Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) whether or not of the motivation on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013; (2) whether or not of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013; and (3) whether or not the simultaneusly effect of the effect motivaton and the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013. This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research was all of the teacher SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013 as many as 58 teachers. The sample of the research consisted of 35 teachers or 60% out of the total number of population, and they were taken by using random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered by using questionnaire and documentation. They were then analyzed by using the multipel linear regression technique of analysis.The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant of the motivation on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013; (2) there is a significant of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013; and (3) there is a simutaneusly significant of the motivation and that of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013.The linear regression line equation is ?= -10,014 + 0,546X1 + 0,413X2. The relative contribution of the motivation on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013 is 58.33%, and that of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo  year 2012/2013 is 41.67%. The effective contribution of the motivation on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo  year 2012/2013  is 23.26%, and that of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2021/2013 is 16.62%.Suggestion to head master that more attention teacher prosperious, suggestion to teacher that take care work environment office or class, for school comite that to gain up work environment. Keywords: motivation, work environment, job satisfaction of teachers

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) whether or not of the learning facilities on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the accdemic year 2012/2013 (Y); (2) whether or not of the learning motivation on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y); and (3) whether or not the simultaneusly effect of the effect learning facilities and the learning motivation on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y) as many as 72 students. The samples of the research consisted of 44 students or 60% of the total number of students in class X of the school. They were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire and documentation and were then analyzed by using the multiple linear regression technique of analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant of the learning facilities (X1) on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y); (2) there is a significant of the learning motivation (X2) on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y); and (3) there is a simutaneusly significant of the learning facilities (X1) and that of the learning motivation (X2) on the learning achievement of the computer skill and managing information of X class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Sukoharjo in the academic year 2012/2013 (Y). The relative contribution of the learning facilities (X1) on the learning achievement (Y) is 21.73%, and that of the learning motivation (X2) on the learning achievement (Y) is 78.27%. The effective contribution of the learning facilities (X1) on the learning achievement (Y) is 1693%, and that of the learning motivation (X2) on the learning achievement (Y) is 60,97%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, 1) to determine the use of facebook as a medium supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology on program Sociology Anthropology of Education Program in 2012, 2) To know the benefits of facebook as a medium supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology Education Program Sociology Anthropology in 2012, 3) To determine the barriers and the efforts to handle the media supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology on program Sociology Anthropology Educational Studies academic year 2012.This study used a qualitative approach and study research. The data source is the informant, place and events, archives, respondents, and document analysis. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling. Method of collecting the data is interviews and documentation analysis. The validity of data using triangulation data (source), while the analysis of the data using interactive analysis.Based on the analysis it can be concluded: (1) Implementation of the Learning Activities by Leveraging Social Media Facebook as a Learning Support. Facebook is not only used as a medium of support but also be used in full for one semester, as a lecturer abroad. Facebook is used as a medium for distance learning because almost all students use facebook. Facebook is used for communication between faculty and students and among students to discuss courses, announcing assignments and exams so that all members can see all the information on group. 2) Excellence in Learning by Using Facebook as a Media Support Distance Learning: a) Increasing levels of interaction between students with learning educators, b) Enables the interaction of learning from anywhere and at any time, c) Reaching learners in coverage, d) Increasing activity in the learning activities. 3) Obstacles in Learning Using Facebook as a Media Support Distance Learning: a) The difference in speed access and delays with predetermined targets, b) error application, c) Lack of character, d) inadequate facilitiesTo cope with such the. From the above it can be an obstacle in efforts to minimize these barriers is to: a) The material should be concise and clear, and not too much, b) provide respite deadlines and provide confirmation.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the significant effect of learning facility on learning achievement of the students in Grade XI of Office Administration Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2013/2014; (2) the significant effect of interpersonal communication between teachers and students on learning achievement of the students in Grade XI of Office Administration Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2013/2014; and (3) the simultaneously significant effect of learning facility and interpersonal communication between teachers and students on learning achievement of the students in Grade XI of Office Administration Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2013/2014. This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. Its population was all of the students as many as 72 persons in Grade XI of Office Administration Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2013/2014. The samples of the research consisted of 42 students, and they were taken by means of proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire and documentation. They were analyzed by using the multiple regression analysis aided with the computer program of SPSS 17. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of learning facility on learning achievement of the students in Grade XI of Office Administration Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2013/2014 as indicated by the value of tcou­nt = 2.447 which is greater than that of ttable = 2.023; (2) there is a significant effect of  interpersonal communication between teachers and students on learning achievement of the students in Grade XI of Office Administration Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2013/2014 as indicated by the value of tcount = 2.441 which is greater than that of ttable = 2.023; and (3) there is a simultaneously significant effect of learning facility and interpersonal communication between teachers and students on learning achievement of the students in Grade XI of Office Administration Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2013/2014 as signified by the value of Fcount = 8.270 which is greater than that of Ftable = 3.238. The regression equation of research is ? = 5.456 + 0.011 X1 + 0.023 X2. The relative contribution of learning facility (X1) is 50.73%, and that of interpersonal communication between teachers and students (X2) is 49.25%. The effective contribution of learning facility is 15.12%, and that of interpersonal communication between teachers and students is 14.67%.Keywords:    Learning facility, interpersonal communication between teachers and students, and learning achievement

