Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on citizen trust in the Al-Sakinah Foundation Jakarta. In this study, the method used is Probability Sampling with a sample size of 109 respondents by distributing questionnaires that are distributed via google form. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the t test partially, the brand image variable (x1) has a significant and significant effect on the citizen trust variable and the service quality variable shows that the service quality variable has an effect on and is significant to the citizen trust variable. In addition, the results of this study with the F test, with results 145.432 > table f 3.082 shows that simultaneously the variables of brand image and service quality have an effect on citizen trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and job stress on employee productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted with the analysis unit of PT Maelsov Mega Teknologi with a population of 44 employees. The sampling method used is Non-Probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique taken as many as 44 respondents, with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each statement. Data processing method using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, T test, F test and Rsquare coefficient test with the help of SPSS 20 program. The results show that there is a significant effect of training on productivity, there is a significant effect of work stress on productivity and also Simultaneously training and job stress have a positive and significant impact on the productivity of PT Maelsov Mega Teknologi's employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and capital intensity on financial distress with profitability as moderating. Liquidity was measured using the current ratio, solvency was measured using the debt equity ratio, capital intensity was measured using the capital intensity ratio, and financial distress was measured using the Altman Z-score method. The population uses transportation sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling with a total of 155 observational data on transportation sector companies. The analytical technique used in this research is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The hypothesis is accepted if the probability value is 0.05. The results show that: (1) Liquidity has a positive effect on financial distress, (2) Solvency has a negative effect on financial distress, (3) Capital intensity has a negative effect on financial distress, (4) Profitability weakens the influence of liquidity on financial distress, (5) Profitability weakens the effect of solvency on financial distress, (6) Profitability does not moderate the effect of capital intensity on financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of solvability and liquidity on firm value with financial performance as a mediating variable. The population in this research are property, real estate and building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020. The number of research samples used is 40 companies with purposive sampling technique and the number of observations of this research data was 160. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results show indicate that liquidity has no effect on financial performance and solvability has no effect on firm value. However, solvability affects financial performance, liquidity and financial performance effects firm value. Financial performance does not mediate solvability and liquidity on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and activity on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses secondary data. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. There are 15 out of 30 companies that meet the criteria. This test uses Eviews 10. The data analysis method is carried out with multiple linear regression and uses path analysis for profitability as an intervening variable. The results showed that capital structure, liquidity, and activity had no effect on profitability. Capital structure and activity affect firm value, while liquidity and profitability have no effect on firm value. Capital structure, liquidity, and activity have no effect on firm value through profitability

Abstract

The hypothesis that emerges from this framework is that product quality and brand image each have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. In conducting this research, the object of research is Indomie consumers in North Jakarta. The sample taken as many as 123 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each question. The data analysis technique used validity and reliability test, as well as multiple regression analysis. The data is processed using SPSS 20. The results of the analysis show that product quality and brand image have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Thus it can be stated that the better the quality of the product, the more consumer loyalty will be. Indomie instant noodle product.

Abstract

This study describes the effect of price and customer reviews on the purchase intention of Maybelline mascara products among Shopee Mall Indonesia users in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires with Google formto 152 respondents which is then processed using the SPSS version 13.0 program using a saturated sampling technique to take sample data. The results of the hypothesis test (ttest) thatthe price does not have a positive effect on buying interest with a t count value of 1.558 <ttable of 1.976. the results of the hypothesis test (ttest) thatcustomer reviews have a positive effect on buying interest with a t-count value of 9.425 > t-table 1.976.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decision of Re.juve brand cold presed juice. This study uses quantitative method with purposive sampling data collection techniques, respondents in this study there are 155 respondents with a population of people who know the products of Re.juve. The results of this study that brand image affects purchasing decisions, price determines purchasing decisions, brand image and price together influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect corporate social responsibility activities, corporate performance and liquidity on the tax aggressiveness of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2019.The sample selection method uses purposive samplingon companies listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2019.The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 21 program. The test results show that corporate social responsibility activities have a negative effect on corporate tax aggressiveness,corporate performance has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness, and liquidity has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of taxpayer understanding, service quality, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. This research was conducted the Cakung Dua area by using the convenience sampling method using primary data. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach by processing questionnaire data using multiple regression analysis methods with the SPSS 26 application. The population of this study is an individual taxpayer in the Cakung Dua area so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of taxpayers and tax sanctions have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. As for service quality has no effect on taxpayer compliance.
