Abstract

This study aims to reveal the impact of digital marketing management on start - up. The study is a case study in an effort to show how the actual impact of digital marketing on start-ups. This research is a qualitative research with etnometodology approach. The study was conducted by direct observation and in-depth interviews on the new entrepreneurial community that became the vendor in the start-up of e-commerce at the Faculty of Economics, University of Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Informants selected with criterion 5 R. Observation itself is done when the transaction use of digital marketing application which then conducted an open interview to reveal the impact of management of digital marketing. The results of these observations and in-depth interviews in this study indicate that the management impact of digital marketing on start-up does increase start-up revenue but because the lack of ability to provide content and respond quickly to content that has been provided makes new entrepreneurs (start-up) have not gained the most from the management of digital marketing.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dampak pengelolaan pemasaran digital pada start – up. Penelitian merupakan studi kasus dalam upaya menunjukkan bagaimana sebenarnya dampak pemasaran digital pada para start-up. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnometodologi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan langsung dan wawancara mendalam pada komunitas wirausaha baru yang menjadi vendor dalam start-up e- commerce di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Informan dipilih dengan kriteria 5 R. Pengamatan sendiri dilakukan pada saat terjadi transaksi penggunaan aplikasi digital marketing yang selanjutnya dilakukan wawancara terbuka untuk mengungkapkan dampak pengelolaan digital marketing. Hasil dari pengamatan dan wawancara mendalam pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak pengelolaan dari digital marketing pada start – up memang meningkatkan pendapatan start – up namun karena kurangnya kemampuan menyediakan konten dan merespon cepat atas konten – konten yang sudah disediakan menjadikan para wirausaha baru (start- up) belum mendapatkan hasil maksimal dari pengelolaan digital marketing tersebut.

Abstract

Business in education can be classified as a service business. The main principle to run this type of business is to develop and maintain the trust of society as well as to give satisfaction value through various strategies. Based on the fact universities must be able to manage the available resources to fulfill the students’ expectations. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of the service marketing mix and image of higher education on partial and simultaneous satisfaction. Service marketing mix in this research cover product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. At the same time, the indicators of an image are reputation, tradition, and the identity of a university. Students’ satisfaction can be identified by their desire to reuse the product, the level of file a complaint, giving recommendations to other consumers, the pride of using the product, and obey the regulations. The population is the students of the University of Nusantara PGRI Kediri. The sample total of 81 students using the technique proportional stratified sampling. Used a questionnaire to collect the data and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The Results of the research proved that service marketing mix and image influence significantly in both partial and stimulant towards the satisfaction.

Abstract

R A restaurant is a business that sells goods and services. The fact shows the restaurant business competition is very tight. The management team needs to be equipped with an understanding of consumer behavior as an influencing factor in decision-making, both internally and externally. In fact, consumer behavior analysis rarely gets the attention of companies. The companies tend to focus on aspects of the marketing mix and customer service. The manager of a company can use it as a reference by understanding the reasons consumers buy to solve the company’s problems. The study aimed to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on consumer behavior both separately and together on purchasing decisions at Keboen Rodjo Kediri Restaurant. Internal factors of consumer behavior include personality, motivation, self-perception, learning, and self-concept. While external factors include culture, social class, reference groups, and family. Purchase decisions are characterized by product selection, brand choice, dealer choice, visit time, and the number of purchases. The research population is all consumers at Keboen Rodjo Kediri Restaurant. The research sample is 60 respondents with an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study prove that internal and external factors have a significant effect separately or jointly on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the welfare of the society through the “productive blessings from waste” program in Titik Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. The method of implementing this service is carried out starting from a survey of waste conditions, socialization of waste processing methods, waste craft training and waste craft marketing training. As a result, the survey found a lack of public awareness of waste, socialization was held to increase knowledge accompanied by training in sorting and making handicrafts according to types of waste, training people to marketing these products. In conclusion, an increasing number of residents are willing to sort waste. PKM partners are able to process various types of waste into economical products and having sale value. The emergence of the enthusiasm of the residents shows that the future of waste craft marketing practices can improve society welfare.

