Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Kerta Laksana Cimahi – West Java, aimed to know the correlation of product quality and customer loyalty, and also to analyze the influence of product quality to customer loyalty at PT Kerta Laksana Cimahi – West Java. Respondents of this research are 26 selected using saturated sample or census technique. The method use is descriptive and associative, which tests the influence of dependent and independent variables using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy of measurement using validity and reliability test. Result of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y express all valid and reliable. The result showed that product quality at PT Kerta Laksana Cimahi – West Java is in the category of good and customer loyalty is in the category of good. Result of the research showed that there is the correlation of product quality to customer loyalty at PT Kerta Laksana Cimahi – West Java, and based on the interpretation of Pearson Product Moment correlation, this relationship is in the criteria of strong. The result showed that the hypothesis is proved: there is the influence of product quality to customer loyalty at PT Kerta Laksana Cimahi – West Java. Keywords: Product Quality; Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

PT X is the only vaccine manufacturer in Indonesia and the largest in Southeast Asia to implement green industry processes in every business process. However, in practice, some of the challenges that arise today, the green industry first in the management of waste from the production of vaccines. This study discusses the supply chain process carried out by the concept of environmental supply chain management, knowing the constraints in the supply chain process and its compliance with ISO 14001: 2004 and PROPER. The research method used is descriptive using qualitative data conducted by interview, observation, and literature study. Data processing is done using tools that consist of charts and check sheets. Based on the results of research contained in the green manufacturing process that involves a damaged engine control system, the green distribution process is caused by the absence of the application of green transportation, and reverse logistics which leads to savings of experts in the waste treatment process. From these problems, it can be concluded that in the process of environmentally friendly supply chain management in PT X caused by human and machine factors. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan BAAK Universitas XYZ di Jakarta dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BAAK Universitas XYZ di Jakarta yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, karena jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini relatif kecil sehingga seluruh karyawan BAAK Universitas XYZ di Jakarta yang berjumlah 35 orang karyawan dipilih menjadi sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online (google form). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Adapun hasil analisisnya adalah: hasil analisis deskriptif terhadap variabel budaya organisasi dan employee engagement menunjukkan rata-rata skor yang tinggi, artinya semakin baik budaya organisasi pada karyawan, semakin tinggi pula employee engagement-nya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan BAAK Universitas XYZ di Jakarta karena diketahui nilai thitung (5,035) > ttabel (2,034) dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) juga menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan pengaruh dari variabel budaya organisasi terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan BAAK Universitas XYZ di Jakarta adalah sebesar 43,4%. Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the extent of the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance at PT. Sharia Askrida Insurance. In addition, this study also aims to find out and describe what factors are obstacles and constraints in implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance had been carried out at PT. Asuransi Askrida Syariah, besides that, there are several obstacles in its implementation. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance; Sharia Insurance Company.

Abstract

The implementation of musharaka Financing in sharia fintech is more complex compared to musharaka Financing in sharia banks. This study aims to determine the comparison of the contract and the consequences of the method of calculating the profit sharing ratio that is applied to the musharaka Financing in fintech syariah compared to musharaka Financing in islamic banks. The research method used is comparative descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are in the form of documentation studies, analysis of data from fintech mobile applications, and interviews. The data used are the regulations and customer data at the BJB Syariah Bank and at PT Ammana Fintech Syariah. The results of this study are that in Financing in Islamic banks, there is only a musharaka Financing contract with the consequence that the calculation of profit sharing ratio is not so complicated. On the other hand, in the musharaka Financing in Sharia fintech there is another contract so that the musharaka contract becomes complete. This is due to the fact that there are at least 4 parties in Sharia fintech Financing, namely: fund managers, agents, funders and the fintech company itself with the consequence there are other calculations outside the profit sharing ratio. The conclusion of this study is that the calculation of profit sharing ratio in fintech is not much different from the calculation of ratio in islamic banks. What makes the difference is only the addition of the contract in order to strengthen the musharaka contract. Keywords: Musharaka, Islamic Fintech, Islamic Financing.

Abstract

This article aims to find out about the urgency and significance of e-commerce in the digital era 4.0 in Indonesia. The method used is literature review. In this digital 4.0 era, e-commerce is a business opportunity that is growing significantly in Indonesia. With the existence of e-commerce in this digital era, transactions between sellers and buyers are no longer limited by space and time, e-commerce players can sell and buy products anywhere and anytime by taking advantage of technological opportunities in the digital 4.0 era. The presence of e-commerce in this digital 4.0 era, has a beneficial urgency for business people so that they prefer to run their business using e-commerce rather than conventional markets. Abstract

Islamic Banks is a community trust institution in which its business is based on sharia principles. And what is in the spotlight nowadays on Islamic banks is not only based on their performance and performance results, but in terms of conformity with sharia principles is also a matter of great concern. Especially in Indonesia, Islamic banks in establishing partnerships and business cooperation with the community should partner more with the principle of profit sharing, namely by using the mudharabah and musyarakah financing agreements. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the suitability of the implementation of mudharabah and musyarakah financing agreements implemented by Islamic Commercial Banks in Bandung with the principles of sharia law and syariah banking operational systems for mudharabah and musyarakah financing applicable in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study using Qualitative Descriptive Analysis research methodology, the results show that the implementation of mudharabah and musyarakah financing schemes in Islamic commercial banks in the city of Bandung in terms of features and operational mechanisms are in accordance with the principles of Islamic law and Islamic banking operating systems that apply in Indonesia. . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dimensions or variables, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The research method uses a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 51 MNC Sky Vision employees. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity, reliability and normality tests. And data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis, while for hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. based on the results of the t test (partial) conducted that the motivation variable does not affect the performance of employees, while for work discipline variables affect the performance of employees. Based on the F test (simultaneous) motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. But, in relation to the independent variable on the dependent variable, motivation and work discipline only have an effect of 42.3% on employee performance and 57.7% are influenced by variables not examined in this study. Limitations of the study: An analysis of the influence of motivation and work discipline is only done in one branch and only two dimensions or variables are tested. It is expected that the application of motivation can be formulated and adjusted to the existing working conditions in the company. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research purpose is to streamline the cost of PT. XYZ goods shipping. The company will know the cost efficiency between using the third party transportation services or their own transportation. This reseacrh method is descriptive, the required data is obtained by conducting a survey at this company. Analysis data in this research are using Transportation Method. To get the optimal shipping cost, company had using transportation services by using Transportation Method with North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost, and Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM) approaches. And result of this research is indicate that the method of company using on their own transportation is not optimal, and the company can streamline the cost if using third party transportation services rather than using their own transportation to the destination area. To get the optimal cost, company ought to use Transportation Method.
