Abstract

The Research aims to know the advisability and investment banana crop farming in increasing income of farmers in the village of Ponteh, Subdistrict of Galis, Regency of Pamekasan. The population in this researh is a banana farmer in the village of Ponteh, Subdistrict of Galis, regency of Pamekasan. For this study, researchers determined the total sample of 475 people, but the questionnaire who managed to return only 83 respondents. To test the hypothesis uses analysis factor. The Research result showed Plantain crop farming that is done in the village of Ponteh, Subdistrict of Galis, Regency of Pameksan is not worth the effort seen from the financial aspect, namely payback period of 1 year 8 months longer than the economic age is 1 year. Market aspects, technical aspects, and social aspects are in good category with score average of consecutive 4.15, 4.06, and 4.03. The number of workers absorbed in full from plantain crop farming in a year as many as 179 people. Obstacles in the plantain crop farming in the village of Ponteh, Subdistrict of Galis, regency of  Pameksan are: the technical Obstacles is the harvest plantain difficult set according to market needs. and drugs required are not available in the village. Nontechnical Obstacles is the selling price of plantain is determined by the buyer (collector) so that the farmers' bargaining position is weak, the selling price of plantain is not stable, the land area of the narrow become an obstacle in the development of crop farming of bananas, the group of farmer as a forum for farmers of plantain crop to hold interaction is not functioning optimally

Abstract

PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Branch Bluto Sumenep is one of Bank Syari’ah Financing which functions as an intermediary that has its own the market in distributing financial products, namely the public and small businesses that need capital but in analyzing the customer worthy or not to be given financig by using the ratings analysis 5C to anticipate the risk of financing as doubted, less smooth and credit jammed. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research using using simple linear regression method where the purpose of simple linear regression is to forecast or predict systematically about what is most likely to happen in the future based on the information of the past and present-have for mistakes can be minimized. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. Sample of 73 customers. The instruments used in data collection is by using the questionnaire method, documentation and interviews. While proving the hypothesis using a calculation by the classical assumption test, t test and f test. The results of this research using simple linear regression analysis which states that there is influence between margin pieces (muqashah ar-Ribhi), the equation Y = 19.060 + 0.345 X. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with t test and F test shows significant value where t count> t table = 6.784 0.000 ˃1.666 with significant level of 0,000 less than 0.05. And the F test showed the value of Fcount ˃ Ftabel (46.027 ˃ 3.98) with the level of sig. Of as big as 0000. It can be concluded that simultaneously margin pieces (muqashah ar-Ribhi) has a significant effect on the customers' interest in utilizing financing murabaha at Bank Financing Shari’ah People (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar (Case Study at the Branch Office Bluto Sumenep).

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions continue to plague the urban to the rural. No exception to the Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) in Pamekasan area. Consequently, all the processes required to implement management based on Islamic principles, as well as in marketing. That is why ethics and morals become a necessity in carrying out any business activity. BMT UGT Sidogiri Pamekasan branch is one of the BMT which has increased exponentially customers. Allegedly due to the increase in the number of customers continued to increase customer confidence. One of the flagship products owned BMT UGT Sidogiri Pamekasan branch in collecting funds is Islamic savings have minimum deposit Rp 1000 by the facility pick up the ball that is not offered by other BMT in Pamekasan. Based on this background, researchers interested in conducting research with the title "Influence of Characteristics Marketing Decision Against Sharia Become Customer BMT UGT Sidogiri Pamekasan branch". The problem that arises is there any influence of sharia marketing characteristics to the decision as a customer and what variables (theist, ethical, realistic, humanistic) the dominant influence on a customer's decision. This type of research is field research using a quantitative approach. The study population were all customers of BMT UGT Sidogiri Pamekasan branch using simple random sampling method and the determination of the number of samples is determined by the formula slovin at an error rate of 10%. Mechanical analysis is multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous calculation results obtained Fhitung (39.081)> Ftabel of (2.47) which means accepting the hypothesis of the influence of sharia marketing characteristics (theist, ethical, realistic, humanistic) against the decision of a customer. While the partial test results obtained for thitung theistic, ethical, realistic and humanistic respectively 2.648, 3.622, 2.560, 2.938 greater than ttable (1.66123), which means either partially theistic, realistic, realistic and humanistic declared significant. So that the ethical is the most dominant variable influence on a customer's decision BMT UGT Sidogiri Pamekasan branch.