Abstract

The objectives of this research are investigate: (1) the effect of school infrastructure on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013, (2) the effect of teacher competency on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013, and (3) the effect of school infrastructure and teacher competency on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013.This study employed descriptive quantitative research method. The population of research was all of XI graders of Office Administration Specialty Program in state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013, consisting of 80 students. Method of collecting data used was questionnaireand documentation technique. Technique of analyzing data used was multiple regression analysis with analysis prerequisite tests including normality, linearity and independency tests.The result of the research are as follows (1) There is a significant effect of school infrastructure on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013. It was indicated by rstatistic > rtable values or 0.544 > 0.284 at significance level of 5%. The relative contribution was 50.24% and effective one was 24.53%. (2) There is a significant effect of teacher competency on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013. It was indicated by rstatistic > rtable values or 0.542 > 0.284 at significance level of 5%. The relative contribution was 49.76% and effective one was 24.29%. (3) There is a significant effect of school infrastructure and teacher competency on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013, because Fstatistic > Ftable or 21.466 > 4,043 at significance level of 5%.From the result of calculation, it could be obtained the linear regression equation ? = 12.309 + 0.290 X1 + 0.319 X2, thus, it could be concluded that the student competency in conducting on the job training (Y) will increase or decrease of 0.290 for every unit increase or decrease in school infrastructure (X1) and will increase or decrease of 0.319 for every unit increase or decrease in teacher competency (X2).Keywords: school infrastructure, teacher competency, On The Job Training.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the significant effect of teachers? pedagogic competency on student skill in ?managing document duplication?course in the Eleventh Grade of Office Administration Skill Competency of State Vocational High School of Wikarya Karanganyar in the school year of 2013/2014; (2) the significant effect of laboratory facility on student skill in ?managing document duplication?course in the Eleventh Grade of Office Administration Skill Competency of State Vocational High School of Wikarya Karanganyar in the school year of 2013/2014; (3) the significant effect of teachers? pedagogic competency and laboratory facility on student skill in ?managing document duplication?course in the Eleventh Grade of Office Administration Skill Competency of State Vocational High School of Wikarya Karanganyar in the school year of 2013/2014.The research used the descriptive quantitative method. The population of research was the eleventh graders of State  Vocational High School of Wikarya Karanganyar consisting of 96 students, with 54 students as the sample. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire with likert scale and documentation of psychomotor aspect score. Technique of analyzing data used was a multiple linear regression analysis.From the result of research, it could be concluded that: (1) there was an effect of teachers? pedagogic competency on the student skill in ?Managing document duplication? course in the Eleventh Grade of Office Administration Skill Competency of State  Vocational High School of Wikarya Karanganyar in the school year of 2013/2014; (2) there was an effect of laboratory facility on the student skill in ?Managing document duplication? course in the Eleventh Grade of Office Administration Skill Competency of State  Vocational High School of Wikarya Karanganyar in the school year of 2013/2014; (3) there was an effect of teachers? pedagogic competency and laboratory facility simultaneously on the student skill in ?Managing document duplication? course in the Eleventh Grade of Office Administration Skill Competency of State  Vocational High School of Wikarya Karanganyar in the school year of 2013/2014. In this research, it was reported that the linear regression equation was  ? = 5.008 + 0.038 X1 + 0.050 X2. It meant that the average student skill (Y) increased or decreased by 0.038 for each unit of increase or decrease in teachers? pedagogic competency (X1) and increased or decreased by 0.050 for each unit of increase or decrease in laboratory facility (X2). The contributions of individual variables were: (1) relative contribution of 44.5% and effective contribution of 28.66% for teachers? pedagogic competency (X1) to student skill (Y) variables; and (2) relative contribution of 55.49% and effective contribution of 35.74% for laboratory facility (X2) to student skill (Y) variables.Keywords: teachers? pedagogic competency, laboratory facility, student skill

