Abstract

The problem of "carok" due to disputes over village head elections in Madura society has not been resolved despite being recognized as illegal. Efforts are needed to increase the legal awareness of the community in resolving conflicts more wisely without losing the collective self-esteem of the community. The presence of police officers in the community, namely Bhabinkamtibmas, is expected to act as mediators in building legal awareness. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of crime prevention through the implementation of Bhabinkamtibmas functions in increasing Legal Awareness for Preventing "Carok" in Village Head Elections Moderated by the Collective Self-esteem Values of Madura Society. This research is observational. The research variables are the efficiency of the implementation of Bhabinkamtibmas's main tasks and functions, legal awareness, prevention of carok in village head elections, and the collective self-esteem values of the community. The population is the community of Bangkalan with a sample size of 200 people taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection tools use questionnaires and are analyzed using regression. Partially, the implementation of crime prevention by Bhabinkamtibmas effectively increases legal awareness among the community. The legal awareness possessed by the community significantly influences the prevention of carok due to village head election activities. The effectiveness of crime prevention by Bhabinkamtibmas functions and Legal Awareness together affects the prevention of carok in village head elections with the moderation of the collective self-esteem of the community. The culture of carok due to conflicts in village head elections must be ended as it causes the loss of other people's lives and leads to punishment. The role of Bhabinkamtibmas needs to be enhanced.

Abstract

One way to realize services in the field of law or police law enforcement is to use the electronic Investigation Management System (e-MP) approach. E-MP is an application that really helps members of the investigation from the leadership level to investigators and assistant investigators to be able to interact in working in an investigation management system. starting from the police report, the assignment of personnel in handling a case, until the case is handled which are all integrated with each other. The research method used in this research is a type of analytical observation research, which is a research approach in which the data collection is without any intervention in the population. This study aims to describe the effect of supervision and training on the effectiveness of the implementation of Investigation E-Management using a cross sectional research design, which is an approach used to observe variables through data collection only once, at one time or using an approach. The results showed that the existing supervision system at the East Belitung. Police was mostly in the very good category. This can be seen from the implementation of the effectiveness of the implementation of E-management of investigations mostly in the very effective category. The supervision system and training at East Belitung Police simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of the implementation of Investigation E-Management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the efforts of PT Sukanda Djaya, Ancol branch, a food and beverage distribution company headquartered in Bekasi, in improving employee performance for optimal work outcomes. Declining employee performance has resulted in decreased delivery of goods to customers due to loading errors and violations of the FIFO principle. The research identifies three factors contributing to the decline in performance: ineffective leadership style, work environment affecting job completion time, and lack of job satisfaction. This study employs a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using statistics through IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 to manage data collected from FG warehouse employees of PT Sukanda Djaya, Ancol branch, using saturated sampling. To obtain primary data, data collection is conducted using questionnaires distributed to FG warehouse employees of PT Sukanda Djaya, Ancol branch, who can support this research. The findings of this study indicate a significant influence between leadership style, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of work discipline, workplace facilities, and job promotion on the performance awareness of companies in the manufacturing sector in Jakarta. In this research, a quantitative method will be employed using a saturation sampling technique, where the entire population will be included with the participation of 60 respondents. Data will be collected using IBM SPSS Statistic Version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive influence of work discipline and workplace facilities on employee performance partially. However, job promotion does not have a significant influence on employee performance partially. Overall, work discipline, workplace facilities, and job promotion together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of performance in the context of companies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources. This research contributes originality by exploring work discipline, workplace facilities, and job promotion as independent variables affecting company performance as the dependent variable, which is a new addition to research literature.

Abstract

Each company will select prospective employees who meet the qualifications determined by the company. This aims to get quality employees so they can carry out organizational tasks so that company goals can be achieved. Therefore, employee performance is a must to achieve organizational performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of workload, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Serang Branch. This research is quantitative research. The population of this research is employees of PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Serang Branch and sampling technique with a saturated sample of 50 respondents. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis methods use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, coefficient of determination tests and t tests. The results of this research conclude that workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture and work environment have a significant influence.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of work motivation, work environment and work culture on employee performance at the Khalisma Hotel. The research method used is quantitative with a research design using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research population was 40 employees from various divisions at the Khalisma Hotel, with sampling carried out in a saturated manner. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F tests, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, the work environment and work culture do not have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that employee enthusiasm and internal encouragement play a more important role in improving performance than work environment factors and organizational culture.

Abstract

In today's era of innovation and progress, the presence of social media has become a fundamental necessity for various purposes, including the marketing of goods and services. Social media facilitates social interaction and enables dynamic and interactive communication, making it an effective tool in digital marketing. Technological developments have affected many aspects of life, including the business world, where the use of social media helps in marketing and trading strategies. Social media is essential in marketing today. Social Media Marketing (SMM) and influencers play a key role in creating brand awareness and influencing consumer behavior. Qualitative methods were used in the study to understand the relationship between the research variables, focusing on the influence of social media promotion on the purchase decision of beauty products. Collaboration between SMM and influencers is an important strategy in digital marketing, enabling the expansion of brand reach and optimal results in marketing campaigns.

Abstract

This research tries to explore the role of BI as internal business intelligence in improving decision making, increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness, increasing competitiveness, improving risk management, and increasing customer satisfaction. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants at various levels of the organization. The research results show that BI plays an important role in supporting decision making and business strategy. BI helps organizations to collect, analyze and understand data from various internal and external sources. This understanding can then be used to make more informed and strategic decisions. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to the understanding of the role of BI in organizations. This research also provides practical implications for managers who want to use BI to improve their decision making and business strategy

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) impacts organizational performance. BI is a system used to gather, coordinate, and analyze information from various sources to support decision-making. The implementation of BI brings benefits to organizations, such as enhancing analytical capabilities and understanding business dynamics, as well as supporting better decision-making. This study investigates the subject with a subjective approach by analyzing various relevant references. The results show that BI execution has a positive impact on organizational performance by enhancing analytical capabilities, improving decision accuracy, and facilitating faster adaptation to market changes and business environments. Furthermore, the organization's role in decision-making is a key factor in the success of BI implementation. The findings of this research provide practical recommendations for organizations to effectively utilize BI to enhance competitiveness in the era of globalization. Abstract

This research explores the influence of big data and business intelligence (BI) in organizational decision-making. Big data, which is a collection of large, complex, and varied data, and BI, as a tool for analyzing business data, have changed the paradigm of business decision-making. Their integration has increased productivity, innovation, and competitive advantage in dynamic markets. Research results show that the use of big data and BI affects the efficiency and effectiveness of decision-making at different levels of an organization. Big data enables in-depth understanding of customers, market trends, and business operations, while BI enables the fusion and transformation of data into useful information for decision-making. The integration of the two enables more informed decisions, optimization of business processes, and better results. Nonetheless, further research is needed to understand their impact in different business context.