Abstract

The development of Syari’a banking is rapidly make the level of competition is getting tighter. Whereas the products offered by each banking institutions are not much different. Therefore, the banks should have a distinctive difference in the products of competitors, so that customers have a reason to make a choice in selecting a product offered by these banks. Efforts can be done applying the strategies of differentiation and positioning. The purpose of this research, first: researcher wants to know how to influence the strategy of differentiation and positioning in motivating customers to save for Barokah savings in BPRS Bhakti Sumekar of Pamekasan branch; second, researchers want to know the most dominant factor in motivating customers to save for Barokah savings in BPRS Bhakti Sumekar of Pamekan branch. This study uses a quantitative approach, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This data type is a primary data obtained through questionnaires. Respondents are a number of clients BPRS Bhakti Sumekar of Pamekasan branch that use the barokah savings. The results of this research indicate that based on the results of linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 0,094 + 0,315X1 + 0,663X2, this equation states without differentiation and positioning strategies, customers motivation save for Barokah savings amounted to 0,094 and every enhancement of 1% for strategy of differentiation and positioning will lead to an enhancement amounted to 0,315 and 0,663 on the customer’s motivation to save for Barokah savings. The strategy contributions of differentiation and positioning is quite high with a value of determination coefficient amounted to 0,669 or 66,9%, which means that 66,9% of variation from motivation customers to save for Barokah savings explained by the strategy variation of differentiation and positioning while the remaining 33,1% is explained by the other factors variation are not included in this research. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with T and F test shows the significant value of 0,000 which means that the strategy of differentiation and positioning a significant effect to the customer’s motivation to save for Barokah savings in BPRS Bhakti Sumekar of Pamekasan branch. While most dominant variable in influencing the customer’s motivation to save on Barokah savings is positioning variable with a value of determination coefficient amounted to 0,663 or 66,3% and the value of the T test of 8,130 or 81,30%.

Abstract

Based on investigation result of the Police Criminal Investigation that is found in some vaccines allegedly Spurious. Said to be Spurious because the quality provided is not equal to the quality specified by the government. The Spurious vaccines is a mixture of original vaccine coupled with the infusion so that the quality of vaccines given to children of immunization participants are not suitable dose should. The discovery of false vaccines make the anxious parents bacause the fearing of the vaccine provided is not made immune instead make more disease because its hygiene of vaccine. Circulation of Spurious vaccines make some state institutions such as the BPOM and BPKN must intervene in order to provide protection to the consumer (goods consumer) . In accordance with the authority that has been mandated to the BPOM and BKPN expected can do good supervision during production, labeling, marketing and supervision at the time have been circulating in community. law protection by BPOM and BPKN very important for consumers / users because people are often given the wrong information by business people. For that then law (rules) must provide space for consumers to take legal actions in restoring her/his own rights have been impaired due to consumption of these spurious vaccines.

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution whose main activities to collect funds and distribute funds to the community. Factors that very influence in the bank's success in obtaining profit is by increasing the disbursement frequency of financing and client’s types as one of the factors that influence the amount of profit margin obtained bank. Based on that, then there are two problems who became a study principal in this research as follows: first: Is there any influence of customer type and financing liquefaction frequency towards Profit Margin in BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan; second, which is the most influential variable on the Profit Margin in BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. This Research uses a quantitative approach with research type is multiple linear regression. The amount of data used in this research as many as 20 data taken from published reports of Quarterly Bank Indonesia and published reports BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri in January 2011 until December 2015. The research results of T Test of the respective T count X1 amounted to 3.184 and variable X2 amounted to 2.475 and T table amounted to 2.101, (X1 = 3.184> 2.101 and X2 = 2.475> 2.101), it can be concluded the results of the partial test (T test) shows that all variables X (Customer type and financing liquefaction frequency) effect on variable Y (Profit Margin) partially significantly ≤ 0.05 X1 (Customer type) greater influence than X2 (financing liquefaction frequency) T count X1 greater  exceeds X2. Equation Y = ( -16.387) 0.399X1 + 0186 + X2 + e, based on multiple regression analysis, the regression coefficient obtained shows, customer type (b1 = 0.399) become the largest independent variables that influence Profit Margin (Y). While base testing the determinant coefficient using the program SPSS acquired adjusted R2 amounted to 0.732 or 73.2% means variable of Customer Type Financing and financing liquefaction frequency affect toward the profit margin amounted to 73.2% while the rest 26.8% influenced by other variables that are not proposed in this research.

Abstract

Clerics is a leader who has the charisma in the eyes of society. What is said, exemplified by clerics be an interesting thing for the community. He holds a very glorious and special viz as the inheritors of the Prophet. As the inheritors of the Prophet. As heir of the Prophet, Clerics have the roles, functions, and strategic position in delivering a moral message to the nation due to its position this glorious, people glorify and personifying them. All the words and actions of the clerics bocome a role model of its community. One of functions of the clergy is to preach (suggest to do good deeds / merits) and away from the prohibitions of Allah ((nahi-munkar) in the affairs of religious, social, political, cultural, and others. In the field of economics known as Muamalah Maliyah rarely this role functionalized and submitted to societies. Aspects of material / study propaganda theologian still struggling in the field of fiqh be only, not much touching economics. Therefore, Clerics are expected to maximize their role in the community with a way to invite people carry out economic activities in accordance with Islamic law through the dissemination of Syari’a Banking which is one of many Syari’a Transactions. This aspect has not been widely communicated to the public.

