Abstract

The reason for this research is to experimentally investigate the impact of job training, motivation and skills on the efficiency of representatives at Simustika Cigarette Factory Tulungagung. This study uses a quantitative methodology with a causal relationship investigation procedure. The information inquiry procedure uses several direct fallbacks. Information research with clear fact finding, traditional assumption test, speculation test and synchronous test. The consequences of the t-test show (1) the importance level of 0.046 < 0.05 implies that work preparation basically affects the representative efficiency, (2) the 0.025 < 0.05 level of importance implies that work inspiration has a fundamental influence on the representative efficiency, (3) The importance level of 0.022 < 0.05 implies that work skills have a fundamental influence on employee efficiency, (4) and the level of importance of 0.00 < 0.05 implies that work preparation, inspiration and work skills have basically affected the efficiency of workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was a significant effect of the financial compensation, motivation, and discipline variables partially or simultaneously on the performance of UD Joyo Sedulur employees in Asmorobangun Village, Kediri. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and the type of descriptive research, with the sampling technique using non-probability sampling, the sample size used is 40 employees, and the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with SPSSv24 software. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the variables of financial compensation, motivation and discipline either partially or simultaneously on the performance of UD Joyo Sedulur employees in Asmorobangun Village-Kediri.

Abstract

The distribution of Honda motorcycles in Trenggalek is only controlled by the Kembang Jawa Motor Dealer and Karya Agung Motor, which are rival dealers. During the pandemic, the Kembang Jawa Motor Dealer applies a strategy to maintain sales and even the existing marketing strategy is expected to increase sales. This study was conducted to analyze efforts to increase sales as seen from consumer buying interest by using price indicators, promotions, and services at Kembang Jawa Motor Trenggalek dealers partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative type, which uses a population in the form of consumers at the Kembang Jawa Motor Trenggalek dealer. The sample used by researchers amounted to 40 respondents with details 10 times the number of existing variables. The sampling used accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that prices, promotions, and services have a partial and simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

     Culinary industry had been growth is currently quite rapid, so various types of businesses must compete with each other to attract buyers. In addition, the ease of opening a culinary business is currently very open by only selling in a few strategic places according to them. One type of UMKM in Kediri City in the culinary industry is Sambel Pecel Mbak Ti, which produces packaged pecel sauce for consumption as well as souvenirs. There is rapid competition in the culinary industry, so every business must show excellence in the form of services provided to buyers, then image in the eyes of consumers, and prices that are able to compete. This study will discuss the effect of either partially or simultaneously the quality of service, brand image, and price on consumer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative type with the distribution of questionnaires to consumers totaling 40 people. Data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with the parties concerned. The data were then analyzed in multiple regression, with correlation results stating that the variables of service quality, brand image, and price have a significant influence on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the distribution scheme of PSO (Public Service Obligation) rice in Bulog Kediri. The research uses case study qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation. The selection of resource persons in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The resource persons in this study were the head of operations, head of procurement and distribution section at Perum Bulog Kediri Branch. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that the rice distribution scheme starts from the PSO section in determining the procurement of rice or unhulled rice to the warehouse for checking grain and rice to be stored and processed in the form of packaging, then segmentation targets that have been set according to needs such as Rasta social assistance (prosperous social assistance), BTPN (non-cash food assistance program) and stabilization of market prices in response to public demand and price raising to rice.

Abstract

This study seeks to find out how business management and management accounting information systems affect the performance of UD management. Independent Enterprises This study uses a quantitative approach and causal design techniques. This survey covers the entire UD workforce as its sample population. Usaha Mandiri consisted of 58 people, while the sample of UD employees was 30 people. The SPSS 23 program is then used to manage separate businesses that meet group quotas or quorums (sample). This is due to the large UD effect. The independent business management accounting information system has a significant impact on the effectiveness of UD's management. Abstract

One of the important skills that must be possessed by HR in organizational life is interpersonal communication. In interpersonal communication, the relationship takes place face-to-face, so that feedback and responses from the interlocutor can be known. What is to be achieved in this study is to find out how important interpersonal communication is in building commitment, performance, and teamwork in farmer groups. As well as to determine the ability and willingness of the role of human resources in farmer groups to establish interpersonal communication in building commitment, performance, and teamwork.The research used is descriptive qualitative using case study method. Case study data can be obtained intensively from the parties concerned, and collected from various sources directly. The result is that understanding the meaning of interpersonal communication in building commitment, performance, and teamwork in Rosan Jaya farmer groups is very important. The ability of farmer groups and farmers to establish interpersonal communication so that each party can hold fast to the commitment, performance, and teamwork as a common goal has become a habit for a long time. The willingness of farmer groups and farmers to make sacrifices in order to maintain commitment, performance, and teamwork is quite good.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the spread of the internet which is the impact of the development of information technology infrastructure. Business processes carried out through the media of information technology and the internet are known as e-commerce. E-commerce is a business that uses virtual space as a place to carry out its operations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the shopee paylater and shopee game on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee on shopee application users, students of Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 88 people using the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate: (1) Shopee paylater partially influences purchasing decisions on e-commerce on shopee application users, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. (2) Partially, the shopee game has an effect on purchasing decisions on e-commerce for shopee application users, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. (3) Simultaneously, there is an effect of shopee paylater and shopee game analysis on purchasing decisions on e-commerce for shopee application users for Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri students.

Abstract

This research is motivated because the efforts to implement the marketing mix have not been maximally achieved by Warung Lodho Ayam Kampung Bapak'e. In order for warungs to improve their marketing mix activities, they must pay attention to product quality, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this study was to find out that the sales turnover of Warung Lodho Ayam Kampung Bapak'e continued to increase despite a lot of competition. This research is included in the category of descriptive research with the use of a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach is used because all phenomena of research results are presented in narrative form and interpreted as necessary. Therefore, this field research has the aim of describing, revealing, explaining the marketing mix implemented by the stall. The results of this study are (1) selling quality products (2) setting the selling price according to the quality and taste offered (3) choosing a strategic location by providing comfortable dining and facilities (4) promotions carried out online and offline.

Abstract

The background of this research is that buying decision research needs to be done to find out how much influence the use of social media, discounted prices and excellent service have. So that it can be used to reach the target market and increase sales. This study uses a sample of 40 people who make up the whole population. The source of the data used is primary data obtained directly by giving questionnaires to buyers of Canon brand cameras at RCK Stores as respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method in SPSS for windows version 25. The conclusion of this research is (1) The use of social media partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Canon brand cameras. (2) The partial price discount has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Canon brand cameras. (3) Partially excellent service has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Canon brand cameras. (4) The use of social media, discounted prices and excellent service simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Canon brand cameras.
