Abstract

Abstract :This paper aims to identify gender issues and educationalgender development outcomes in Banyumas Regency in BanyumasRegency. This study is interesting because the Gender Development Index(GDI) and Human Development Index (HDI) of Banyumas Regency in 2015still show disparity. Education is one element of the three components thatform the basis of HDI calculation, in addition to health and economics. Thispaper is a literature study based on main documents, namely Banyumas onFigures, SIGA Banyumas, Banyumas Regency’s Work Program Plan, andso on. The results of show that gender issues in education, namely; 1) at theage of elementary / junior high school children, more girls have not schoolthan boys; 2) not all school-age children at a certain level of education canenjoy education at that level; 3) men and women in certain age groups arenot yet literate; 4) number of female school participation aged 7-24 have notbeen equivalent to male in that age group. In fact, not all of the educationpolicy in Banyumas Regency is gender indicative. The implication of thisresults is the achievement of gender education development in BanyumasRegency still needs to be improved continuously and supported by synergybetween local government, school and community. Abstrak : Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi isu gender dan capaian pembangunan gender bidang pendidikan di Kabupaten Banyumas.Studi tentang hal tersebut menarik karena Gender Development Index(GDI) dan Human Development Index (HDI) Kabupaten Banyumas (2015)masih menunjukkan disparitas. Pendidikan adalah salah satu unsur daritiga komponen yang menjadi dasar penghitungan HDI, selain kesehatandan ekonomi. Tulisan ini merupakan studi pustaka yang bersumber daridokumen utama seperti Banyumas dalam Angka, SIGA Banyumas,Rencana Program Kerja Kabupaten Banyumas, dan sebagainya. Hasilstudi menunjukkan bahwa persoalan gender bidang pendidikan, yaitu;1) pada usia anak SD/MI, lebih banyak anak perempuan yang tidaksekolah dibanding ana laki-laki; 2) belum semua anak usia sekolah padajenjang pendidikan tertentu dapat menikmati pendidikan pada jenjangtersebut; 3) laki-laki maupun perempuan pada kelompok usia tertentubelum seratus persen melek huruf ; 4) angka tingkat partisipasi sekolahperempuan usia 7-24 belum setara dengan laki-laki dalam kelompok usiatersebut. Pada kenyataannya, belum seluruh dari kebijakan pendidikandi Kabupaten Banyumas bersifat indikatif gender. Implikasinya, capaianpembangunan gender bidang pendidikan di Kabupaten Banyumas masihperlu ditingkatkan secara terus-menerus dan didukung oleh sinergi antarapemerintah daerah, sekolah, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: Wage is still one of the issues that has always been in thespotlight, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia, especially inthe agricultural sector. Women in the work environment in the public sectorare often still distinguished from men in terms of the division of labor. Thedifference in the division of labor between men and women in agriculture,this is what affects the wage system and the tendency of gender inequalityand injustice. This is given that wage are a major component of one’sincome, so the wage rate is one indicator that can reflect the welfare of thecommunity. One of the solutions that must be done is the need for criticalassessment of the livelihood of the workers which has been a problem,especially the fulfillment of the wage of women laborers who are still low. Abstrak: Upah masih menjadi permasalahan terutama di negara-negaraberkembang, khususnya disektor pertanian. Dalam pembagian kerjadi sektor publik, perempuan dan laki-laki masih dibedakan. Perbedaanpembagian kerja antara laki-laki dan perempuan inilah yang kemudianmempengaruhi sistem pengupahan, yang pada akhirnya melahirkanketimpangan dan ketidakadilan gender.Hal ini mengingat bahwa upahmerupakan komponen utama dari pendapatan seseorang. Upah merupakansalah satu indikator yang dapat mencerminkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satusolusi yang harus dilakukan adalah perlunya kajian kritis atas penghidupan buruh yang selama ini masih menjadi persoalan,khususnya upah buruh perempuan tani yang masih rendah.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the study, first; to organize the parenting pattern of children left behind by migrants by their parents in the village of Tanggesurus Besuki District, Tulungagung regency. Second, analyze the perception of children about school in Tanggoko Desa Besuki District Tulungagung regency. The research method used qualitative type with case study approach. Place of research in Tanggesurus Village Besuki District Tulungagung Regency. The object is the pattern of care of migrant child laborers and their perceptions of the school. The subjects are children whose parents are migrant workers (migrant mothers, migrant fathers, and migrant mothers). The data were collected through in-depth interview technique, documentation and observation. To measure the validity of the data is used inspection techniques; credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Data analysis is done in stages and interrelated between data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The findings found; First, the pattern of care of the children of migrant workers is divided into three patterns, namely; mothering, parenting, and parenting by grandparents and / or other extended families. Second, the perception of children left behind by their parents is quite diverse. For them the school is important if the father is a migrant, and vice versa if his mother is a school migrant for him is not important. There is a difference in perception between boys and boys, for boys the school does not guarantee the future, whereas for school girls it is perceived as important and ensures the future. Such a view fits with the use of his spare time, most of his spare time (other than school) they spend with his peers and play around in the coffee shop. The condition of the house, the social environment of the community, and peers affect the orientation of being a migrant worker as well. According to them the factors that shape perceptions, attitudes and behavior are peers and the social environment of local communities. Abstract

