Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by the Hawwa Passion Store in Bengkulu City in an effort to increase sales. Through participatory methods and focus group discussions, this research evaluates the effectiveness of the use of social media and e-commerce platforms and identifies the challenges faced by business actors.The research results show that implementing digital marketing strategies, especially through social media such as Instagram and Facebook as well as e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee, has succeeded in increasing sales of the Hawwa Passion Shop by 40%. The use of engaging visual content and digital advertising campaigns play an important role in capturing consumer attention and increasing engagement.However, this research also found several limitations, including limited technical knowledge in content management and relatively high digital advertising costs. Apart from that, unstable internet access in several areas of Bengkulu City is also an obstacle in implementing this strategy.The main contribution of this research is to provide insight into effective digital marketing practices for small and medium enterprises in the thrifting sector. It is hoped that the resulting recommendations can help business actors optimize their digital marketing strategies, overcome existing obstacles, and ultimately increase sales and business growth.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence employee performance at the education and culture office of South Bengkulu district. This research was conducted on employees of the education and culture office of South Bengkulu district. The population of this research is employees of the education and culture service of South Bengkulu district, while the sample of this research is employees of the education and culture service of South Bengkulu district, totaling 85 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitative methods. Using research test data analysis techniques, the research results can be concluded that respondents' perceptions of Work Quality (X1), Work Quantity (X2), Responsibility (X3) and Cooperation (X4) influence Employee Performance (Y) with multiple linear regression results The following equation is obtained: Y = 1.582 + 0.212 X1 + 0.249X2 +0.229 (X_3) + 0.282 (X_4). The coefficient of determination is R2 = 0.785 or around (78.50%) through hypothesis testing jointly (simultaneously) and individually (partially) in this research using the f test and t test, Quality of Work (X1), Quantity of Work (X2 ), Responsibility (X3) and Cooperation (X4) = 0.000, that means the fsig value < 0.05 shows that together they have significant factors.

Abstract

Service quality is paramount in the service industry providing the best service quality is a profitable strategy for attracting more new customers, retaining existing ones, avoiding customer churn, and creating unique advantages beyond competing solely on price. When the service received or perceived aligns with customer expectations, it leads to favorable perceptions of service quality and satisfaction. The success of a company is heavily influenced by how it satisfies and delights its customers. As an entity within a system, a company focuses its activities on customers as service consumers to operate more effectively and efficiently in delivering or providing high-quality services or products as per customer expectations. On the other hand, a company as a system also needs to ensure the happiness of its internal customers, in this case, the employees (service producers). This is aimed at producing services that meet the expectations of external customers. From the five dimensions of service quality used to assess service quality at "Cahaya Terang" laundry, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, it can be concluded that the service quality at "Cahaya Terang" laundry is excellent. This can be seen from the results of interviews conducted by researchers with the informants. "Cahaya Terang" laundry continually improves its quality to create mutually beneficial relationships for both customers and service providers continuously.

Abstract

Simpati Savings and Loan Cooperative is one of the cooperatives in Manna, South Bengkulu. Cooperatives like other companies, have the aim of getting a large profit or profit. The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance of Simpati Savings and Loan Cooperative in Manna District, South Bengkulu Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using documentation and library techniques. The data analysis technique uses quantitative by calculating financial ratios including current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on assets from 2020 to 2022 at Simpati Cooperative, Manna District, South Bengkulu Regency. The results showed that the financial performance of the Simpati Manna South Bengkulu cooperative based on the liquidity ratio for the 2021-2022 period was in the healthy category with a current ratio indicator value in 2021 of 191.88% and in 2022 of 178.67%, a quick ratio indicator in 2021 of 146.29% and in 2022 of 146.60% cash ratio indicator in 2021 of 231.07% and in 2022 of 223.39%. The financial performance of the Simpati Manna South Bengkulu cooperative based on the profitability ratio for the 2021-2022 period is in the very healthy category with an economic profitability value in 2021 of 8.19% and in 2022 of 10.845 the value of own capital profitability in 2021 of 28.96% and in 2022 of 36.98%. The financial performance of the Simpati Manna South Bengkulu cooperative based on the solvency ratio for the 2021-2022 period is in the unhealthy category, the debt to asset ratio (DAR) indicator in 2021 is 48.25% and in 2022 it is 51.79%; the debt to equity ratio indicator in 2021 is 226.15% and in 2022 it is 272.55%. The financial performance of the Simpati Manna South Bengkulu cooperative based on the profitability ratio for the 2021-2022 period is in the healthy category with a profit magin indicator value on sale in 2021 of 9.14% and in 2022 of 11.67%; return on investment (ROI) value in 2021 of 2.69% and in 2022 of 3.31%; return on equity indicator in 2021 of 12.92% and in 2022 of 18.35%.

Abstract

The money market is a meeting place between parties who have a surplusfunds with parties experiencing a fund deficit, where the funds are short-term,namely funds with maturities of less than one year. Money market in Islamic perspectiveonly allowed on money markets that do not use an interest system and canreplaced with alternative contracts such as mudharabah, musyarakah, al-qard, wadiah, and alsharf and eliminates the elements of gharar and maysir contained therein. ApplicationIslamic financial system in the money market, including Bank Indonesia CertificateSharia (SBIS), SBIS Repurchase Agreement (Repo), State Sharia Securities(SBSN), SBSN Repurchase Agreement (Repo), and Sharia Interbank Money Market (PUAS).
