Abstract

Consumers interested in goods sold by a store are important in a business, so efforts must be made to attract consumer loyalty to the store, by improving the store atmosphere, improving quality and increasing customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of store atmosphere, service quality and satisfaction with consumer loyalty at SASBAG Fashion Stores. This research approach used quantitative research with causal associative techniques. The population and sample of this study were all consumers of the SASBAG fashion store. sampling technique using incidental sampling. The instrument uses a questionnaire whose scores are tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.The result, partially and simultaneously variable store atmosphere, service quality and satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty SASBAG fashion store. it has been proven that the store atmosphere, service quality and satisfaction variables have an effect of 61% on consumer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Warung Brader. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses secondary and primary data. Samples were taken by 40 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determinant coefficients and hypothesis testing. The results showed that location and service quality had an effect on customer satisfaction, price had no effect on customer satisfaction. The relationship between location, price, and service quality variables simultaneously affects customer satisfaction. The results of this study differ from the reference which shows that there is an effect of price on customer satisfaction. This means that the owner can provide prices according to the expectations of Warung Brader's customers.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine whether employee productivity is determined by compensation, work discipline, and motivation at UD. Suryafood. The method of data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is 32 employees. The technique used in sampling is saturated sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a technique in data analysis . This study shows that (1) Compensation affects employee productivity with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05, (2) Work discipline affects employee productivity with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, (3) Motivation affects employee productivity with a value of significance of 0.002 <0.05, (4) Compensation, work discipline, and motivation have a joint effect with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the research can be given compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity at UD. Suryafood.

Abstract

In 2021 McDonald's will be in the spotlight in Indonesia for collaborating with the international boy group BTS and as a result of this collaboration, McDonald's and BTS released a limited edition menu, namely BTS Meals. High buying interest from fans caused a stir so queues of buyers created a crowd in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic which had an impact on the temporary closure of several McDonald's outlets in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of co-branding and fanaticism used by McDonald's as a marketing strategy on the BTS Meals collaboration menu. This research is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The determination of informants in this study uses 5 criteria, including relevance, recommendation, rapport, readiness, and reassurance (5R). Furthermore, interviews were carried out in-depth with several ARMY or BTS fans. The results of the study show that fanaticism is the main factor in causing consumer purchase motives on the BTS Meals menu.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the synergy of Customer Bonding strategies to maintain the loyalty of PHD Kediri customers. The research approach used is qualitative with the case study method. Data collection by interview and observation. Data validation using data source trianggulation.  The results showed that the Customer Bonding strategy consists of five indicators that can maintain customer loyalty. (1) Awarenes bonding using advertising, direct marketing and interactive marketing. (2 Identity Bonding is in the form of green marketing and involving the community. (3) Relationship Bonding in the form of public relations, sales promotion, and personal selling, (4) Community Bonding in the form of event sponsorship and club organizers. (5) Advocacy Bonding with new product expose, commitment and . word of mouth. The success of PHD Kediri in carrying out the Customer Bonding Strategy is in terms of increasing the frequency of repurchases based on member identities.

Abstract

Organizational culture is an important aspect to increase organizational commitment and performance. The internalization process is not only interpreted as a socialization process, but it is interpreted as values ​​applied as guidelines for behavior. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of internalizing organizational culture at Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis was obtained through data collection techniques. Those are observation and interviews. Based on the observation and interview developed from the interview guide, empirical information about the object of research was obtained. Then, it is processed and interpreted as a result of the research. Based on the result of this study, there are aspects of cultural rewards that become a factor inhibiting the internalization process of organizational culture ​​at Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, assess and explain the motivational experience experienced by a civil servant with a disability in order to motivate everyone, especially people with disabilities, to keep the enthusiasm and motivation to work for survival. Motivation can arise through internal and external factors. Internal appears in oneself which is characterized by having a strong mindset and mentality so that a sense of enthusiasm can grow in oneself. External factors arise from the surrounding environment, relatives, friends, circumstances / conditions. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach (single case). The case study approach is used because it focuses on exploring food experiences to get learning motivation for a civil servant with a disability in the social rehabilitation section of the Social Service of Kediri Regency. The results of the study show that disability is a physical limitation possessed by a person with a different body shape that is not perfect so that they have different abilities from individuals in general. Here, a civil servant with a disability at the social service office of the Kediri Regency has a high work motivation where with his physical limitations he still does a good job, and even has a responsive spirit which not everyone has it. This shows that everyone has the right to fulfill their wants and needs and has motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze whether the variables of product quality, quality place, and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions at Peh Kopi Kediri. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using the type of causality associative research technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed directly to 40 consumers of Peh Kopi Kediri using accidental sampling technique. This study was analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS For Windows Version 21 software to process the data. This study found that the variables of product quality, quality place, and brand image had a positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Peh Kopi Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of viral marketing and influencers on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products in the tiktok shop application, a case study of the people of Kediri Regency. This research was conducted through a quantitative approach using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used was 30 respondents with a simple random sampling method. Data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determinant coefficients and hypothesis testing. The results showed that viral marketing had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for scarlet whitening products. It was proved by a significance value of 0.48. Influencers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for scarlet whitening products. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000, and Viral Marketing and Influencers have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for scarlet whitening products. This is evidenced by the Fcount value of 113,131 and the significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Business in Indonesia is currently very diverse, especially in the culinary field. Because of this, a business actor must always innovate his products in order to be able to compete and attract the attention of consumers. Because one of the goals of business actors is to improve a purchasing decision. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the location, price and promotion variables were able to influence purchasing decisions at Ayam Geprek 69 Sukorame Branch. The technique in this study uses a causal relationship research with a sample of 40 which is then analyzed using classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 software. The results of this study indicate that there is an insignificant effect between location and promotion, there is a significant effect of price. And there is a simultaneous influence between location, price, and promotion
