Abstract

As one of the provinces in Indonesia, Lampung possesses natural and cultural potential that can be developed into tourist attractions. With its renowned tourist destinations, combined with a diversity of culture, arts, and religious elements, Lampung has reliable assets that are expected to drive economic growth and development. This study aims to identify strategies for enhancing local revenue through the tourism sector in Lampung Province. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and questionnaires, and applies SWOT analysis. Based on positive findings, an aggressive growth-oriented policy is recommended. Improving security at tourist destinations is identified as a top priority strategy, thus requiring special attention from the Lampung Provincial Government. It is hoped that this research will assist the Lampung Provincial Government in increasing local revenue through the tourism sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of factors that shape customer loyalty on online food delivery service platforms among students of the Faculty of Business and Economics of the Islamic University of Indonesia. The factors studied include consumer purchase intention, price, promotion, information quality, service quality and perceived of usefulness. The PLS-SEM method was used to analyze data from a questionnaire with a sample of 250 respondents. The results of this study show that consumer purchase intention, price, promotion, information quality, service quality and perceived of usefulness are positively significant to customer loyalty. Consumer purchase intention also shows significant positive results on customer loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted in conjunction with an internship program conducted at Business Unit 2 of the Outsourcing Provider, from February 20, 2023 to July 7, 2023. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the procurement business process in the unit. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to understand the phenomena that occur in the object being studied. The data collected includes primary and secondary data; secondary data in the form of work documents such as Organizational Structure, Job Description, SOP, and work reports, while primary data is obtained through observation and interviews. The snowball sampling method was applied, where respondents were interviewed until the researcher felt that they had obtained sufficient information about the implementation of the procurement business process in three business units (BPO, MPO, KPO) in Business Unit 2 of the Outsourcing Provider Jakarta. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the three business units was in accordance with the existing SOP and could be relied on by partner companies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of credibility Electronic Word of Mouth on social networking sites (SNS) and its impact on brand image and purchase intention. In this study, the population used is all people in Indonesia who have social media accounts. The number of samples is 210 respondents with age criteria of 16-46 years. The research data was obtained using a questionnaire via an online survey via google form. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on the AMOS 26 program. The results of this study prove that the High Involvement has a positive effect on e-WOM, Trust has a positive effect on e-WOM, Recommendations have a positive effect on e-WOM, and Message Content has a positive effect on Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WOM), Electronic Word-of-Mouth has a positive effect on Brand Image, and Brand Image has a positive effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, as well as the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population in this study consists of customers of Manna Kampus (Mirota Kampus 2) Simanjuntak in Yogyakarta, with a sample size of 100 customers. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability with a convenience sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study is conducted using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results obtained show a positive influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. Both variables together with customer satisfaction can also positively influence customer loyalty.

In this digital era, MSMEs face new challenges to utilize digital technology to develop their business, but there are still many MSME players who do not understand the use of digital due to the lack of literacy in technology in this era of digitalization. MSME performance is the result of overall success during a certain period contained in the work results, targets, targets and criteria that have been determined and agreed upon together. Approach study used in study This that is study quantitative with use SPSS analysis tool. The population used in this research is SMEs in Subdistrict Kemiling with sample as much 50 respondents. Collection technique data use questionnaire on line Which spread through whatsapp. The tests carried out are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear tests. Results study This is fintech And digitalization has a positive effect and significantly to the performance of MSMEs both partially and jointly.

Abstract

Penta Helix is ​​a collaboration model involving five main actors: government, academics, industry players, community and media. In the context of developing the creative culinary industry in Bandar Lampung City, Penta Helix plays an important role in creating an ecosystem that supports innovation and growth. This research aims to explore how synergy between Penta Helix actors can facilitate the development of the culinary industry in this city.The methods used include literature studies, interviews with stakeholders, and secondary data analysis. The research results show that the active involvement of each Penta Helix actor can accelerate the development of the culinary industry through several mechanisms: policy support by the government, research and education from academics, product and marketing innovation by industry players, community involvement in culinary activities, as well as promotion and reporting by the media. The implications of this research show that to optimize the potential of the culinary creative industry in Bandar Lampung, good coordination between Penta Helix actors is needed, development of programs that involve all parties, and increased awareness and community participation. This research provides insight for policy makers, entrepreneurs and academics in designing more effective and integrated development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation, challenges, and strategies of PT Antam Pongkor's CSR program to enhance the economic independence of local communities. Using qualitative methods, this study produces interviews and data analysis to describe the situation. The sample was purposively selected, involving the company, village government, and CSR recipients. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, with semi-structured interviews used to obtain in-depth data. Triangulation methods were employed to verify the data through various approaches, including data sources, researchers, theories, and methods. The results indicate that PT Antam's CSR program needs to be more effective by adhering to the Triple Bottom Line principles (People, Planet, Profit). Recommended strategies include skills training in agriculture, livestock, and SMEs. The challenges faced include community dependency on the company, changes in funding, lack of community involvement, and limited resources. To address these issues, the company needs to develop empowerment programs, increase community engagement, and strengthen the monitoring and evaluation system.

Abstract

One of the factors that encourages the development of go-public companies is high market capital. The consumer cyclical sector or what is often called non-primary consumer goods is an industry that produces and distributes products and services that are strongly influenced by economic conditions. This research is quantitative research. This research aims to determine the influence of the environment, social, governance and controversy on company value. The population in the research is consumer cyclical companies registered on the IDX. The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling technique with characteristics appropriate to the sample used. There are certain criteria that have been set, namely; all consumer cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2020–2022 period. The results of this research have found that Social, Governance and Controversy influence Company Value. However, the environment has no influence in this research.

Abstract

The phenomenon of energy poverty has been of particular concern around the world. This study was conducted to look at the determinants in the social and economic perspective of households that can affect energy poverty in the Central and Eastern Regions of Indonesia. This study uses panel data with a total of 80 data in the period 2018-2022. The variables used are per capita expenditure, education, working household head, house size, and number of household members as independent variables and energy poverty as the dependent variable. The results of the study show that per capita expenditure and house size have a significant effect of energy poverty. Meanwhile, education, working household head, and number of household members have no significant effect on energy poverty in Central and Eastern Indonesia.
