and Loans. Control factors in the context of Fintech include the deposit ratio (LDR), gross domestic product (GDP), and inflation. The results indicate that the financial indicators, including CAR, NPLgross, ROA, ROE, and NIM, do not have a statistically significant influence on Fintech. Additionally, Fintech is significantly influenced by other indicators such as BOPO (Balance of Payments) and LDR (Loan-to-Deposit Ratio), as well as control variables, including GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and inflation. This demonstrates that Indonesian banks can reap advantages by engaging in partnerships with fintech startups to enhance the financial system and optimize corporate profitability resulting from this collaboration.
