Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work ability and work motivation on employee performance partially and simultaneously at Bank Mega Syariah Mataram Branch Office. This study uses a type of quantitative research with associative methods. The population used in this study were all employees of Bank Mega Syariah, Mataram Branch Office, totaling 40 respondents and the sample used in this study was 40 respondents using a saturated sample. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire method and to test the validity of the data was carried out by testing the validity and reliability. The next data analysis technique was carried out by using the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test and F Test, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of the partial significant test from the analysis of research discussion show that 1) Work Ethics, with a tcount of 14.039 > ttable of 2.042, and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it means that work ethics have a significant influence on employee performance partially. 2) Work Ability, with a tcount value of 16.875 > ttable 2.042 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it means that work ability has a significant influence on employee performance partially. 3) Work Motivation, with a tcount of 6.769 > ttable of 2.042 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it means that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance partially. 4) Work ethics, work ability and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the value of Fcount 196.749 > Ftable 8.62.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of murabahah financing, wadiah savings and mudharabah deposits on profitability (ROA) at NTB Syariah banks for the 2019–2021 period. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data from the monthly financial reports of Bank NTB Syariah for the 2019-2021 period and analyzed and processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that murabahah financing has a significant effect on profitability (ROA) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Wadiah savings have a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA) with a significant level of 0.002 <0.05. Mudharabah deposits have a significant effect on profitability (ROA) with a significant level of 0.025 > 0.05. an influence contribution of 89.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the level of digital financial literacy of students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State Islamic University of Mataram using the measurement indicators proposed by Chen and Volve. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using survey methods for data collection. Aplying proportional random sampling so that the sample is spread proportionally from the total population. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the total score obtained for each indicator divided by the ideal score multiplied by 100 percent. The results showed that the average digital financial literacy level was 73.46% or moderate scale according to the financial literacy measurement index from Chen and Volve. In addition, it is known that sociodemographic factors such as gender, age, parental income, and work experience affects the digital financial literacy levels. Where male students tend to have a higher level of digital financial literacy than female students. Based on the age level, the older the student the higher the level digital financial literacy. Furthermore, based on the amount of parents monthly income, students who have parents with higher income levels tend to have higher levels of financial literacy as well. And finally, based on work experience, it was found that the digital financial literacy level of students who had work experience tended to have a higher percentage than students who had never worked.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence pawn transaction services and late payment penalties have on customer satisfaction of gold pawning at BMT Tunas Harapan Syariah Pringgasela Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods. Which is processed using the IBM SPSS 22 application. While data collection uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). The sample technique used in this study is using simple random sampling, namely by taking samples randomly. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the T test data analysis that the Transaction Service variable (X1) has a value of tcount > ttable (14,949 > 1,998) and the variable Late Sanctions (X2) (2,863 > 1,998) where both tcounts are greater than ttable. This proves that there is a partial influence between Pawn Transaction Services (X1) and Late Payment Sanctions (X2) on Gold Pawn Customer Satisfaction at BMT Tunas Harapan Syariah Branch of Pringgasela. And based on the results of the F Test data analysis, it shows that simultaneously the variables (X1) and (X2) have a significant effect on Gold Pawn Customer Satisfaction at BMT Tunas Harapan Syariah Pringgasela Branch (Y). This can be seen by looking at the significant value of sig 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

The main thing in this thesis is that the majority of the people of Bonder Village, West Praya Subdistrict, are Muslims, but the people of Bonder Village, West Praya Subdistrict, make more transactions using conventional banks. In this study, the researcher aims to explain and describe the extent of public understanding of Islamic banks and the products available at Islamic banks in Bonder Village, West Praya District. This type of research is descriptive, namely interviews with the community of Bonder Village, West Praya Subdistrict using qualitative methods that describe the community's knowledge of Islamic bank products. Techniques in data collection, the author uses observation, interviews, documentation with the people of Bonder Village, West Praya Subdistrict and data validity assurance techniques the author uses research, namely tringulation theory, after which the author draws conclusions to conclude all the information that has been obtained. The results of the research can be concluded that first, the people of Bonder Village, West Praya Subdistrict generally do not understand the difference between Islamic banks and conventional banks and second, the people of Bonder Village generally do not understand what the products are in Islamic banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction in using savings and loan services at KSP Sehati Makmur Abadi, Mataram branch. The population of this study are customers who are members of KSP Sehati in Mataram City. The research method used is quantitative associative with primary data types. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total sample of 100 customers who were determined using the Slovin formula and data collection using a questionnaire (questionnaire). While the analysis techniques used in this research are research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained using the IBM SPSS version 26 application show that: (1) Partially service quality (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) using savings and loan services at KSP Sehati Makmur Abadi Mataram Branch. (2) Partially, customer value (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) using savings and loan services at KSP Sehati Makmur Abadi Mataram Branch. (3) Simultaneously service quality (X1) and customer value (X2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) in using savings and loan services at KSP Sehati Makmur Abadi Mataram Branch.
