<![CDATA[Differentiated learning is one part of the policy of implementing Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in schools. This learning pattern emphasizes the management of education in heterogeneous classes. In this learning context, teachers are required to be able to design learning activities that can accommodate differences in student characteristics and backgrounds. Implementing differentiated learning without assistance for teachers at school is certainly not easy. This community service activity for the German Language Education Study Program aims to provide knowledge to teachers to design and implement differentiated learning. The results achieved through this activity are teachers have knowledge about the concept and application of differentiated learning. Teachers understand the aspects of differentiated learning that need to be considered in planning, namely content, process, product, and environment or learning climate in the classroom. Teachers can decide how these four elements will be incorporated into classroom learning. Teachers can also customize the learning environment and atmosphere, as well as the content, process and product of each class based on the previously diagnosed student profile. In addition, teachers also understand the indicators that need to be used to assess student learning achievementobtained from various media can be explained properly to avoid the wrong concept]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to (a) provide teachers with an understanding of the nature of the Pancasila Students Profile, including its definitions, dimensions, elements, and sub elements. (b) provide teachers with an understanding of Era Society 5.0. (c) describe the integration of dimensions and elements of the Pancasila Student Profile and the skills of Era Society 5.0. The method of delivering the material is a presentation interspersed with questions and answers. At the end of the activity, a reflection was conducted to determine the participants' understanding of the material and the relevance of the material to the learning needs at school. The results of the reflection showed that, a. organizationally, the activity went well because of the good coordination between the FKIP UNPATTI PPG team and the partners, b. the Pancasila Student profile material integrated the latest learning elements in the 21st century, and c. the material presented was received positively by all participants. The response is based on the results of the reflection that the method of presenting the material allows participants to easily understand it because it is presented in simple language and is interactive with concrete examples. The material that has been learned can be applied to learning in their respective education units and even shared in the form of good practices with other communities because the material is relevant to the learning needs.]]>

<![CDATA[The Community empowerment is an effort to provide strength and capability to the community to become self-sufficient and develop their potential. It is an effort to help the community improve their quality of life, whether in terms of religion, economy, or social aspects. One way of serving the community is through empowering them with Islamic religious activities. Community empowerment through Islamic religion in the Tihu Village, Teluk Ambon District, Maluku Province aims to increase religious awareness, strengthen religious values, develop skills, increase tolerance, and improve the welfare of the community. This community service activity is carried out by providing understanding and experience of Islamic religion that aligns with the values of goodness and truth. Community empowerment through Islamic religious activities is carried out through preaching, guidance, or religious counseling. Through these activities, 70% of the participants already understand and can implement worship activities, especially in anticipation of the holy month of Ramadan. Therefore, community empowerment through Islamic religious activities needs to be continually encouraged and developed in building a peaceful and prosperous community harmony.]]>

<![CDATA[The performance of Physical Education Sports and Health teachers in the learning process in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency is still not optimal. This service activity aims to determine the level of competence of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency in 2022. The training methods in this community service activity are lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The instrument used to measure the level of teacher competency is the Teacher Performance Assessment Instrument. The subjects in this service were Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluk Regency, totaling 40 teachers from 21 schools. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of the evaluation of the training materials show that the competency level of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency is in the "very low" category of 0% (0 teachers), the "low" category is 44.44% (15 teachers), the "medium" category was 25.0% (8 teachers), the "high" category was 19.44% (12 teachers), and the "very high" category was 11.11% (5 teachers)]]>

<![CDATA[The use of educational game-based media in general has not been implemented in schools in Ambon city. Even though in the digital era 4.0 educators are required to be able to use educational game-based media in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to provide German teachers in Ambon City at the SMA / SMK level with training on the use of technology in the learning process, one of which is the "Kahoot" Application Training as Media in Learning Process and Evaluation for German Language Teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Ambon. The community service team carries out training activities with the aim of training the use of educational game-based media in the learning process and evaluation. Community service activities are carried out through demonstration methods and direct practice in making learning media using the kahoot application. This activity was attended by German teachers in Ambon City. The end result of this service activity is the production of an educational game-based media (Kahoot) in the learning process and evaluation. Teachers must be able to choose and apply learning methods based on the complexity of the material and the personality of each student. <![CDATA[Currently public education can be done through the use of video. This is done so that activities run smoothly and save time, as well as benefit people who are not familiar with the potential of pigeon pea. Pigeon pea as a functional plant for the Kisar people can be processed into functional food products such as sweet soy sauce, jam, sweetened condensed milk, pigeon pea extract, gude crackers, and cajanus bar. For this reason, this video is very important to do to explain the tools and materials that need to be prepared and how to make these food products to Science/Biology and Craft teachers. This educational activity method is carried out through preparation and implementation activities for one month. The results obtained are that science/biology and craft teachers can get to know pigeon pea, understand tools and materials and how to make functional food products. Recommendations for this educational activity can be implemented in the curriculum for crafts at the junior and senior high school levels]]>

<![CDATA[The community service activities carried out aim to train educators so they can utilize and apply the use of the Google sites in creating web-based learning media. The training, which was carried out through community service activities, was centered on teachers at SMP Negeri 85 Central Maluku, Hatu Village, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku. The training is a form of effort to support the government in education units in improving the quality of human resources in the era of Society 5.0. Activities were carried out using lecture, demonstration, and question and answer methods with the number of participants involved as many as 14 people who were then used as respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire that aims to determine the level of an understanding or initial and final knowledge of the teacher regarding the training material provided. The results of the activities carried out show that before the training, it was found that on average 53% of the training participants did not understand, 34% had understood, and 13% were known to have understood the Google sites and its use. On the other hand, after the training, the average lack of understanding decreased by 51% to 2% and as many as 85% of the training participants became familiar with the Google sites and its use as a web-based learning medium. These results indicate that the training carried out has increased understanding and has had a good and positive impact on the trainees]]>

<![CDATA[Language Studies Centre (called as PSB) of Pattimura University (Unpatti) organized community service activities (PkM), with the theme "A Day in Foreign Languages as a Learning Strategy to Understand the Potential of Local Tourism". This PkM activity has two goals: (a) students' motivation to learn English in the field of local tourism potential, based on understanding and practicing learning to become a tour guide in Nuniali congregation (Jemaat GPM Nuniali), and (b) try out of online foreign language courses (Dutch and English) through ZOOM. With a descriptive analysis approach through a questionnaire instrument, it was found that all participants liked English (a total of 36 participants or 100%), while the themes most liked by participants were: (1) waterfall tourism with 33 responses yes or like; (2) the history of the origin of the village (24 responses); (3) travelling in West Seram (SBB) with a total response yes of 23 people. Meanwhile, the most preferred learning activity by participants was direct practice in tourist spot as 25 responses (69.4%) and if it is interpreted according to the professional experience of the PkM Team in relation to tourist guiding, shown that there was already a potential of almost 70% of the number of responses liked the tourist guide profession. Meanwhile, the trial of an online foreign language course via Zoom at the Nuniali congregation showed that the church (the priest of congregational) could play an active role in finding solutions for the absence of an English teacher at the Christian Schools (called as YPPK) by means of providing an English language course/solution via ZOOM]]>
