Abstract

Bank Syariah functions as a financial intermediary institution, carrying out its operational activities by collecting funds from the public and then channeling them back in the form of financing and conducting service activities. This study aims to determine the development of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operational Effeciency Ratio (BOPO) and Return On Assets (ROA) at BNI Syariah 2013-2017. The method used is descriptive verification method. The data used are secondary data from 2013-2017 financial statements for the quarterly with data collection techniques in a study to the library. The design of hypothesis testing uses classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test. From the test results it can be concluded that both NPF partially influences ROA but not significantly. As for the BOPO also partially influences but not significantly on ROA. Simultaneously it can be seen that the calculated f value of 2.727 with a significant level of 0.094. Where the significance level is greater than 0.05, while the calculated f value of 2.727 is greater than 3.59, it can be concluded that there is a significant but not significant relationship between the NPF (X1) and BOPO (X2) variables simultaneously against (ROA) (Y). Abstract

In this study the research was a problem related to the Balance of Work Life and Compensation in the company PT. Indomarco Bandung which can affect Employee Job Satisfaction. The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of Work Life Balance on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Bandung, (2) To determine the effect of work life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Bandung, (3) To find out work discipline and work life balance and its effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indomarco Bandung. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Indomarco Bandung and sampling techniques by applying Slovin formula. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The test used to test the research instrument in the form of validity test and reliability test. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The analysis shows that there is an influence and significant between Work Life Balance variable (X1) with Job Satisfaction variable (Y), There is influence and significant between Compensation variable (X2) and Employee Performance variable (Y). Work Life Balance and compensation simultaneously give an effect on the work satisfaction variable of 68.2%. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Compensation, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

STIE Ekuitas as one of developed college has reached to the stage that requires it to build or add infrastructure. Some of the reasons that underlie the situation is inadequate capacity of existing facilities including insufficient parking space and space limitation to develop or create a lab, discussion room, and simulation room. In order to develop the infrastructure, it requires a good planning so that the purpose of the research is to make a simulation of space requirements based on the estimated capability data from STIE Ekuitas, then prepare an infrastructure and facilities development plan and finally make a feasibility study on investment in infrastructure and facilities development plans. The method used will refer to the standard method in infrastructure development and will be analyzed in detail using quantitative descriptive methods. Abstract

Campus digitization is an effort to deal with the development of existing technology. STIE Ekuitas needs to deepen their business needs and evaluate technology resources and information systems, so that opportunities are obtained that can be utilized and developed by stakeholders involved in the organization. STIE Ekuitas is not enough just to have a business strategy to face competition. The business strategy as outlined in the business plan must be equipped with technology and information system strategies to make optimal use of information technology and systems. The system architecture design in the STIE Equitas TOGAF framework (The Open Group Architecture framework) is a framework for enterprise architecture that provides a comprehensive approach to planning, designing, and implementing an enterprise information architecture. The results of the research found that STIE Ekuitas does not have an enterprise architecture plan and information technology in STIE Ekuitas has not fully utilized in helping STIE Ekuitas activities incur non-economical costs for technology investment, The framework provides directions for the development of information systems that are needed Keywords: Campus Digititazion, Information System, TOGAF

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Cemara Agung Sejahtera, aimed to know the correlation of sales promotion and purchasing decision, and also to analyze the influence of sales promotion to purchasing decision of Honda motorcyle at PT Cemara Agung Sejahtera. Respondents of this research are 71 selected using incidental sample technique. The method use is descriptive and associative, which tests the influence of dependent and independent variables using simple linear regression analysis. The result showed that sales promotion at PT Cemara Agung Sejahtera is in the category of good and purchasing decision is in the category of good. Result of the research showed that there is the influence of sales promotion to purchasing decision of Honda motorcyle at PT Cemara Agung Sejahtera and based on the interpretation of Pearson Product Moment correlation, this relationship is in the criteria of strong enough. The result showed that the hypothesis is proved: there is the influence of sales promotion to purchasing decision of Honda motorcyle at PT Cemara Agung Sejahtera significantly. Abstract