Abstract

Facing the public is increasingly critical as now, in addition to products, services provided also affect the sustainability of the company. Service as a form of first promotion to a prospective customer, if the superior service quality, the customer will continue to trade, and vice versa. To find out how much the service quality of a bank, it can use an analysis on a dimension that one of them is the Carter dimension (compliance, assurance, Reliability, tangibility, Emphaty, responsiveness) as a modified form of Servqual to fit used to measure the service quality Syariah banks. One of the Syari’a banks in Madura is Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar, that there is only one bank in Madura that there is a part of service quality, the task is to assess and evaluate all activities from the front liner (Security Guards, Tellers, Customer Service). This Research Methods use a qualitative approach, informants are the employees and customers of Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar. while techniques of data collection is by interview, observation, and documentation.  The results show that the first; all aspects of the Carter dimensions has been run and a good note, but the Tangibles dimension, there are some facilities are still inadequate, namely Parking Area and seating customers, parking area that less large makes the customers vehicle of the heat and rain resulted in anxiety of the customer will be safety, because it can damage their vehicles. Also customers seating is inadequate so that there are customers stand when waiting queues. The second; The strategy used BPRS Bhakti Sumekar namely innovation, that is not good to be good, and from the good to the better. By doing that, BPRS Bhakti Sumekar will always watch and evaluate each the service provided to customers. One of innovation proofs from BPRS Bhakti Sumekar is by to provide a suggestion box to accommodate the customer complaints, and free drinks such as tea and coffee so that customers do not feel tired and bored while waiting queues.

Abstract

The Bank is an industry whose business activities relying on public confidence so that the health of banks is done by maintaining the quality so that the bank can meet its obligations and maintain its performance. The purpose bank will be realized if the bank is able to significantly improve their performance optimal. To be able to function properly, the banks should have enough capital, maintaining its asset quality with a good, well-managed and operated by the precautionary principle thus generate enough profit to maintain the continuity of its business and maintain its liquidity so that it can meet its obligations at any time. the purpose of this study is the first: To determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses Towards Operating Income (OEOI), Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) simultaneously to the Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Second: To determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses Towards Operating Income  (OEOI), Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) partially on Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Third: To determine which variables are the most dominant influencing on Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. In this research uses quantitative methods with the technique of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS analysis tools, while proving the hypothesis using a calculation T test and F test. The data used is secondary data namely quarterly publication report documentation results. The research results shows that the variables CAR, OEOI, ROA and NIM simultaneously no effect  towards FDR PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep because Sig. > 0.05 and the value of Fcount <Ftable. After removing several independent variables are considered to cause occurred multikolinearitas in this research i.e. the variable OEOI and ROA, then the variable CAR and NIM simultaneously positive effect is not significant to FDR for Sig. <0.05 with a value of Fcount > Ftable (6.032> 4.41). The variable CAR, OEOI, ROA and NIM partially no effect on FDR PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep as a result Sig. > 0.05 and tcount <ttable. Variable CAR is not a variable that is most dominant influencing to FDR PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep as a result Sig. > 0.05

Abstract

The banks activities in general is a business that is based on the trust of society, therefore the managers professionalism  who are in it constituteing a necessity that can not be negotiable. Factors that the most influentsial in the bank's success in achieving its objectives is the workforce or employees, employees take an active role in setting plans, systems, processes and objectives to be achieved. Strategies to improve employee’s performance are by way of giving allowance to employees. Allowances are given additional compensation based on the company policy towards all employees in an effort to improve their welfare. The purpose of this research is the first: researcher wants to know the effect of employee’s allowance to employee’s performance in the BankPembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) of Bakti Artha Sejahtera (BAS) Sampang; second, the researcher wants to know the employeess allowance are most influential on the employee’s performance in the Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS)of Bakti Artha Sejahtera (BAS) Sampang. In this research, using a quantitative approach with the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sample used 45 respondents, all employees in BPRS Artha Bakti Sejahtera (BAS) Sampang and all employees in each cash office of Banyuates, cash office of Omben, cash office of Sreseh and cash office of Camplong. From the research result of the hypothesis testing F-test can be summed up all the independent variables are significantly influence towards employee performance in BPRS Artha Bakti Sejahtera Sampang by comparing the value Fcount> Ftable with each large (16.655> 3.22) with significantly smaller level 0, 00 of the standard significant 0.05. The research results T-test indicate that variable of compulsory allowance have the greatest influence on employee performance. It was stated by the results of Test-T produces a correlation coefficient tcount = 4.032> ttable = 2.017 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (5%). While the variable allowances not required to have the lowest influence on employee performance. It was stated by t-test produces a correlation coefficient value tcount = 2,079> t table = 2.017 with a significance level of 0.044 <0.05 (5%). From the result of the  determination coefficient (R2) using SPSS, by looking at the acquisition of adjusted R square of 0.416. That is 41.6% variable of employee’s performance affected by compulsory allowance and no compulsory allowance, while the remaining 58.4% can be explained by other factors that are not described in this research.
