Abstract

The MSME group "Manuggal Karya" located in Ngambarsari Village, Karang Tengah District, Wonogiri, Central Java is a business group that operates in the field of refining clove leaf essential oil. can be monitored properly so that overflowing essential oils often spill from the reservoir and improper handling can actually cause the essential oils to become dirty. The use of an automation system that can keep essential oils sterile and can stop the flow of oil to the reservoir if the reservoir is full. The result that the author hopes is that by making this tool, the MSME Group "Manunggal Karya" can increase production efficiency to produce quality clove leaf essential oil.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and influential factors in the application of technology-based attendance in supporting the work discipline of Civil Servants in Riau Islands. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the application of technology-based attendance application innovation has significant effectiveness in improving the work discipline of Civil Servants. With the technology-based attendance application, the attendance process becomes more efficient and accurate. Employees can perform attendance quickly and easily through electronic devices such as smartphones or computers, without the need to use manual attendance that is prone to manipulation. In addition, factors that influence the effectiveness of technology-based attendance application implementation include management support, employee training, and employee awareness of the importance of work discipline. Strong management support in implementing and supervising the use of technology-based attendance applications is an important factor in successful implementation. Employee training in the use of the application is also key to ensuring proper and effective use. In addition, employee awareness of the importance of work discipline also plays a role in the successful implementation of this innovation. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the effectiveness of technology-based attendance application innovations in improving the work discipline of civil servants. The implication of this research is the importance of developing and implementing technological innovation in improving work efficiency and effectiveness in the public sector.

Abstract

The implementation of e-government in public services in the Regional Government is expected to produce faster, better, and more efficient public services, and can improve the application of the principles of good governance. In the context of Riau Islands, the implementation of e-government is very important considering the geographical condition of this area which consists of many islands. With e-government, people in Riau Islands can access public services online without having to travel far to the government center. This research aims to analyze the implementation of e-government in improving public services in the Riau Islands regional government. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews with relevant parties, direct observation, and documentation studies. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the Riau Islands regional government continue to improve the implementation of e-government by strengthening information technology infrastructure, increasing people’s digital literacy, and conducting regular evaluations of the quality of public services provided through e-government. In addition, cooperation with related parties, both internal and external, also needs to be improved to ensure the success of e-government implementation in improving public services in the Riau Islands regional government.

Abstract

Planning and reporting performance results in local government using information systems. The purpose of conducting research is to obtain an overview of the results of accountability for employee performance with the help of implementing SIMDA BMD at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of the Bintan Regency Government. It is hoped that the presence of the SIMDA application can help the government in managing finances, especially in employee performance accountability and providing ideal management information. Data collection was collected using literature studies, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that SIMDA BMD (Regional Property Management Information System) in the financial management process, especially financial reporting, continues to run well and cannot yet be said to be fully effective, this is due to various obstacles that occur.

Abstract

Responsiveness is a form of feedback and the willingness of service providers to provide support to the community through their services. Responsiveness also refers to the connection between activities and services and the needs and expectations of society. Responsiveness is very important in serving the people because it provides evidence of the organization's capability in recognizing the wishes of the people. This research aims to understand the response capacity of the Regional Disaster Management Agency to flood incidents in Tanjungpinang City. The scope of this research has six criteria, namely: 1) Responding to every customer/candidate who needs to receive services; 2) Staff/equipment provides timely service; 3) Appropriate service personnel/equipment; 4) Personnel/equipment provides services with care; 5) Personnel/equipment performs service immediately; 6) All customer complaints are handled by employees. This study applies qualitative methods combined with qualitative descriptive analysis. The subject of this research is the Head of the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Division and the Logistics Division. Information retrieval methods include question and answer and note taking. The results of the research show that currently there is starting to be a response or response from the BPBD which is going better than before, this is also in accordance with their motto, namely fast, responsive and tough.

