<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang signifikan dan dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (UNIS) Tangerang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional mengenai tema permasalahan. Sampel sebanyak 204 orang, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang antara lain adalah faktor kecakapan dan keterampilan, faktor sarana/fasilitas, faktor kedisiplinan dosen, faktor layanan akademik dan non akademik, faktor kegiatan pembelajaran, faktor kesesuaian perkuliahan, faktor akses kampus, faktor keamanan kampus dan yang terkahir adalah faktor konseling dosen. faktor kecakapan dan keterampilan merupakan faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerng berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Kualitas Akademik terhadap Keputusan Calon Mahasiswa dalam memilih Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi pada Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model penelitian yaitu deskriptif korelasi dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 194 mahasiswa yang kemudian ditetapkan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu simple random sampling sehingga didapat sampel yaitu sebanyak 131 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan secara parsial Kualitas Akademik terhadap Keputusan Calon Mahasiswa diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,629. Pada taraf signifikansi 5%, dapat diketahui thitung sebesar 9,097 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 karena koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas Akademik terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Calon Mahasiswa dalam memilih Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi.]]>

<![CDATA[Job training and career development have an important role to improve the performance of employees and improve quality human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and career development simultaneously and partially on the performance of Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital employees. This research is a causal associative study where the population and sample of this study are employees at Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, F test, T test at the significant rate (confidence level) alpha 0.05. And the calculation process was carried out using the SPSS version 24 program. The hypothesis test showed that the results of the effect of job training on employee performance were 2,115 at a significant level of 0.038, the effect of career development on employee performance was 1,535 at a significant level of 0.130. Thus the hypothesis in this study shows that job training has a partial or positive effect on employee performance at Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital while career development has no effect on employee performance]]>

<![CDATA[The Influence of Educated Unemployment Rate on Economic Growth in Tangerang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the level of educated unemployment on economic growth.This research was conducted in the Tangerang and Cipondoh sub-districts in Tangerang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of educated unemployment that occurs in two sub-districts, whether the level of educated unemployment has an impact on growth in the two sub-districts in Tangerang City.The method in this study uses descriptive correlational analysis of the Quantitative type. Basically to explain the relationship between the factors or various variables that influence the variable level of educated unemployment on economic growth. The number of samples studied was 100 respondents who were from 50 Tangerang sub-districts and 50 Cipondoh sub-districts in Tangerang City.Based on this research, it can be concluded that the value carried out in the T test shows that the estimation results of the regression model produce a positive educated unemployment coefficient (0.706) with a sig probability value = 0.000 < α (0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, based on the test results, it can be concluded that partially educated unemployment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the two sub-districts in Tangerang City.]]>

<![CDATA[Shopee paylater is a feature found in the shopee application that uses the pay later principle. With these features, a person becomes more wasteful and has a consumerism attitude that is not good as a result of these features. This study aims to determine the effect of student consumerism on the use of shopee paylater in the view of Islamic economics (a case study on high school students in Tangerang Regency). This makes researchers want to find out more to students about "INFLUENCE OF STUDENTS' CONSUMERISM ATTITUDE TO THE USE OF SHOPEE PAY-LATER IN ISLAMIC ECONOMIC VIEWS (CASE STUDY ON STUDENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL IN TANGERANG DISTRICT)". The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with a descriptive approach. conducted interviews to dig up information for 4 days interacting directly with informants.The subjects in this study were high school students equivalent in Tangerang Regency. The results of the study explain that in essence this feature causes consumptive behavior which can be a problem in the future. Therefore, many scholars still call this feature usury.]]>

So that it will make students more like and entertained in teaching and learning activities. But not only that, this software can also be used as a means of promotion, presentations, online business and other activities. With this software, it is easier for teachers to deliver material. in his research concluded, Video Scribe-based Compact Disc Interactive (CDi) learning media is valid to be used as a medium for supporting student independent learning in the Workshop Work Engineering (TKB) subject with an average rating of 88.55% which is in the very valid category , the practical value of the Video Scibe-based Compact Disc Interactive (CD-i) learning media was stated to be very good.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of teaching materials is one of the driving aspects in the learning process so that learning can be active. Entrepreneurship learning is one way to grow students to be more creative in creating works of art. This study aims to find out how to develop teaching materials to foster entrepreneurial creativity for FKIP students. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews to gather information for 4 days. The subjects of this study were Lecturers and Students of FKIP Unis. The results of the study explain that the development of teaching materials in the form of lesson plans or syllabus as well as expert guidelines and guidebooks to motivate students to be creative with the work they create. <![CDATA[The use of technology in the learning process has an important role in improving the quality of education, so that learning is held to be more effective and efficient. Therefore, the existence of technology is expected to create a learning atmosphere that stimulates students to explore and explore their potential to the fullest. The existence of 21st century learning that involves information and communication technology in educational activities, makes e-learning one of the important things in supporting the implementation of learning that involves digital technology to increase student interest in learning. This study aims to increase students' interest in learning through the E-Learning learning model in the digitalization era. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach which is carried out with interviews to explore information which is carried out for 3 days. The subjects in this study were at the SMK level. The results of the study explain that the use of e-learning in learning activities is quite effective in increasing student interest in learning, but because its use is less familiar, there are still some students who are less interested in e-learning-based learning. <![CDATA[Shares are proof of ownership of a company, so the understanding of the process of buying and selling shares is the process of buying and selling shares on the stock exchange against a company that has been registered and is open for shares to be purchased by the public. This study uses a qualitative method because to explore the effect of the company's stock price on stock transactions in the Indonesian capital market. The results of the analysis show that buying and selling shares made by students only want to have savings in the form of shares for the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam memuat kurikulum K13, garis besar program pembelajaran dan satuan metode pembelajaran dikatakan sebagai pekerjaan rutin. Mengenai konteks materi, tidak mudah, tetap bisa ditangani karena penugasannya disesuaikan dengan kompetensi. Masalah biasanya muncul ketika mencari kesepakatan dalam pemilihan kata kerja untuk menyatakan tujuan dalam penerapan pembelajaran. Sehingga kompetensi dasar dan indikator pencapaiannya secara garis besar program pembelajaran dirasa kurang sesuai dengan yang dimaksud penyusun. Sehingga dalam suatu proses pembelajaran perlu selalu diadakan penilaian atau evaluasi agar seorang guru dapat memperoleh data yang lengkap tentang kemajuan kemampuan siswa.
