Abstract

This study was conducted to find out: whether factor of trust, perception, knowledge and promotion influence partially and simultaneously on the interest of people saving in Islamic banks. This research is a quantitative study using primary data by providing questionnaires to the community in Lajut Village, Praya Tengah District, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the results of partial research (t test) are confirmed (X1), perception (X2), and promotion (X4) have a significant and positive effect on community interest in saving in Islamic banks with a significance level of 0.028, 0.002 and 0.000 temporarily For the Knowledge Variable (X3) has no significant effect with a significance value of 0.356. The results of research simultaneously (test f) obtained a variable trust, perception, knowledge and promotion significantly influence public interest with a significance value of 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer interest in the iB Hasanah savings product (a case study at BSI Bank ex BNI Syariah Mataram Branch Office). This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection from the informants was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that customer interest in iB Hasanah savings was influenced by marketing mix factors. The marketing mix factor that becomes the dominant influence is related to product and price, where the iB Hasanah savings account has four things that make customers interested in using it, namely: provisions for small initial deposit balances, no monthly administration fees, ATM balances up to zero rupiah and fast withdrawals. can be done at any time.

Abstract

This research aims to answer how the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on non-performing financing at PT BPRS Dinar Ashri Mataram and what are the strategies for dealing with and mitigating the financing risks. The analysis uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data collected by direct observation and conducting semi-structured interviews with several employees by considering the position and job role of the employee. The results showed that at the beginning pandemic, NPF ratio increased from 0.65% in 2019 to 0.77% in 2020. However, in 2021 the NPF ratio decreased to 0.70%. This NPF ratio is still safe compared to the average national NPF ratio, this is due to the success of PT. BPRS Dinar Ashri implementing the right mitigation strategy which is, among others, awarenes to do restructuring financing facility which is experiencing a decline business conditions.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, persaingan di sektor perbankan sudah sangat ketat, dan karena itu, supaya bank dapat bertahan, maka harus memperhatikan kegiatan promosi dan jaminan rasa aman sehingga dapat menarik pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, dan jaminan rasa aman terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan tabungan mudharabah di PT Bank NTB Syariah Mataram. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 200 nasabah Bank NTB Syariah Mataram yang dipilih melalui teknik judgment sampling. Regresidengan software SPSS digunakan untuk analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan jaminan rasa aman berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan produk tabungan mudharabah PT Bank NTB Syariah Mataram. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Bank NTB Syariah Mataram harus memperhatikan promosi dan jaminan rasa aman dalam rangka meningkatkan jumlah nasabah tabungan mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financing and third party funds on the Liquidity of Sharia NTB Bank. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data from the financial statements of Sharia NTB Bank and analyzed and processed using SPSS. After the tests carried out by the researchers, the results showed that individually Third Party Funds had a significant positive effect on the Liquidity of Sharia NTB Bank and Financing also had a significant influence but had the opposite direction (Negative) on the Liquidity of Sharia NTB Bank. Meanwhile, simultaneously Third Party Funds and Financing together have a significant effect on the Liquidity of Sharia NTB Bank. This study provides significant academic contributions by offering empirical insights into the liquidity management of Islamic banks, specifically within Sharia NTB Bank.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the feasibility analysis of customers receiving qardhul hasan financing during the covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles faced in assessing the feasibility of customers at the Baituttamkin Sharia Cooperative Kediri Unit. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In the method of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing, while for the validity of the data using the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, confirmability test. The results of the study prove that the feasibility analysis of customers in the Baituttamkin Islamic cooperative unit Kediri does not all apply the 5C and 7P principles but rather prioritizes the character side. Good character will affect all sides of the 5C or 7P principles by prioritizing the assessment of the character aspect is a very appropriate step because character will affect everything that is in a person. Good character, making other aspects such as capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of the customer's economy will have a positive impact from that character.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the strategy and effectiveness of the implementation of marketing of murabahah financing products carried out by KSPPS Karya Mandiri Jerowaru. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques, namely observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The subject of this study was the chairman of the board and field employees of KSPPS Karya Mandiri. The results of this study show that the marketing strategy of murabahah financing products is to use a marketing mix and is quite effective.

Abstract

In investing, one of the analyzes that must be carried out by investors is to carry out fundamental analysis. One method that can be used to view company performance, especially the information contained in financial reports, is the Piotroski F-Score. This study relies on secondary data in the form of published company financial reports, then analyzed using a quantitative approach to measure the financial performance of each company. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the nine Piotroski F-Score assessment variables, then giving a score to each of these criteria. The sampling technique used purposive sampling where only 55 companies were included in the sample criteria. The results showed that the use of the Piotroski F-Score was able to show Islamic stocks with good performance as seen from the high Piotroski F-Score values ??for companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 for the 2019-2021 period. Of the 55 samples analyzed, there were 34 stocks that had scores in the range of 0-3 which were categorized as companies with low performance, investors were recommended to avoid or not invest in these companies. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of Financial Distress and the Level of Debt with the Independent Board of Commissioners as an Intervening Variable. The type of research used in this research is quantitative and then processed with statistical methods. The population in this study are all companies in the mining sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data processing and data analysis in this study, it was found that financial distress had a positive and significant effect on debt levels, financial difficulties had a positive and significant effect on independent commissioners, independent commissioners had no significant effect on debt levels, independent commissioners were unable intervene the effect of financial difficulties on debt levels. In this study, financial difficulties and an independent board of commissioners have a joint effect of around 62.3% on debt levels. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product, price, promotion and place factors on customers' interest in saving at Bank BSI Mataram. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis model is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the factors of product, price, promotion, and distribution jointly affect the intention to save customers with a coefficient of determination R Square of 0.596. Product partially influences customer saving intention with a coefficient value of 0.343, price partially influences customer saving intention with a coefficient value of 0.149, promotion partially influences customer saving interest with a coefficient value of 0.208 and location partially influences customer saving intention with coefficient value of 0.200. So this research shows that marketing strategies are an integral part of the banking world to get customers interested in saving in these banks.
