Abstract

Ibn Hazm (384-456 H / 994-1064 AD) is one of the great theologian of brilliant, well-known in Islamic thinking in the Islamic world at the beginning of X century AD in Andalusia (Spain). Mastery of science multi-disciplinary, always encouraging and natural coloring of his thoughts. The various of popular designation as scientists and theologian figure attached to him, in addition to designation as a figure of Islamic economists. However, the realm of his thoughts particularly in the field of Islamic Economics Jurisprudence, can not be undoubted as a scientific contribution in the field of Islamic economics to this day. Fulfillment of human rights with regard to the needs of the economy and life welfare, particularly in this case among the labor, is something that is required to be realized by the government, the businessman in accordance with agreement of work contract.

Abstract

Banking is an important element in the development of a country. The function of the bank as that financial intermediary institution is crucial for the success or failure of community economic development in a country. Syariah Banking Regulation in Act No. 7 of the year 1992 as amended by Act No. 10 of the year 1998 was not specific and less accommodate of the operational characteristics of Syariah Banking so that was born the law of No. 21 of the Year 2008 concerning Syariah Banking. Syariah  banking is banking that is based on Syariah  principles. Also based  to economic democracy and the precautionary principle, it should contain the values of justice, solidarity, equity and expediency.

Abstract

Supervision is an examination to ensure that what is done in accordance with company goals, evaluating the implementation of the work, as well as improving what is being done to  ensure the achievement of optimal results. Therefore, any financial institutions need to be done Supervision so that the achievement of set targets will be easily achieved, and preventing the occurrence of aberrations on what had been planned in advance. Issues to be discussed in this research first, how the implementation of the Supervision which is conducted at Cooperation UGT Sidogiri of the Village Bugih Pamekasan, and secondly, how the role of supervision in Increasing Employee Productivity Marketing Division at Cooperation UGT Sidogiri of Village Bugih Pamekasan. This type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which depicts or describes a case according to what is in the field. Sources of data are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) Implementation of Supervision at Cooperation UGT Sidogiri of Village Bugih Pamekasan are: a) Supervision is done by the Branch Head of Cooperation UGT Sidogiri of Village Bugih Pamekasan, b) Supervision applied is Supervision directly and indirectly, periodic monitoring and supervision performed before activity, during the event, and after the activity. 2). The Role of Supervision in Increasing Employee Productivity Marketing Division at cooperation UGT Sidogiri of village bugih pamekasan is : a) to prevent  the occurrence of various aberrations or errors, so it can be known earlier of various forms of aberration and errors.b) To guarantee or striving the implementation of activities to suit plans have been made before in order to achieve the goal. c) To correct errors or aberrations occurring.

Abstract

The Institute of Syariah banking continues to grow in Indonesia from urban to rural areas, particularly BPRS Bhakti Sumekar on branch office of  Pamekasan in the activities implementation  based on syariah principles, as well as in terms of marketing. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar on branch office of Pamekasan is one financial institution that has increased exponentially customers annually. The increase in the number of clients allegedly because of the trust and customer satisfaction so as to form loyalty. One of the advantages possessed by the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar on branch office of Pamekasan in terms of products, namely savings Barokah with the principle wadi'ah (surrogate) and sharia-based providing easiness for customers with initial deposit   and the minimum balance of Rp. 10.000 as well as free of administrative costs that are not owned by other Syariah financial institutions in Pamekasan. Based on this background, researchers interested in conducting research with the title " The Effect of Marketing Mix Strategy Towards Customer Loyalty Enhancement to BPRS Bhakti Sumekar on Branch Office of Pamekasan”. The purpose of this research to find out is there any influence of marketing mix strategy towards customer loyalty enhancement and what variables (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process) the most dominant influence on customer loyalty enhancement. This type of research is a field research (field research) using a quantitative approach. The research population is all customers of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar on branch office of Pamekasan by using the nonprobability sampling and sampling insidential method and determination of the samples number with formula slovin the error rate of 5%.  The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of simultaneous calculations obtained Fcount amounted to 156.689> F table amounted to 3.86 which means accepting the hypothesis there is significant influence between marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process) Towards the customer loyalty enhancement. While the partial test results obtained Tcount product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process respectively 3.306, 4.970, 3.180, 4.906, 3.977, 5.643, and 5.086 greater than Ttable amounted to 1,649, which means partially declared significant. So promotion (promosi) is the variable most dominant influence towards the customer loyalty enhancement in BPRS Bhakti Sumekar on Branch Office of Pamekasan.

