Abstract

Abstrak Pengaruh literasi keuangan, dan pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa di SMA Negeri 5 kabupaten Tangerang.” Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh ada atau tidaknya pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif memilih SMA Negeri 5 kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah populasi 191 dengan sempel sebanyak 100 siswa. Teknik dalam pengambilan sempel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan hasil literasi keuangan berpengaruh negarif terhadap perilaku konsumtif, dan pengendalian diri terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif, Kemudian literasi keuangan dan pegendalian diri besama-sama berkontribusi positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Kata Kunci : Literasi Keuangan, Pengendalian Diri, Perilaku Konsumtif

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of service provided by the Gojek company on customersatisfaction among students of FKIP Islamic University Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 FKIP students who were Gojek customers, which were described according to gender, age, study program, domicile, type of Gojek service, and frequency of using Gojek services. This study uses twovariables, namely the service quality variable as the independent variable (free) and the customer satisfaction variable as the dependent variable (bound). The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple regression analysis method, and the results showed that there was apositive effect of service quality on Gojek's customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of factors of socioeconomic status, gender, culture on the entrepreneurial intentions of SMK students in Legok District. The population in this study were grade 12 students at SMK PGRI 31 Legok and SMKN 12 Kab. Tangerang, totaling 530 students. Sampling was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 84 students. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires (google form) multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially, socioeconomic status and gender have no effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while culture has a significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, it simultaneously shows that socio-economic status, gender, and culture have a significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. Abstract

Abstrak Perubahan zaman yang cepat ialah sebagai salah satu hasil dari modernisasi dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pendidikan karakter yang baik diperlukan untuk melewati rintangan teknologi yang semakin maju, untuk mempunyai daya saing dan berketerampilan dalam menghadapi masa yang akan datang. Pendidikan karakter adalah salah satu kewajiban yang perlu dilakukan terhadap siswa agar tidak mudah dipengaruhi oleh zaman globalisasi yang membuat sikap dan perilaku menjadi yang buruk.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis atau mengetahui model penerapan pendidikan karakter, faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pendidikan karakter, dan mencari model atau cara penerapan pendidikan karakter agar sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah di SMA Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari informan serta dokumen mengenai jenis data-data yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Sekolah SMAN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang telah menerapkan program pemerintah tentang Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) untuk menjalankan 5 nilai utama karakter prioritas yang berisikan karakter religius,integritas, nasionalis, mandiri, dan gotong royong. 2) Dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter di era persaingan global pada siswa kelas 11 IPS SMAN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang, pihak sekolah memiliki beberapa faktor pendukung dalam mewujudkan keberhasilan pendidikan karakter seperti melakukan perjanjian dengan orang tua siswa saat sebelum diterima sekolah, menggunakan sifat keteladanan para guru, melalui perantara wali kelas saat terjadi masalah pada siswa, dan membuat kegiatan sosial kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan. 3) Pihak sekolah memiliki beberapa model atau cara supaya dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter agar sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah yaitu dengan cara membuat SOP PBM (Standar Operasional Proses Belajar Mengajar) untuk para guru yang disampaikan setiap awal tahun pelajaran, membuat peraturan kepada siswa tentang saat masuk gerbang sekolah sampai hal yang dilakukan saat istirahat, melakukan treatment dengan memanggil orang tua siswa, hingga menggunakan layanan BK agar menjadi penyelenggara yang komprehensif. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Dunia Bangunan I Daan Mogot Kota Tangerang dengan jumlah 106 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesionar atau angket untuk pelatihan, kinerja dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tingkat keyakinan sebesar 95% yang dimana df = n-2, maka R tabel bernilai 0.268 Variabel yang layak digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah variabel yang memiliki nilai R Hitung di atas nilai R tabel yang dalam kasus ini bernilai 0.268. Pada uji validitas ditemukan 14 instrumen untuk variabel sikap berdistribusi valid dan 12 instrumen untuk variabel pelatihan berdistribusi valid. Reliabilitas dihitung menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha yang lebih besar dari 0.60. Uji prasyarat analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Pada penelitiian menggunakan uji korelasi rank speraman. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan pelatihan terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan dan Kinerja

