Type of this study is descriptive study. The population in this study is whousedtaxpayermotor vehicleisregisteredinthe Unit RevenueService of Province (UPPP) SelumaDistrict, witha sample of30taxpayer-wheeled motor vehicletwo (2) located atTaisMarket and registered inUnit RevenueService of Province of(UPPP) Seluma Districtin July2013.The data collected by usingquestionnaire. Data analyzed by using rating scale method. Taxpayer perceptions towards tax penalties showed a significant effect on tax compliance in carrying out its obligations to pay motor vehicle tax ( CLA ) , is seen from the position of the respondents perception of the value of tax penalties perceptions of factors affecting tax compliance in paying taxes on motor vehicles in Unit Revenue Service of Province( UPPP ) Seluma District with the total score of 316 is in the interval 308-381 , agreed criteria.]]>

This study is a descriptive study, with a sample are employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Bengkulu wear or use of accounting information systems as much as 42 employees. Methods of data collection done by survey method, while data analysis using rating scale analysis.The results reveal that the most dominant factor affecting the performance of accounting information systems at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Bengkulu end user satisfaction factor is an average of 176, the second factor is the education and training programs by an average of 173, the next factor is the support of top management an average of 168 and the last factor is the ability of a personal technique average of 165.Key Word: Performance, Accounting Information Systems]]>

<![CDATA[Sulisti Afriani dan Sulisti Afriani: The purpose of this study was to determine the SWOT analysis is applied to the marketing strategy in the House and the House Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. Data collection methods used were a questionnaire method to distribute a list of questions to respondents. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis to determine the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats), which will then be incorporated into the SWOT matrix.The results of this study showed that factor analysis in the table "Opportunities" (Opportunity) has a total score of 0.925, while the factor of "Threat" (Treaths) has a total score of 1.206. From the data in the two tables, it is known that the total score of each factor can be specified that the factor of "Strength (Strength)" has a total score of 1,662 while the factors of weakness (Weakness) has a total score of 1,328. And the factor of "Opportunities" (Opportunity) has a total score of 0.925 while the threat factor "(Treaths) has a total score of 1.206. It is known the value of "Strength (Strength)" beyond the differences of weakness (Weakness) of (+) 0.334 where the value is obtained from 1.662 to 1.328, and the value of the "Opportunities" (Opportunity) under the value of Threat "(Treaths) difference (-) 0.281 where the value is obtained from 0.925 to 1.206. Cartesian diagram SWOT Analysis "Home and Home Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu city is in quadrant II, so the history of the travel marketing strategy at both historic sites are: pursuing a strategy of concentric diversification, pursuing a strategy to diversify horizontally and conduct of business strategy for the results.Key words: Marketing Strategy, SWOT]]>

<![CDATA[irta Wijaya, Neri Susanti dan Sulisti Afriani; The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the accessibility of financial statements to public accountability to the Local Government of North Bengkulu Regency. Sampling method by purposive sampling. Analysis method using Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. From the research result, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between accessibility of financial report and public accountability to North Bengkulu Regency Government which seen from rs count> rs table (0,63> 0,450). While the strength of the relationship between the accessibility of the financial statements with public accountability is strongly apparent from the correlation value of 0.63 is at the interval of 0.60 - 0.799 with strong interpretation.Key Words: Financial reports, accessibility of financial statements, public accountability]]>

<![CDATA[Meiyudi Ardianto, Neri Susanti; This study aimed to get the perception of the village apparatus to use village funds, the use of the village funds according to the ministerial decree of village No. 08 year of 2016. The study was conducted in Talang Empat district of Central Bengkulu regency with a number of villages as many as 15 villages. This study was used rating scale analysis method by means of questionnaires distributed in each village and direct face with the village government apparatus.The results of the study show the village government organization variable gain the value of 718, variable of the implementation of rural development gain the value of 706 while the community empowerment and development variable gain the value of 690 and rural communities with a value of 713 this means the village government apparatus strongly agreed with these activities. Therefore, the perception of the village government apparatus in accordance with the village government budget. But in fact, the village government apparatus do not fully understand about the use of village funds. <![CDATA[The results of this study indicate that the Bengkulu City National Land Agency has developed a good organizational structure. This can be seen from the existence of a clear description of the division of authority and responsibility for each level of management and working relationships between sections within the agency. The existence of an organizational structure allows the success of the planning and control program set by the agency. The preparation of the budget at the Bengkulu City National Land Agency aims to determine the amount of funds needed by each section in financing all operational activities to be carried out and as a tool for management in preventing irregularities in the use of funds. The budget is prepared referring to the 5-year budget plan and the 1-year work plan. The Bengkulu City National Land Agency has not separated the controlled and uncontrolled costs sufficiently, because the Bengkulu City National Land Agency has made financing for personnel expenditures and the purchase of goods. The Bengkulu City National Land Agency has made an accountability report in the form of a budget realization report. In the accountability report, it can be seen how big the comparison between the budget and its realization is, and the difference.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource planning and organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study as many as 48 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency who have become ASN and honorary. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 0.868 + 0.547X1 + 0.448 X2+e, this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (HR planning) and X2 (organizational culture) on performance (Y). It means that if the variables of HR planning and organizational culture increase, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.602. This means that X1 (HR planning) and X2 (organizational culture) affect performance (Y) by 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. HR planning has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variables of HR planning and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing and product variety on purchasing decisions at Juragan Fashion Shop in Bengkulu City. The sample in this study is 100 consumers who shop at Juragan Fashion Shop in Bengkulu City. Data collection using a questionnaire and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing.The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.995 + 0.355X1 + 0.353X2. The coefficient of determination of the R square value is 0.521. This means that X1 (Digital marketing) and X2 (product variety) affect the purchase decision (Y) by 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance is 0.000 0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it indicates that together X1 (digital marketing) and X2 (product variety) have a positive and significant effect together on purchasing decisions (Y). Digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, product variety has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions because the significant value is smaller than 0.05.]]>