Abstract: Sexproblem always becomes good essential theme in academic domain and also public domain. Whether it concernsfree sex phenomenas and also about the importance of supporting efforts sex education to solve, or at least reduce sexual breach at society especially among children and stripling. sex education basically is lead effort and mothering someone (child) that understands about mean, function, and sex aim so it can channel one good manners, really, and legal. Seks's education divides child so essential, e.g. via effort keeps away child of sexual activity, coming to pieces its bed, observing early sexual maturity, m engarahkan is child mumayiz to memproduktifkan its time, and tries to avoid its view and close its genitals. Abstrak: Persoalan seks selalu menjadi tema penting baik di ranah akademis maupun ranah public, Baik tentang gejala-gejala seksual (free sexual) maupun tentang pentingnya upaya penguatan pendidikan seks untuk menyelesaikan, atau paling tidak meminimalisir pelanggaran-pelanggaran seksual yang terjadi di masyarakat terutama dikalangan anak dan remaja. Pendidikan seks pada dasarnya adalah upaya membimbing serta mengasuh seseorang agar mengerti tentang arti, fungsi, dan tujuan seks sehingga ia dapat menyalurkan secara baik, benar, dan legal. Pendidikan seks bagi anak begitu penting, misalnya melalui upaya menjauhkan anak dari aktivitas seksual, memisahkan tempat tidurnya, mengamati kematangan seksual dini, mengarahkan anak mumayiz untuk memproduktifkan waktunya, dan berusaha menghindarkan pandangannya serta menutup auratnya.

Abstract

Abstract: Character education provides values that can be owned and practiced by the child so that all deeds in his life have a characteristic value in the future. The problem of character education in the family that emerged today is the disintegration of character traits in early childhood. Cultural values on the family and society or more precisely the values of heritage characters are still able to maintain well and still original in some people who still hold Java Javanese culture. This study aims to find answers to the right character education pattern for early childhood in Pleret District. This research will also construct early childhood character education in Pleret Subdistrict in order to become a foothold for every family in teaching character education to their children. Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter memberikan nilai-nilai yang dapat dimiliki dan diamalkan oleh anak agar semua perbuatan dalam hidupnya mempunyai nilai yang berkarakter di kemudian hari. Problematika pendidikan karakter pada keluarga yang muncul saat ini adalah lunturnya perilaku berkarakter pada anak usia dini. Nilai budaya pada keluarga dan masyarakat atau lebih tepatnya nilai-nilai karakter warisan leluhur masih mampu terjaga dengan baik dan masih asli di sebagian orang jawa yang masih memegang teguh budaya jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan jawaban atas pola pendidikan karakter yang tepat untuk anak usia dini di Kecamatan Pleret. Penelitian ini juga akan mengkontruksi pendidikan karakter anak usia dini di Kecamatan Pleret agar dapat menjadi pijakan kedepan untuk setiap keluarga dalam mengajarkan pendidikan karakter pada anak-anak meraka.

Abstract: Family is the first place and uyama in mendidika child, thus delivering his son to success in the future. The demands of the times make a change in the pattern of economy and changes in understanding of the essence of the family in the education of their children. The gathering does not gather from the meal, it becomes the legitimacy of a father to work to leave the family and his duty to educate his son, so the obligation to educate the child is bestowed on the mother. In the process of education of children in the family of a mother experiencing dynamics, namely social dynamics, psychology, and also the dynamics of educational content of his children. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan eksperimentasi lapangan. Eksperimentasi lapangan dilakukan dengan memberikan perlakuan tertentu terhadap kelompok subyek dengan harapan akan munculnya suatu fenomena atau gejala yang hendak dikaji (Azwar, 2003), dan peneliti mengontrol atau memanipulasi satu atau lebih variabel independen dan menguji pengaruh dari manipulasi yang ada pada variabel tergantung (Lodico, dkk., 2010). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh human modeling sebagai metode untuk meningkatkan penalaran moral dalam bagi siswa madrasah ibtidaiyah. Penggunaan metode human modeling dalam pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan penalaran moral anak. Kondisi dibuktikan dengan semakin membaiknya skor perolehan penalaran moral siswa pada pre-test dan pos-test. Abstract: This research was conducted with field experimentation approach. Field experimentation was carried out by giving certain treatment to the subject group in the hope of a phenomenon or symptom to be studied (Azwar, 2003), and the researchers controlled or manipulated one or more independent variables and tested the effects of manipulations on dependent variables (Lodico, et al., 2010). This study aims to explain the influence of human modeling as a method to improve moral reasoning for madrasah ibtidaiyah students. The use of human modeling methods in learning has a positive effect on increasing children's moral reasoning. Conditions are evidenced by the increasingly improved scores of students' moral reasoning on pre-test and post-test.
