Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Tokopedia. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The data used are secondary data with data collection techniques through literature study and primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires with 100 respondents. The sampling method used is the probability sampling technique. The design of hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F test. The results show that partially brand ambassadors do not affect purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand image affects purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variable brand ambassador and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions, with a correlation coefficient of 0.838, which is a very strong relationship, while for the coefficient of determination of 70.2%, meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 70.2% has an effect between brand ambassador and brand image on purchasing decisions, the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is still the key to boosting economic growth in Indonesia, even in a crisis. Several agricultural business owners have currently transformed their business into a social enterprise based on community empowerment in their local regions. Social entrepreneurship is seen as a determining factor for the agricultural sector to grow consistently even during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine how social entrepreneurship is implemented in the agricultural sector during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Bandung area. This study aims to determine and describe the application of social entrepreneurship criteria in the agricultural sector, especially in mushroom cultivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Bandung area. This study aims to identify and describe what factors determine the success in applying the criteria of social entrepreneurship. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the application of social entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector in the Bandung area had met the five criteria of social entrepreneurship involving social mission, empowerment, ethical business principles, social impact, and business sustainability.

Abstract

One of the government's policies to strengthen domestic Islamic financial institutions is by implementing a merger of three Islamic commercial banks, which are state-owned subsidiaries, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, and BNI Syariah, where BRI Syariah will be the surviving entity or entity that receives this merger. However, this policy could create new problems or challenges for merged banks, such as in the areas of human resources, capital, and market share. This study aims to determine the prospects and challenges of post-merger Islamic banking. The descriptive research approach was utilized. The documentation study data collecting approach was employed in this investigation. From 2013 to 2017, the data was derived from the quarterly financial reports of Bank BNI Syariah, PT. Bank BRI Syariah, Tbk, and Bank Mandiri Syariah. This study's findings include market share, Third-party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), other ratios, and the number of employees.

Abstract

The development of digital technology today must be addressed appropriately by banks, including Islamic banking. Islamic banking must accommodate changes in customer behaviour that currently prefer speed, practicality and updates to technology to survive in increasingly tough competition. Bank BPD DIY Syariah, as the Sharia Business Unit of the Bank BPD DIY, is also required to meet customer needs in transaction services, one of which done through the QRIS Ultimate Automated Transaction Product. This study aims to find how the marketing of QUAT products carried out by BPD DIY Syariah as a strategy to improve services for customers. This study aims to find how the marketing of QUAT products carried out by BPD DIY Syariah as a strategy to improve services for customers. Research data is sourced from primary data (direct observation and interviews with related units) also secondary data (obtained through literature studies, journals, information and data on the internet, and other literature from companies). This research provides benefits in implementing digital-based marketing strategies for BPD DIY Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the level of customer satisfaction in e-banking users during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis conducted using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) shows a satisfaction index value of 74.75 per cent, which means that it is in the satisfied criteria. Meanwhile, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) shows that seven items fall into the category that needs to be maintained: Complete features, practicality and effectiveness, accuracy and speed, security and convenience, deep location coverage, sophisticated, up-to-date and modern information technology, and carrying out procedures following Bank Indonesia regulations and the Financial Services Authority. Then three items fall into the low priority category: ease of activation, interface display, and low transaction fees.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, which was marked by the emergence of a new virus that affected the entire world from the spread of the virus, the impact resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic was to impact human resources within the organization. All employees in companies and agencies must do their work remotely (Work fromHome) in order to minimize transmission of COVID-19. Based on a pre-surveyconducted with the Head of Sub Division of Personnel and General Affairs and several employees of PT. PLN Rayon Banjar, the author found a phenomenon that causes the low performance of employees of PT. PLN Rayon Banjar, namely the workprocess and work results that are not in accordance with the company's expectations and have not been able to realize their work according to what has been determined by the company. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods, with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires as manyas 60 respondents. The test used to test the instrument is a validation test and a reliability test. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. The results showed that the implementation of work design and work discipline at PT. PLN Rayon Banjar has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a contribution of 92.7%. Work design and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance by 68.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the practice of home ownership financing (KPR) with the Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik (IMBT) contract at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Bandung. This research is descriptive qualitative in PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Bandung with interview techniques and documentation in collecting data. Data analysis techniques with interactive analysis models proposed by Miles and Huberman, among others; data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusions in the form of delineation and verification of home ownership credit (KPR) financing practices with the Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik (IMBT) contract at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Bandung. The results show that the practice of financing home ownership credit (KPR) with the Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik (IMBT) contract at Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bandung branch was still considered necessary to be optimized for future improvements by improving better services and education to the public. In addition, it also discloses the terms, benefits, mechanisms, factors that affect late installment payments as well as solutions offered by banks so that the financing program can provide benefits to customers and banks.

Abstract

This research aims to know the relationship between the level of public education on literacy about cash waqf and the decision to cash waqf. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method, with 138 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study was carried out using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques (path analysis). This study's results indicate a direct positive effect between education level on the decision to cash waqf and a positive indirect effect between education level on the decision to cash waqf with the literacy variable for cash waqf as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The development of technology makes the internet and smartphones very popular among the people. Thus, the businessmen adjust the situation by presenting various internet-based services, one of which is PT. KAI that provides innovation and renewal while keeping abreast of developments in the era of globalization and digitalization as well as the needs of the free market by creating mobile e-ticketing called the KAI Access application. This study aims to determine the effect of Ease of Use and Customer Trust on Purchase Intention Train Tickets Online Using KAI Access with the people of Bandung as respondents. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification types which aim to determine the description and influence between variables on the object under study. The sample in this study were 100 respondents from Bandung City Community. The analysis used in the test is Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis F Test and Hypothesis t Test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it is explained that Ease of Use and Customer Trust have a unidirectional relationship with Purchase Intention. The partial hypothesis test explains that Ease of Use has a significant effect on Purchase Intention and Customer Trust has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, while the simultaneous hypothesis test explains that Ease of Use and Customer Trust have a significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Since the beginning of March 2020, Indonesia has been shocked by the COVID-19 pandemic. The spreading of virus are so fast, resulting in the increasing number of Covid-19 cases that create an effect on Indonesia’s economy, especially on the debtors performance and capacity, including debtor’s business. To encourage the optimization of the bank’s intermediation function, securing financial system stability, and supporting economic growth, an economic stimulus policy from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is required. This stimulus was given to debtors that were affected by Covid- 19 pandemic. With the relaxation of loans and delays in payment of instalment and interest, the quality of restructured credit or financing are determined to be smooth and excepted from accountancy implementation, thus banks are not required to establish a reserve allowance for possible losses on productive assets.. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of OJK’s stimulus method to supress the non-performing loans (NPLs) in Financial Services during the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and verification using secondary data analysis approach. Data analysis used a paired sample t test (paired sample t test). Hypothesis that was measured are NPLs before the pandemic, and NPL after the stimulus was implemented, with hope that there will be no increased value on NPL. The results show the NPL average value before stimulation was implemented are higher, which means that the relaxation of credit stimulation does not effect on reducing the value of non-performing loans (NPL) significantly because debtors are reluctant to participate in a program that includes delayed payments of principal and interest, that eventually will burden the debtor.
