Abstract

This Integrating Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. PowerPoint for Office Management training aims to train junior high school teachers in Takalar to optimize Office Management. Solutions to problems that have been achieved in this training are: (1) Introducing Office Management features; (2) Improving teachers' ability to apply Office Management features; (3) Increasing confidence in teachers in implementing Office Management in their work activities; (4) Improve teachers' knowledge and skills using application programs such as Automatic Table of Contents, Fun with Pictures, Page numbering, Design Template, Embedding video, hyperlinks, running text with music, and Calculations in Excel. Furthermore, this training can increase the participant’s knowledge in terms of creating automatic attendance in Microsoft Excel

Abstract

Mallong-Longi Village, Lanrisang District, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province is the location for the 2022 UNM KKNT team from the 2019 Mathematics study program. The people of Mallongi-Longi Village are mostly farmers/planters. The problem that is still faced by the village community is that the healthy environment in their homes and surroundings has not been maximized. The solution to this problem is to implement the Building Mallongi-longi village through the PRISMA Program to carry out cleaning and mutual cooperation activities for community service activities so that a Clean village environment is obtained. Furthermore, from the solution above, a work program was formed in the form of PRISMA Day, then the method of activity used by the work program was to carry out a Mathematical Infrastructure Mini Project. The results obtained during the implementation of the work program were Making a Vision-Mission Board for the Mallongi-Longi Village Office, Doing Community Service, Painting Village Boundaries, and Making Garbage Board Warnings.

Abstract

Literacy and numeracy are fundamental skills that academic staff members need to analyze any text or image in a variety of contexts. It is understandable that both literacy and student enrollment rates in Indonesia are very low. The Ministry of Education and Culture as a result introduced a program called Teaching Campus through the Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative. This program motivates students to contribute in improving the education of students who are literate and numerate, Elementary Schools. Students continue to work tirelessly to support schools, teachers and students based on current circumstances and needs. Expanding literacy and numeracy education can connect more effectively. As a result, numeracy literacy instruction is very important to improve reading and arithmetic learning in elementary schools, as has been done at the Teaching Campus Batch 5. Carrying out literacy using letter cards, implementing the Quizizz application, and implementing numeracy using smart ladder media, numeration trees, and crossword puzzles can improve skills. Focusing on literacy and numeracy guidance activities, student use of technology, emotional intelligence, and the ability to create cool class characters for students. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti di SD Inpres Bontobila metode ceramah masih digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran matematika sehingga siswa memiliki rasa bosan dan merasa kurang bersemangat untuk ikut dalam proses pembelajaran. Dari 16 siswa-siswi yang mengikuti penelitian, hanya 31,75% yaitu 5 siswa yang hasil belajarnya melebihi satuan minimal yang ditentukan dari sekolah. Melaksanakan  proses pembelajaran menggunakan tindakan kelas peneletian. Disini peneliti berperan menjadi pendidik yang terus ikut selama perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi maupun refleksi. Temuan dari siklus 1 menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan pendidik sudah bagus, tetapi masih punya kesenjangan yang perlu dibenahi, keterlibatan siswa belum cukup optimal, dan 9 anak dengan klasikal memiliki nilai penilaian belajar siswa yang mencapai kesempurnaan 56,25%. Siklus dua menunjukkan pekerjaan pendidik telah membaik, kekurangan terdapat di siklus 1 telah tertutupi, siswa menjadi rajin melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, serta 14 siswa mencapai kesempurnaan dengan persentase klasikal 87,5%. . Pencapaian  belajar meningkat dari 56,25% menjadi 87,5%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya implementasi media piringan reproduksi pada materi reproduksi berdampak positif terhadap pengembangan pencapaian belajar siswa

Abstract

Speaking is one of the skills possessed by all people naturally. To have good communication skills, it is required to have consistent understanding, technique, and practice. One of the public speaking skills is becoming a master of ceremony (MC). A master of ceremony sometimes still feels nervous which is normal because it is a part of internal conflicts. For this reason, self-efficacy or the confidence of a presenter is needed to reduce this nervous. In addition, the confidence possessed by the presenter must also be supported by impression management, which aims to gain the sympathy or attention of the audiences. The writers and their friends organize the socialization and training of master of ceremony during their kuliah kerja nyata, or voluntary, at SMPN Satu Atap in Blumbungan Village, Pamekasan. The aims of this activity are to implement one of programs proposed by the group 41 and increase the soft skills of Satu Atap Junior High School students, so they can prepare themselves when they are appointed to become a presenter in an event. The writers hope that students can become professional presenters and have good public speaking skills. Furthermore, the writers hope that this activity will make students realize how self-efficacy and impression management are important in public speaking, especially in being a master of ceremony

