Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the direct effect of the work division on the employees? work effectiveness; (2) the direct effect of the work motivation on the employees? work effectiveness; (3) the direct effect of the cooperation ability on the employees? work effectiveness; (4) the indirect effect of the work division on the employees? work effectiveness through the cooperation ability; and (5) the indirect effect of the work motivation on the employees? work effectiveness through the cooperation ability at the Limited Liability Company of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta in 2012. his research used the quantitative research method. The population of the research was all of the employees of the Limited Liability Company of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta in 2012. The samples of the research were 53 employees or 25% of the total number of employees of the company, and they were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire supported by documentation method. The data of the research were analyzed by using the path analysis with the computer program of SPSS 17. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant and positive direct effect of the work division on the employees? work effectiveness as indicated by the value of ? YX1 = beta = 0.356 with the probability (sig) = 0.003; (2) there is a positive and significant direct effect of the work motivation on the employees? work effectiveness as shown by the value of ? YX2 = beta = 0.342 with the probability (sig) = 0.003; (3) there is a positive and significant direct effect of the cooperation ability on the employees? work effectiveness as pointed out by the value of ? YX3 = beta = 0.240 with the probability (sig) = 0.046; (4) there is a positive and significant indirect effect of the work division on the employees? work effectiveness through the cooperation ability as suggested by the value of ? X3X1 . ? YX3 = (0.308) . (0.240) = 0. 074; and (5) there is a positive and significant indirect effect of the work motivation on the employees? work effectiveness through the cooperation ability as specified by the value of ? Juli 2014.                Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility) dalam permberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dan bina lingkungan Mall Solo Paragon, Kendala implementasiTanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang berlaku di lingkungan Mall Solo Paragon, Solusi perusahaan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat yang berada di lingkungan Mall Solo Paragon.                Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan September sampai dengan November 2013. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan, dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data diperoleh malalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi metode, triangulasi sumber, triangulasi peneliti, tiangulasi teori. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif  yang memperhatikan tiga komponen yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.                Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini dari beberapa keterangan yang telah diperoleh dapat ditarik kesimpulan  sebagai berikut:Implementasi Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang dilaksanakan di Mall Solo Paragon.Persepsi program CSR.Pelaku bisnis dituntut untuk memikul tanggung jawab secara lebih luas kepada masyarakat, sampai pada pengindahan dan pengedepanan beragam nilai sosial kemasyarakatan yang mengitari (human values). Perusahaan dituntut untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap kenaikan kehidupan masyarakat, yang bukan hanya sekedar memproduksi dan memasok barang dan jasa bagi masyarakat.Penanggung jawab CSR yang dilakukanCSR sudah disiapkan oleh pihak Mall Solo Paragon. Mereka memiliki bagian-bagian yang bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan CSR yang dinamakan Publik Relationship (PR).Kegiatan CSRPemberian beasiswa pada salah satu anak kurang mampu yang berprestasi, pemberian kambing kepada masyarakat, serta pemberian sembako pada saat hari besar keagamaan, pemberian bantuan terhadap Posyandu sekitar paragon, sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan donor darah, membuat event dengan tema Hari anti NARKOBA. Pemberian penghargaan kepada para kader-kader wanita yang dirasa pantas dan patut dijadikan panutan, penggalana dana di mall dengan bekerjasama dengan pihak rumah sakit Moewardi dan yayasan kanker, pemberian bantuan langsung, berupa sejumlah uang kepada anak yatim.Sumber DanaSumber dana pelaksanaan CSR selama ini ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh perusahaan.Dampak CSRDampak positif CSR yaitu meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat sekitar, membuka lapangan kerja baru menambah kualitas kinerja staff Mall Solo Paragon. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya ialah timbul penyakit pernafasan, kemacetan, dan jalan rusak. Kendala implementasi Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility) di lingkungan Mall Solo Paragon dilihat dari:Saat pembangunan, timbul masalah-masalah yang terkadang kurang disadari oleh pihak perusahaan, sedangkan setelah pembangunan tidak ditemukan kendala yang berarti. Solusi yang diberikan perusahaan kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Mall Solo ParagonKebijakan, merupakan arah dasar yang diambil pimpinan dan menjadi warna orientasi satu program. Kebijakan akan menentukan dalam merumuskan strategi pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial dan sekaligus sebagai guidance aktivitas yang akan dimunculkan. Pemilihan solusi berupa melakukan musyawarah merupakan salah satu bentuk kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam menjalankan aktivitas tanggung jawab sosial yang didudukkan sebagai upaya untuk memperoleh lincence to operate perusahaan dari masyarakat. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pihak Mall Solo Paragon sudah melaksanakan dengan baik dan telah memiliki cara tersendiri dalam hal pelaksanaan CSR. Dalam implementasi CSR ini Public Relations (PR) mempunyai peran penting, baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Dalam konteks pembentukan citra perusahaan, di semua bidang pembahasan sejak fact finding, planning, communicating, hingga evaluation.   Kata Kunci: Mall Solo Paragon, Tanggung Jawab Sosial, CSR.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate: 1) the students? interest in learning stenography in class, 2) the students? score in Stenography education and training; and 3) the effectiveness of the application of the Instructional System Design ADDIE  model to improve the learning result in Stenography education and training of the students in Grade XI AP of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar.This research used the classroom action research method with two cycles, and each cycle consisted of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation and interpretation, and analysis and reflection. The objects of the research were the students in Grade XI AP 2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar as many as 39 students. The data of the research were gathered through in-depth interview, observation, documentation, and test.The results of the research are as follows: 1) the students? interest in Stenography education and training with interested criteria is as much as 17.95%, and the students? interest in Stenography education and training with very much interested criteria is 82.05%; 2) there is an improvement in the students? learning result in the Stenography education and training through the use of the Instructional System Design ADDIE model. 3) The application of the Instructional System Design ADDIE model is effective of improving the students? learning result. The improvement takes place for the teacher has done several efforts as follows: (1) the teacher has managed the class well; (2) the teacher can analyze the difficulties encountered by the students earlier and is able to deal with them; (3) the teacher has made new innovations in delivering the learning materials of Stenography through the application of the Instructional System Design ADDIE model with individual approach method; and (4) the teacher has done evaluation on the learning process, and has executed improvement for the following learning.Keywords: Instructional system design ADDIE model, learning result, and Stenography.