Abstract

In 2017 the Kediri City government carried out a repair and rearrangement project for the Setono Betek market. This project causes a decrease in sales for the Sotono Betek Market traders because the traders have difficulty finding buyers who are their customers. Traditional snack traders are among those affected by this government project. Here the traditional snack traders have to work hard again to find new buyers who are expected to become customers in the future. Therefore, the service team from Nusantara University PGRI Kediri, Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program provided guidance and assistance to redesign the Marketing Mix to increase sales of traditional snacks in the form of new innovations in sales. These innovations are in the form of product innovation (shape, size and color), marketing distribution innovation, and promotion innovation. The target of the service program is the traditional snack traders at the Setono Betek market, Kediri City, who live in the Setono Pande village, Kediri City, which is the area where the market is located. The method used by this service team is in the form of direction, training, mentoring and evaluation. From the results of the community service team's evaluation that the participants of the traditional snack traders of the Setono Betek market in Kediri City who redesigned the Marketing Mix experienced an increase in sales. Abstract

The company's competition not only focuses on the marketing mix but must exist to show the formulation of strategic innovations. Mak Plengeh's dry cake is a superior product of UD Wahyu Jaya Kediri; appropriately apply segmenting, targeting, and positioning (STP) strategies to maintain mind share. This study aims to determine the performance of STP to keep the mind share of Mak Plengeh dried sponge products. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. They collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation. They checked the validity of research findings using source triangulation. The results: (1) Segmenting includes: Kediri and Surabaya, aged 5-70 years, both male and female, alpha generation to baby boomers, the lower middle class, consumptive, like snacks, consumed by individuals and various events, consumers feel satisfied and make repeat purchases, teenagers order online while adults go offline (2) Targeting, distributors and packaging are a relatively large and profitable market segment, recruiting office employees who have skills, while the production department is inexperienced, the smiling character is a power of differentiation, the company provides training, briefings, and routine performance evaluations, consistently innovate its products, has a large production volume, provides good service, and is consistent with quality. (3) Positioning by providing testers, licensing information, and materials used so products can be purchased anywhere and responsive to the market.

Abstract

Program “Kampung Keren“ (kampung kreatif dan independen) adalah salah satu program unggulan pemerinta Kota Kediri. Setiap kelurahan di Kota Kediri diharapkan menjadi kampung keren. Kelurahan Dermo berada di Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri yang mempunyai potensi di bidang batik. Batik akan di kembangkan lagi poteninya unuk mencapai target kampung keren di kelurahan Dermo. Untuk itu tim pengabdian masyarakat Prodi Manajemen Universitas Nusantara PGRI bertujuan untuk membantu kelompok batik, ibu-ibu PKK dan karang taruna di Kelurahan Dermo untuk membentuk POKDARWIS (Kelompok sadar wisata) dengan kegiatan utamanya adalah edukasi batik. Metode yang digunakan oleh im pengabdian adalah observasi, penyuluhan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah telah terbentuknya POKDARWIS (Kelompok sadar wisata) dan juga penetapan logo batik khas dermo yaitu “kuda lumping”. Dengan terbentuknya POKDARWIS diharapkan akan mendukung tercapainya predikat kampung keren yang menjadi salah satu program unggulan di Kota Kediri dan juga untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Kelurahan Dermo.

Abstract

Konsep yang dikenal sebagai "pengabdian pada masyarakat" melibatkan masyarakat sebagai mitra aktif dalam proses pembangunan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan meningkatkan partisipasi mereka dalam menemukan dan menyelesaikan masalah lokal. Tujuan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan melalui pencarian dan pengoptimalan sumber daya lokal, meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat, dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dalam proyek pembangunan lokal. Pemerintah desa Karangrejo, tokoh masyarakat, dan berbagai pihak terkait lainnya adalah mitra pengabdian dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengabdian menggabungkan langkah-langkah ABCD dan mendorong masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses identifikasi aset, pembuatan rencana aksi bersama, dan pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan. Hasil yang diharapkan termasuk peningkatan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan masyarakat Desa Karangrejo dalam mengelola sumber daya lokal, peningkatan partisipasi dalam proyek pembangunan, dan perbaikan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Batik Kebon Indah is the name of a batik business managed by some villagers in Kebon village, Bayat sub-district, Klaten Regency, Central Java. This batik business is managed by one of the village residents involving 15 batik craftsmen. Soiciopreuner's main products are handmade batik and printed batik in cloth form. During and after the Covid 19 pandemic, sales of Kebon Indah batik stopped, because the main consumers were foreign tourists who came directly to the production location to see the batik making process. Another problem that occurs is that Sociopreneur members are mothers/women who rarely use social media which can actually be used to promote their products anywhere. For this reason, the service team provides training which objective of this community service is to train the members of Sociopreuner Batik Kebon Indah to make use of social media platforms to promote their products. The results of the training show the enthusiasm of the training participants, it is proven that several training participants have started to promote their products regularly through social media: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. The followers and viewers visiting the training participants' social media increased. By increasing the number of followers and viewers on the platform, it is hoped that it can increase product sales and increase guest visits to the batik product show room.