This research was conducted in Vielin Creation Home Industry to find out how to control the quality of ladies’s shoes product, identify factors causing defect in product and apply product quality control using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method to solve existing problems. The used method in this research is Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), which is integrated with other quality analysis tools that is, Fishbone Diagram to identify factors of causing defects of shoes products in Vielin Creation.From the results of this research obtained 17 potential failure modes from 7 existing processes. Then got 2 RPN value that exceeds critical number 100 that machine often jam with RPN 315 and glue has not sealed perfectly with RPN 180. Then both modes of failure are processed using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method and obtained the root cause of both modes of failure. From each root cause cause is then given the proposed improvement for the company in overcoming the existing problems. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of student perceptions and the social-demographic variables on investment interest in the capital market as an effort to design a curriculum in Capital Market and Portfolio Management courses increase investment interest among students in the Capital Market. This study uses two analytical methods such as descriptive and quantitative analysis with a total sample of 100 students. In this study, the validity and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach, data transformation using the Successive Interval Method (MSI), and the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of this study indicate that the Financial Literacy Level of STIE Ekuitas students is Suff Literate and partially has positive effect on the interests of student stock investment. For social demographic variables, the study indicate that the financial Conditions is in sufficient level. The further results showed that even though parents' financial condition is good, it does not guarantee that students will actively invest because the variables studied are only limited to interests, not the investment decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of sigma that has been achieved by the company in producing tail frame, determine the causes of defects in tail frame products and provide improvements that can be done by companies to reduce defects in tail frame products using the Six Sigma method, namely DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). The research method is quantitative where the data used in the form of digital data relating to the production number of excavator components is the tail chassis and the amount of defective product data from the production of the tail chassis and the time horizon in this study was carried out cross-sectionally. Meanwhile, qualitative data in the form of written information on the type of defect production, the causes of defective products, the production flows and the raw materials used. The results achieved can be seen that the level of sigma in tail frame products is 4.38 in 2017 and 4.36 in 2018. It can be concluded that the company has not achieved the best industrial production quality, namely world class industry with a sigma level of 6. Keywords: Six Sigma; DMAIC; Quality Control

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to examine the impact Sales, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) on Stock Price (Case Study at PT. Modern Internasional, Tbk. Period 2009-2018). The method of the research are descriptive and verification method, and used secondary data sourced from Published Financial Report Period 2009-2018. Data analysis technique that used are statistic descriptive test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression, coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, t statistic test and f statistic test. The result of this research showed that partially Sales, has not effect on stock price. Current Ratio (CR) has effect and significant on stock price. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has not effect on stock price. Gross Profit Margin (GPM) has effect and significant on stock price. The magnitude of influence by 74,8% while the remaining 25,2% is influenced by other factors not tested in this study. Abstract

Politics is always interesting to talk about no matter how complicated and chaotic political life is, everyone wants to know about political developments. Even rural people and housewives are increasingly fond of talking about politics, in accordance with their respective portions. Then the purpose of this study is to find out how the political marketing process is seen from the influence of rational motivation, emotional motivation on the decision of the PKB party election in 4 districts of Bandung through image construction. The methodological approach in this study is quantitative with a path analysis technique approach to discuss the direct effect of rational motivation, emotional motivation on imaged construction and also the direct effect on selection decisions as endogenous variables. The results show that the simultaneous influence of rational and emotional motivation significantly influences the construction of the image also simultaneously influences the decision of the PKB party election in 4 districts of Bandung. Partially significant rational motivation has an influence on image construction but emotional motivation has no significant effect on image construction. And partially, rational and emotional motivation significantly influence the decision of the PKB party election in 4 districts of Bandung. This study provides a small insight into the influence of rational motivation, emotional motivation on PKB party election decisions in the 4 districts of Bandung through image construction through descriptive and verification analysis with path analysis techniques.