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) whether or not there is a significant effect of the professional competency of the teachers on the learning result of the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013; (2) whether or not there is a significant effect of the work motivation of the teachers on the learning result of the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013; and (3) whether or not there is a simultaneously significant effect of the professional competency  and the work motivation of the teachers on the learning result of the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013. This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research was all of the teachers of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo as many as 56 teachers. The samples of the research consisted of 36 teachers and were taken by using the simple random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire. They were then statistically analyzed by using the correlation and multiple linear regression analyses.  The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of the professional competency of the teachers on the learning result of the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013 as indicated by the value of rcount = 0.493 > that of rtable = 0.329 at the significance level of 5%; (2) there is a significant effect of the work motivation of the teachers on the learning result of the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013 as shown by the value of rcount = 0.482 > that of rtable = 0.329 at the significance level of 5%; and (3) there is a simultaneously significant effect of the professional competency  and the work motivation of the teachers on the learning result of the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013 as pointed out by the value of Fcount = 9.795 > that of Ftable = 3.285 at the significance level of 5%. The multiple linear regression equation is ? = 41.344 + 0.251 X1 + 0.223 X2. The simultaneous contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable (R2) is 37.3%. The relative contribution of the professional competency of the teachers to the learning result of the students is 51.61%, and that of the work motivation of the teachers on the learning result of the students is 48.39%. In addition, the effective contribution of the professional competency of the teachers to the learning result of the students is 19.23%,  and that of the work motivation of the teachers to the learning result of the students is 18.02%. Keywords: Professional, work motivation, and learning result. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan  kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013; (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013; (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Meliputi seluruh guru SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo sejumlah 56 guru. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 36 guru. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik simple random sampling. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tehnik angket. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji statistik dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda.Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan  kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai dari rhitung > rtabel atau 0,493 > 0,329 pada taraf signifikansi 5%; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/ 2013. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai dari rhitung > rtabel atau 0,482 > 0,329 pada taraf signifikansi 5%; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai dari Fhitung > Ftabel atau 9,795 > 3,285 pada taraf signifikansi 5%.Persamaan regresi linier ganda ?= 41,344 + 0,251 X1 + 0,223 X2. Besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas secara bersama-sama terhadap variable terikat (R2) sebesar 37,3%. Sumbangan relatif kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 51,61% dan sumbangan relatif motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 48,39%. Abstract

The objective of research was to find out: (1) whether or not there is a significant effect of teachers? skill in managing class on the learning achievement of the eleventh graders of Office Administrative skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the school year of 2013/2014, (2) whether or not there is a significant effect of parents? attention on the learning achievement of the eleventh graders of Office Administrative skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the school year of 2013/2014, and (3) whether or not there is a significant effect of teachers? skill in managing class and parents? attention on the learning achievement of the eleventh graders of Office Administrative skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the school year of 2013/2014.This study employed a descriptive quantitative method. The population of research was all of the eleventh graders of Office Administrative skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the school year of 2013/2014, consisting of 70 students. The sample taken consisted of 35 students. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling one. Meanwhile, techniques of collecting data used were questionnaire and documentation. Technique of analyzing data used was a multiple linear regression analysis.The results of research were as follows: (1) there was a significant effect of teachers? skill in managing class on the learning achievement of the eleventh graders of Office Administrative skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the school year of 2013/2014. It could be seen from the significance value of < 0.05, 0.008 < 0.05, (2) there was a significant effect of parents? attention on the learning achievement of the eleventh graders of Office Administrative skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the school year of 2013/2014. It could be seen from the significance value of < 0.05, 0.006 < 0.05, and (3) there was a significant effect of teachers? skill in managing class and parents? attention on the learning achievement of the eleventh graders of Office Administrative skill Program in SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the school year of 2013/2014. It could be seen from the Fstatistic > Ftable values, 6.967 > 3.295 at significance level of 5%.The multiple linear regression equation was ? = 77.067 + 0.030 X1 + 0.049 X2. The contribution of independent variables simultaneously to the dependent one (R2) was 30.3%. The relative contribution of teachers? skill in managing class to learning achievement was 47.73% and that of parents? attention to learning achievement was 52.27%. The effective contribution of teachers? skill in managing class to learning achievement was 14.46% and that of parents? attention to learning achievement was 15.84%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) whether or not there is a significant effect of the learning facility use at school on the learning achievement in Office Equipment subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013; (2) whether or not there is a significant effect of the way of learning on the learning achievement in Office Equipment subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013; and (3) whether or not there is a simultaneously significant effect of the learning facility use at school and the way of learning on the learning achievement in Office Equipment subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013. This research used the descriptive quantitative method. The population of the research was all of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013 as many as 79 students. The samples of the research were 40 students and were taken by using the sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire and documentation. They were then analyzed by using the multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of the learning facility use at school on the learning achievement in Office Equipment subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013 as indicated by the value of tcount = 3.611 > that of ttable = 1.684 at the significance level of 5%; (2) there is a significant effect of the way of learning on the learning achievement in Office Equipment subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013 as shown by the value of tcount = 3.393 > that of ttable = 1.684 at the significance level of 5%; and (3) there is a simultaneously significant effect of the learning facility use at school and the way of learning on the learning achievement in Office Equipment subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2012/2013 as pointed out by as indicated by the value of Fcount = 11.186 > that of Ftable = 3.252 at the significance level of 5%. The multiple linear regression equation is ? = 55.207 + 0.243 X1 + 0.161 X2. Keywords: The learning facility use, the way of learning, and learning achievement