Abstract

This study examines the meticulous and thorough execution of the Online Single Submission (OSS) in the Tanjung Pinang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office.The main focus involved the complexity of the community’s lack of deep understanding of the business licensing stages, while also exploring the technical barriers that accompanied the integration of the OSS system. The research objectives included an in-depth evaluation of the programme’s operational success, an analysis of the level of stakeholder satisfaction involving business owners, as well as a detailed investigation into the level of efficiency of the OSS implementation. The research method, applied in a descriptive qualitative approach, involved in-depth interviews, rigorous documentation analysis, and a comprehensive literature review. The findings highlight positive progress, although obstacles remain, both in terms of public understanding and technical constraints in OSS operations. In conclusion, the research provides very specific recommendations, including a careful restructuring of the OSS system, a more focused socialisation strategy and breakthrough interventions to improve the effectiveness of the OSS in the future.

Abstract

The aim of the results of implementing the data analyst capstone project in increasing visitors to Resort Hotels is to analyze the factors causing the decline in the number of visitors to Resort Hotels. The implementation of the data analyst capstone project to increase visitors at the Resort Hotel includes: identifying the main reasons for the decline in visitors, lack of general attraction or effective promotions, fluctuations in visitors every quarter, and imbalance between various visitor segments. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations are provided to increase the number of visitors, such as re-evaluating the attractiveness of tourist destinations, adapting facilities and services to visitor needs, collaborating with other local businesses or events, and implementing membership or reward programs. Research methods include understanding business and data, data collection, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, data visualization and making recommendations based on analysis results. It is hoped that the results of this implementation can help Resort Hotel managers in developing strategies to increase the number of visitors.

Abstract

Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) is a network technology designed to support high-speed data transfer by utilizing small fixed-size data packets called cells. This study aims to analyze the implementation and performance of ATM in the context of the Canva application, a web-based graphic design platform. The study includes a theoretical review of ATM's working principles, advantages, and limitations, as well as the network performance analysis methods used.In this research, we examine how ATM can optimize data transmission in the Canva application, considering the importance of network speed and efficiency in ensuring an optimal user experience. The analysis results show that ATM can provide the high transfer speeds and stability required by the Canva application, especially in managing complex and large-sized graphic data.The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of ATM technology in web-based applications like Canva can significantly enhance network performance. This study also offers important insights for further development in integrating advanced network technologies for internet-based applications to support increasing data demands.

Abstract

In Indonesia, tuberculosis is ranked third in terms of prevalence among countries with the highest tuberculosis burden. Radiological examination, such as X-rays or X-rays, is a method generally used to detect tuberculosis. Chest X-ray examination is one method used to detect tuberculosis. To achieve these goals, the research will combine two powerful data processing techniques. First, the K-Means algorithm will be used to group x-ray image data based on similar characteristics, making it easier to identify typical patterns from images infected with tuberculosis. The research results show the highest accuracy of 93% using data division with a ratio of 80 : 20 with parameter K = 1. These results show that the combined model of the two algorithms can be applied to identify tuberculosis in the lungs.

Abstract

Attention to spices and flavorings among the younger generation is still low. The strategy that can be used to overcome this problem is a programmed and computerized arrangement of spices and flavorings using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) calculations. In this exploration there are 300 images of spices and flavors which will be characterized into 3 classifications. Namely ginseng, ginger and galangal. Information in each classification is divided into two, namely preparation information and testing information with a proportion of 80%: 20%. The CNN model used in computerized grouping of spice and flavor images is a model with 2 convolutional layers, where the first convolutional layer has 10 channels and the second convolutional layer has 20 channels. Each channel has a 3x3 portion frame. The channel size in the pooling layer is 3x3 and the number of neurons in the secret layer is 10. The actuation capability in the convolutional layer and secret layer is tanh, and the actuation capability in the result layer is softmax. In this model, the accuracy of preparation information is 0.9875 and the loss value is 0.0769. The precision of the test data is 0.85 and the loss value is 0.4773. Meanwhile, testing new information with 3 images for each classification resulted in an accuracy of 88.89%.