Abstract

The Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Program (PPK Ormawa) is one of the activities under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture which is participated in by universities throughout Indonesia. PPK Ormawa aims to improve the quality of Ormawa and at the same time develop students' soft skills and competencies such as organizational abilities, strengthening the character of Pancasila, defending the country, love of the homeland and nationality, leadership, and working together (team work). Students implementing PPK Ormawa are expected to be able to utilize this activity to hone their skills in critical, creative thinking, problem solving, communicative, collaborative, information technology literate, have a leadership spirit, act positively and productively based on the urge of their conscience, have a sense of caring and contribute to the community in the village/subdistricts so that active, independent, entrepreneurial and prosperous target areas are built.

Abstract

The use of digital technology in learning has positive potential to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process, including for evaluation purposes. The use of digital technology in learning in Indonesia has increased since the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the use of gamification-based digital technology is still limited, especially in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The use of gamification in learning can have a positive influence on creating an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere for students, thereby increasing interest and motivation to learn. In connection with this, this activity was carried out as an effort to increase the knowledge of teachers in Majene Regency regarding four types of gamification-based digital assessment media, namely Quizizz, Kahoot, Blooket, and Quizlet. This activity is carried out through three main stages, namely (a) presentation of material, (b) practice, and (c) discussion. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' knowledge regarding the four types of gamification-based digital assessment media that had been trained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami peran kunci yang dimainkan oleh orang tua dalam memotivasi dan meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia dini. Anak-anak usia dini adalah kelompok yang sangat rentan dan berpotensi besar dalam pembentukan motivasi belajar mereka. Orang tua, sebagai pemimpin pertama dalam kehidupan anak, memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk persepsi anak terhadap pendidikan. Studi ini melibatkan analisis literatur yang cermat untuk mengungkap bagaimana perilaku, dukungan, dan interaksi orang tua dengan anak-anak mereka dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar mereka. Temuan menyoroti pentingnya dorongan positif, pengawasan yang bijaksana, dan lingkungan belajar yang merangsang dalam mendorong motivasi anak usia dini. Selain itu, peran orang tua dalam memfasilitasi eksplorasi kreatif dan memberikan dukungan emosional yang stabil juga ditekankan. Hasil penelitian ini menggaris bawahi betapa pentingnya peran orang tua dalam membentuk dasar yang kuat bagi pembelajaran seumur hidup anak-anak mereka. Pendidik dan praktisi pendidikan dapat menggunakan wawasan ini untuk kerja sama antara sekolah dan keluarga dalam mendukung perkembangan pendidikan yang holistik pada anak usia dini. Kesimpulannya, orang tua memiliki peran utama dalam merangsang minat belajar anak-anak usia dini dan memotivasi mereka untuk mengejar pengetahuan dengan semangat

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi dan pengetahuan kepada para Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan Lapas Kelas IIB Takalar mengenai Wirausaha. Melalui PKM ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi warga binaan lapas kelas IIB Takalar. Selama menjadi warga binaan lapas diberikan edukasi pelatihan terkait berwirausaha sehingga nantinya dapat menjadi bekal yang sangat membantu dalam memulai kehidupan yang mandiri secara finansial untuk warga binaan setelah keluar dari lapas. Untuk kedepannya, dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan ada peningkatan kualitas warga binaan lapas kelas IIB Takalar dalam berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang diberikan. Lokasi pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Lapas Kelas IIB Takalar. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan ceramah pada sesi pertama, lalu sesi kedua yaitu diskusi dengan tanya jawab, kemudian sesi terakhir adalah evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan motivasi warga binaan Lapas Kelas IIB Takalar mengenai kegiatan berwirausaha. Abstract

Media pembelajaran memegang peranan penting dalam pembelajaran. Peserta didik memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang materi karena media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika mengetahui bahwa mereka akan meningkatkan keterampilannya dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan mereka meminta pelatihan dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Ada beberapa aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan, diantaranya adalah Canva. Canva memiliki layanan menu yang banyak untuk membuat materi pembelajaran interaktif. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan Canva kepada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital mahasiswa dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Metode kerjanya adalah metode pelatihan yang selanjutnya peserta praktik langsung di Canva. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika dapat menggunakan Canva untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berhasil dilakukan. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Interaktif, Canva, Mahasiswa