Abstract

This research  aims to: 1) know how to manage your Amil way in Zakat Management  in the Bima city, 2) know the role of Amil as Zakat manager  in the people’s welfare in the Bima city. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with field research type (field research). The reseach results found that the Amil way manages  zakat namely  there is in accordance with the prophethood principle and  is not in accordance with the prophethood principle.  While his role as a manager for the people’s welfare is not yet maximum by looking at the utilization of Zakat funds. Where its utilization is more directed to consumptive nature while the productive nature is too few.

Abstract

Agreements of Profit and Loss Sharing is an agreement based on the confidence (trust investment), in another sense that financiers or Shahibul Mall will deliver the funds to the fund manager or mudharib after investors feel confident that the managers of these funds both skill and moral can be trusted to manage the capital provided by the expertise and capital will not manipulate it. With this fact it is necessary to examine the concept of profit and loss sharing agreement, with the hope to find a concept that is based on the teachings of Islam. In this paper presents about the concept of Profit and Loss Sharing in the view of Islamic economics is based on the Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

Agriculture sector has a very strategic role international development. One of the main problems in agriculture development is the weaknesses of capital support. Shariah banks, have a significant potential for agricultural financing because of core business as the financial intermediary institution. However, the facts showed that Shariah banking financing to agriculture sector is still limited that it less than 4 %. This paper aims to review potential of Shariah banks and examines financing for capital support in agriculture sector. The method which are used in this paper are correlational and descriptive qualitative, with secondary data. The findings of this study will reflect the true picture of financing agriculture sector with formulating an alternative financing scheme in accordance with the characteristics of agriculture based on Shariah perspective. It might be beneficial for the existing Islamic banks to enhanced their performance in agricultural financing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Islamic business ethics are implemented and their impact on the welfare of caw traders in the Masbagik districts of East Lombok Region. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with field research type (field research). This research results found that of the study of of Islamic business ethics implemented by cow traders in the Masbagik districts do not yet fully apply the principles of Islamc business ethics, while from a study of the impact of Islamic business ethics towards welfare, not all cow traders in the Masbagik districts of east Lombok region get Islamic welfare because it has not fulfilled the needs dharuriyatnya (prayer and pilgrimage). they had a good life partially. Because it can meet the needs dharuriyatnya. They have said happy, because it has been grateful on rizqi received.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Analysis of Factors Affecting Level Sharing Mudharabah Savings On Islamic Banks partially or simultaneously on Bank Syariah period 2011-2015. The population in this study is the Islamic Banks operating in Indonesia 2011-2015. This study using purposive sampling method with variable FDR, NPF and inflation at the level of the results. After being selected, the target population amounted to 7 banks, among the BCA Syariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah Bukopin Syariah Mandiri Syariah Muamalat, Panin Syariah. The analytical method used is the panel data regression. The model chosen is the Fixed Effects Model, then tested by t test and f with a significance level of 5%. Based on the test f note that in this study the variable financing to deposits ratio and non-performing financing and inflation simultaneously affect the level of revenue sharing sharia banks. Based on t test is known that in partial financing to deposits ratio, non-performing financning which have an influence on the level of revenue sharing sharia banks. Adjust R2 in this study indicate that all independent variables contributing as much as 51% on the dependent variable. The remaining 49% is influenced by other variables that do not exist in this study such as CAR, interest rate, economic growth.

Abstract

In this research, the researcher wanted to know the influence of sales of goat milk Etawa using Digital Marketing System (Digital Sales system) and know the difference of conventional sales with Digital Marketing System. Easness Aspect of knowing the product, the content of Product, Benefits of product, and accelerate service process to consumer, Became one of the reasons Digital Marketing System used against Etawa Goat's milk sales. So it needs to be done experiment, to know the whole level of sales influence and competitiveness of Etawa Goat Milk Sales using Digital Marketing System and doing Comparison to sales using conventional system. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed, Digital Marketing System has a very high influence on sales of goat milk Etawa, compared using conventional system. One of them, on the marketing process, convenience and ease of consumers obtain product information, until the transaction process.