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) whether or not of the motivation on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013; (2) whether or not of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013; and (3) whether or not the simultaneusly effect of the effect motivaton and the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013. This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research was all of the teacher SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013 as many as 58 teachers. The sample of the research consisted of 35 teachers or 60% out of the total number of population, and they were taken by using random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered by using questionnaire and documentation. They were then analyzed by using the multipel linear regression technique of analysis.The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant of the motivation on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013; (2) there is a significant of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013; and (3) there is a simutaneusly significant of the motivation and that of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013.The linear regression line equation is ?= -10,014 + 0,546X1 + 0,413X2. The relative contribution of the motivation on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2012/2013 is 58.33%, and that of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo  year 2012/2013 is 41.67%. The effective contribution of the motivation on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo  year 2012/2013  is 23.26%, and that of the work environment on the teacher job satisfaction in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo year 2021/2013 is 16.62%.Suggestion to head master that more attention teacher prosperious, suggestion to teacher that take care work environment office or class, for school comite that to gain up work environment. Keywords: motivation, work environment, job satisfaction of teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know whether the application of cooperative learning jigsaw type in applying office administration at work place lesson could improve the student active involvement of class XII C office administration skill program of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar In The Academic Year 2011/2012. The type of the research done by the researcher was clasroom action research which was carried out in two cycles where each cycle was carried out in four steps, theywere: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The subject of this research was 36 students of class XII C Office Administration Skill Program of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar in academic year 2011/2012. The technique of collecting data was done through the following activities they are: (a) observation, (b) interview, (c) test, and (d) documentation. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning jigsaw type in applying office administration at work place lesson can improve the student active involvement class XII C office administration skill program of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar in the academic year 2011/2012. That was reflected in the following indicators: (1) the improvement of the student active involvement by 19,45% (from 80,55% at cycle I became 100% at cycle II), (2) the improvement of the student active involvement in asking question by 16,67% (from 66,66% at cycle I became 83,33% at cycle II), (3) the improvement of the student active involvement in discussion by 16,66% (from 72,22% at cycle I became 88,88% at cycle II), (4) the improvement of the learning result achievement by 13,89% (from 86,11% at cycle I became 100% at cycle II).Key words: Cooperative Learning Jigsaw Type, Student Active.

Abstract

The result of research showed that: (1) the logistic management proceeded well without very disrupting problem/constraints. The implementation of logistic management from planning to the set logistic control, either discipline in administration or order in performing it, thereby minimizing the fault and gap in company, (2) the constraints encountered in the implementation of logistic management in Mart KPRI TEGAP SMSE of Ponjong Gunungkidul Yogyakarta included: (a) delayed merchandise delivery; (b) Less Developing Administrative Computer Technology, (c) less planned Warehouse building and layout, (d) simple transportation vehicle. (3) The solution to deal with the constraints in the implementation of logistic management in Mart KPRI TEGAP SMSE of Ponjong Gunungkidul Yogyakarta included: (a) to increase the number of merchandise supplier, (b) to improve the administrative computer technology, and (c) to renovate the warehouse building and to revise the warehouse layout, and (d) to provide Hand Palet.