Abstract

The probability that the auditor will assess the presence of an infraction in the client's accounting system and then report that infraction is what we mean when we talk about audit quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, emotional quotient, and religiosity on audit quality. This research is quantitative with convenience sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and distributed to respondents using a google form. There were 100 respondents, and 100 of them could be evaluated. The data were processed using SPSS Version 27 for reliability and validity tests and hypotheses using SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study is that competence and emotional quotient has a significantly positive effect on audit quality. This shows that the auditor should have emotional intelligence, comprehend his or her place in society, and have adequate knowledge in his field to produce better audit quality. Otherwise, the religiosity of an auditor does not influence audit quality. Finally, this study contributes to a better understanding of the influence of competence, emotional quotient, and religiosity on audit quality from auditors in Jakarta.

Abstract

Job Analysis in the Administrative Section of the Sheikh Yusuf Islamic University Case Study This research was conducted at the Sheikh Yusuf Islamic University Tangerang. This study aims to determine the extent of Administrative Positions in the Faculty of Economics, FKIP, Postgraduate Program. This research uses Observation, Interview, and Documentation. In the case study research, Spadley did not use the term population, but called it "social situation" or a social situation consisting of three elements, namely: place, actor, and activity that interact synergistically. This social situation can be stated as an object of research that wants to be understood in more depth "what happened" in it. In descriptive research it does not use populations, because descriptive research departs from certain cases that exist in certain social situations and the results of the study will not be applied to the population, but transferred to other places in social situations that have similarities with the situations in the cases studied. Samples in descriptive research are not called respondents, but as informants, or participants, informants, and teachers in the research. The sample in qualitative descriptive research is also not called a statistical sample, but a theoretical sample, because the purpose of descriptive research is to generate theory.

Abstract

This research was conducted at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas. This study aims to determine how much influence the service quality of workshops and workshop promotion has on corporate image at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas. This study uses a quantitative description. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, t test and f test. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. With a population of 200 people, the sampling technique was determined, namely purposive sampling, while the sample obtained was 67 people, namely customers who came directly to the workshop. From the results of the research on the variable quality of service workshops, the value of tcount > ttable (7.002 > 1.998) is obtained. it can be concluded that the service quality of the repair shop has an effect on the company's image at the AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas while workshop promotion on corporate image is tcount < ttable (1.537 <1.998) so it can be concluded that workshop promotion has no effect on corporate image at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas.

Abstract

The Grade Point Average (GPA) is a measurement and assessment of learning outcomes that have been carried out by someone after carrying out learning activities as evidenced by the form of tests and learning outcomes expressed in the form of numbers and letters that have been achieved. This study aims to determine how much influence socio-economic status and campus environment have on student GPA at the Faculty of Teaching and Education, Syekh-Yusuf Islamic University Tangerang. The author uses a representative sample of students who are registered and active in the Teaching and Education Faculty of the Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang Islamic University, totaling 56 samples. Data obtained with valid and reliable research instruments. The author uses a Likert scale as a measurement scale and distributes a predetermined questionnaire with simple random sampling. With multiple regression analysis, the authors found that socio-economic status had a significant effect on the cumulative grade point average of students while the campus environment was not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher personality competence on learning motivation and the effect of learning motivation on learning achievement in Public and Private Senior High Schools in Tangerang City. The samples in this research were students of SMA Negeri 6 Kota Tangerang and SMA Syekh Yusuf Kota Tangerang. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing 20 statements which were distributed to 100 respondents. This research is a correlational research and a quantitative descriptive approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Cronbach's Alpha Test. Analysis prerequisite test consists of normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. hypothesis testing consists of multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that partially, personality competence influences learning motivation and learning motivation influences learning achievement.
