Abstract

Karona Cahya Susena; The purpose of this study was to determine the potential revenue projections Land and Building Tax (PBB) in the city of Bengkulu years 2014-2016. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. The benefits of this research are as information material to the Regional Government of Bengkulu in policy making and management of land and building tax (PBB) in 2014 up to 2016. This study suggests that projected revenue potential land and building tax (PBB) in the city of Bengkulu experience increase from 2014 to 2016. The amount of potential revenue Land and Building Tax (PBB) in the city of Bengkulu year in a row from 2014 to 2016 as follows: 2014 by Rp12.285.612.144, 2015 by Rp12.852.211.071, 2016 by Rp.13.418.809.999, increased revenue potential land and building tax (PBB) will lead to greater realization of the UN acceptance for the city of Bengkulu in the next three years.Key words: Land and Building Tax

Abstract

Hapizar Triansyah, Karona Cahya Susena; The purpose of this research is to determine the Factors Affecting What Are The Dominant taxpayer Handling Tax Refund Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama bengkulu. analysis results can be used as consideration Bengkulu Pratama Tax Office to improve the management of restitution in the future. Type of research is descriptive qualitative. researchers also conducted a descriptive analysis of the dominant factors that affect taxpayers in obtaining refunds of taxes. in this study also uses data analysis to reating scale raw data is numeric then interpreted in a qualitative sense, so measurements using this scale reating change in processing quantitative data into kaulitatif.Produce research results that of the five indicators of the number of respondents expressed a statement about obtaining tax refunds with a score of 165.1 is in the interval 146-179 that are in the area of effect. It is stated that the five indicators in the management of tax refunds for taxpayers affected. Processing of tax refunds that participate filled out a questionnaire in general expressed a very good response . Continuum corresponding graphs we know that the statement is the dominant procedure with a score of 188.6 Restitution is in the interval 180-213 which was very influential in the area of the highest ranks. Key words:Sanctions,Period of Restitution, Restitution Procedures, Tax Audit,Tax Officer

Abstract

Mitior, Karona Cahya Susena; An Analysis of the relationship between Services and the Customer Satisfaction At Motor Candera repair shop In Kaur regency. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between Services and the Customer Satisfaction At Motor Candera repair shop In Kaur regency. It used Spearman Rank and t test as the data analysis method. The result of the research showed that it has a correlation of 0,701 in spearman rank. It means that there is a high correlation between the services and the customer satisfaction in Candera Motor. The higher the service provided will increasingly the levels of satisfaction of the customer. The Hypothesis testing results showed that tcount is greater than ttable (7,482 > 1,672). Thus the hypothesis H0 is rejected and the Ha are received. It means that the services has a significant relationship with the customer satisfaction at Candera Motor repair shop in Kaur regency.

Abstract

Karona Cahya Susena, Nurzam: The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of the trend of the motor vehicle tax revenue and income transfer tax DISPENDA motor vehicle in the province of Bengkulu. This study Brazilians Descriptive Analysis with sample used in this study is data Motor vehicle tax and motor vehicle title transfer fee, and Local Revenue Data Bengkulu province in 2010-2014. Least Square method used for forecasting.Results of this study illustrate the effectiveness of the actual revenue and BBN-KB PKB. Equally terjadai in 2011 amounted to 122.26%, and 129.42%. PKB forecasting results in 2015 amounted to USD 194 525 355 399 is forecast to increase in 2017 amounted to 230 315 333 298. BBN-KB forecasting results 2015 BBN-KB revenue of Rp 192 990 945 600 is forecast to increase in 2017 amounted to 213 961 622 200.Keyword: Trend Forecasting, Motor Vehicle Tax and Transfer Tax Motor Vehicle

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of trust and service with the decision to use the services of CV. Rafelindo tour and travel Bengkulu. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and analytical methods using Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. The sample from this study was 100 consumers who bought tickets that were addressed at Jl. Cempaka No.007 RT / TW 007/003 Kel. KebunBelerKec.The Great Queen. Based on the results of the research the Spearman rank correlation of trustees has a correlation of 0.467 with the criteria of moderate assessment and service having a correlation of 0.602 with strong assessment criteria. This shows that the service is very much related to purchasing decisions, which means that the services that CV. Rafelindo tour and travel Bengkulu is getting higher, the decision to use services on CV. Rafelindo tour and travel Bengkulu. Hypothesis test results are known that tcount is greater than RHOl (0.467> 0.364 & 0.602> 0.478). Thus Ho1 & Ho2 are rejected and H1a1 & Ha2 are accepted. This means that trust and service have a significant relationship with the decision to use services on the CV. Rafelindo tour and travel Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract

Land and building tax was one of taxes which was potentially to be explored as revenue source. Tax revenue was really determined from taxpayers obedience in running their responsibility in tax field. This researchwas aimed at explaining the effect of income rate, taxpayer knowledge, Service Quality, Taxpayers Awareness, and Tax Punishment in influencing tax payers obedience in paying rural and urbam land and building tax. The study was located at Teluk Segars district in Bengkulu city. The method used in this research was quantitative research, by using questionnaire as the instrument which was spread out to 91 rural and urban land and building tax, tax payers at Teluk Segara district. Data  analyzing in this study used rating scale and likert scale analysis. The result of this research showed that one of indicators, namely taxpayers knowledge, gained the highest score is 367 . It meant that the indicator could influence taxpayers obedience, but it was not the factor that was able to make taxpayers obedient to pay land and building tax because of private interest reason. The indicator which gained the lowest score is 171 was income rate which meant it could not influence taxpayers obedience because land and building tax rate was relatively cheap and achievable by them to pay.  Key Words: Income Rate, Taxpayer Knowledge, Service Quality, Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Punishment , Taxpayer Compliance