Abstract

The objectives of research are: (1) to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of physical work environment on the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012, (2) to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of organizational culture on the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012, and (3) to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of physical work environtment and organizational culture n the morale of KJKS kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012.This research employed a quantitative research approach with a descriptive method. The population of research was the employees of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar in 2012. The sampling technique used was  saturated sampling technique, the one with all members of population used s the sample so that the number of samples was 42. The technique of collecting data used was questionnaire supported by documentation method. The data analysis use in this research was a multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the result of research, it could be concluded that: (1) there was a significant relationship of physical of work environment to the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012. It could be seen from the values of rstatistic > rtable­ or 0.450 > 0.304 at significance level of 5%. (2) There was a significant relationship of organizational culture tio the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012. It could be seen from the values of rstatistic > rtable­ or 0.458 > 0.304 at significance level of 5%. (3) There is a significant relationship of physical work environment and organizational culture to the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012 . It could be seen from the values of Fstatistic > Ftable­ or 11.165 > 3.238 at significance level of 5%. With the result of multiple linear equation of ? = 7.779 + 0.526X1 + 0.315X2. The physical work environment variable give relative contribution of 48.93% and effective contribution of 17.82%.Organizational culture variable give relative contribution of 51.07 and effective contribution of 18.59%. Keywords: physical work environment, organizational culture, and morale.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research objectives are: (1) to investigate any factors influencing individual difference in the stenography learning process; (2) to investigate any methods used by teachers in handling individual difference; (3) to investigate any hindrances faced by teachers in  the individual difference handling, (4) to investigate teachers? efforts to cope with any hindrances in handling individual difference. This research is conducted in a qualitative approach.  The sources of data comprise informants, research site, as well as documents and archieves. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) the factors influencing individual difference are: differences in family background, cognitive or intelligence, learning readiness, students? perception and interest in stenography as a subject; (2) teachers? methods to in handling are giving counselling to students, modifying various teaching methods, establishing amall peer groups in the classroom, being aware of students? competence difference, implementing modul learning system, givin aperception before starting stenography learning, giving home assignments for students to be well-prepared of the materials; (3) the hindrances in handling are the learning process is conducted classically so that proper guidance can not be done maximally, it is difficult to determine the most appropriate teaching method, it ias also difficult to pay a close attention to students? competence difference because o their large number in a class, not every students can understand modul system learning, students barely listen thoroughly to teachers? aperception, and they sometimes do not accomplish stenography tasks geven to them; (4) Teachers? efforts to cope with the hindrances in handling individual difference in the stenography learning processare giving conselling to them during school hour break, asking for students? feedback, establishing peer groups based on students? learning interest, doing some approach and communication to students in the classroom, giving personal guidance, underpinning students in the aperception process, and monitoring students? learning activities. Keywords: individual difference, teachers? handling, Stenography subject matter.

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the effect of the motivation to achive on the learning achievement; (2) the effect of the learning facilities on the learning achievement; and (3) the simultaneus effect of the motivation to achive and the learning facilities on the learning achievement. This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research was all of the XI class students of the office administration skill program of the state vocational high school 1 of Surakarta in the education and training year 2011/2012 as many as 75 students. The sample of the research consisted of 45 students or 60% out of the total number of population, and they were taken by using proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered by using questionnaire and documentation. They were then analyzed by using the multipel linear regression technique of analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant and positive effect of the variable of the motivation to achive (X1) on the learning achievement; (2) there is a significant and positive effect of the variable of the learning facilities (X2) on the learning achievement; and (3) there is a simutaneusly significant and positive effect of the variable of the motivation to achive (X1) and that of the learning facilities (X2) on the learning (Y). The relative contribution of the motivation to achive (X1) on the learning achievement (Y) is 66.65%, and that of the learning facilities (X2) on the learning achievement (Y) is 33.34%. The effective contribution of the motivation to achive (X1) on the learning achievement (Y) is 48.05%, and that of the learning facilities (X2) on the learning achievement (Y) is 24.03%.

Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru pamong Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Bidang Bisnis dan Manajemen se-Kota Surakarta.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa:(1)Persepsi guru pamong terhadap kompetensi mengajar mahasiswa PPL PAP FKIP UNS di SMK Bidang Bisnis dan Manajemen se-Kota Surakarta tahun 2013/2014 meliputi:a)Kompetensi Pedagogik sudah baik.b)Kompetensi Profesional sudah baik.c)Kompetensi Kepribadian sudah baik.d)Kompetensi Sosial sudah baik.(2)Kendala-kendala guru pamong dalam menghadapi mahasiswa PPL PAP FKIP UNS di SMK Bidang Bisnis dan Manajemen se-Kota Surakarta tahun 2013/2014 antara lain:a)Mahasiswa PPL jam terbangnya kurang tinggi.b)Mahasiswa PPL kurang dapat mengelola kelas.c)Sikap Keguruan masih kurang.d)Mahasiswa PPL kurang terbiasa dengan materi ajar.e)Jadwal mengajar terbentur dengan jadwal kuliah.(3)Solusi untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala guru pamong dalam menghadapi mahasiswa PPL PAP FKIP UNS di SMK Bidang Bisnis dan Manajemen se-Kota Surakarta tahun 2013/2014 antara lain:a)Memberikan motivasi kepada mahasiswa.b)Memberikan arahan kepada mahasiswa.c)Memberikan bimbingan kepada mahasiswa.d)Guru pamong perlu mengulang materi kembali kepada peserta didiknya.e)Membagi jadwal mengajar antara mahasiswa PPL dengan pamong. Kata Kunci : Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan, PPL, Kompetensi Mengajar, Guru, Mahasiswa
