PADURAKSA: Jurnal Teknik Sipil Universitas Warmadewa (P-ISSN: 2303-2693)is civil engineering journal of engineering faculty, Warmadewa University which is published twice a year in June and December. The purpose of this journal is as sharing center of research, scientific communication and information that related to civil engineering. PADURAKSA is a structure column that has head, body and foot section which is exist in the corner of traditional house wall (penyengker), each penyengker in the house yard consist of 4 paduraksa. Based on philosophies, paduraksa has each name in each corner of the location such as sari raksa (located in northeast), aji raksa (located in southeast), rudra raksa (located in southwest), and kala raksa (located in southwest).

Abstract

An increase in population can lead to an increase in the number of space requirements while an increase in the number of space requirements can trigger the growth and development of an area. The growth is also experienced by Dalung Village with the potential that characterizes the embryo of an urban area, one of which has very high accessibility. Thus, future developments in Dalung Village will experience settlement compaction which will trigger the growth of slum areas and traffic congestion in the future. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the growth pattern of residential areas in Dulung Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to describe the spatial pattern of the growth of residential areas in Dulung Village. The analysis used is morphological analysis, which is used to identify the physical space in Dalung Village. The types of data that will be used in this study are the types of primary data and secondary data. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the growth pattern of residential areas in Dalung Village is seen from the spatial shape of the city's morphology which tends to be in the form of an octopus because it is influenced by the development of existing transportation routes, while the development of the morphology of the settlement area in Dalung Village tends to be more elongated / ribbon because the development of settlements in Dalung Village occurs because of the transportation route.

Abstract

Corridor P.B Sudirman in Denpasar City has not been fully good in terms of facilities and infrastructure such as the arrangement of street furniture which is one of the supporting elements of public space that reinforces the character and image of city street corridors. Street furniture must be integrated and harmonious with other urban design elements to give a neat and orderly impression on the street corridors. The research method used in this research is qualitative - a case study by presenting primary data and where later the data to be used is obtained from surveys, observations in the field and will be compared with existing theories. There are approximately 6 out of 10 types of street furniture or street furniture analyzed, whereof all these types there are several street furniture that still needs to be fixed and corrected as well as its existence because the existence of street furniture in a road corridor area can later lead to the face or image of the corridor The city, especially in this discussion, is the image of Denpasar City on the PB Sudirman corridor thus creating the image of Denpasar City which is cultured and humane.

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan komplek gedung SMKN Kehutanan pekanbaru, direncanakan dengan 330 hari kalender dalam setiap pekerjaan perlu dilakukan analisis produktivitas agar mengetahui tingkat produktivas sehingga pekerjaan dapat berjalan dengan waktu yang telah di rencanakan langkah awal sebuah bangunan adalah pekerjaan pondasi, kendala cuaca, mesin pancang, serta akses lokasi yang rusak, penggunaan metode time study atau mengetahui waktu dipilih menganalisis produktivitas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data berdasarkan observasi dilapangan untuk mendapatkan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk menganalisis produktivitas pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang serta perbandingan dengan nilai indeks analisa harga satuan pekerjaan pada Standar Nasional Indonesia tahun 2016 yang mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat nomor 28/PRT/M/2016 (Indeks Nasional) tentang koefisien pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang. Pengamatan dilakukan selama waktu durasi pekerjaan pondasi pemancangan tiang pancang yaitu 5 hari kerja mulai tanggal 8, 9, 10, 12, dan 15 Maret 2021. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa nilai indeks lapangan terendah didaperoleh pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemancangan tanggal 15 Maret 2021 yaitu sebesar 0.010 untuk produktivitas tertinggi diperoleh pada tanggal 9 Maret 2021 dengan nilai produktivitas 0.056. Sehingga diperoleh total nilai indeks lapangan sebesar 0.1221 yang mempunyai selisih 0.0021 dari nilai indeks pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang yang telah di tetapkan dalam indeks nasional yaitu sebesar 0.1200.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Sports Committee Building or the abbreviation KONI Tapin Regency has been established since 2012 and has been operating for almost 10 years. So that the function of the building does not decrease during the design life, routine maintenance is needed. However, the maintenance carried out on the building so far has only been carried out if there is damage or as needed. Therefore, it is necessary to study life cycle costs at KONI Tapin Regency to analyze operating costs throughout the life of the plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the life cycle costs of the Tapin Regency Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Building for 2021-2035 and to determine the largest maintenance costs during the life cycle of the Tapin Regency Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Building for 2021-2035. The research method used is the life cycle cost analysis method which is equipped with interviews with building managers and field identification. The research results obtained are, the total maintenance costs for the years 2021 to 2035 with an inflation rate of 4.50% is IDR. 1,939,225,599. For maintenance costs per year of IDR. 129,281,707 for 15 years. The biggest maintenance cost during the life cycle of the Tapin Regency Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Building for 2021-2035 is the electrical component of IDR. 51,329,237 per year or 39.703%. While the smallest maintenance costs are mechanical components of IDR. 3,257,850 per year or 2.520% of the total maintenance cost.

Abstract

The need for wood is increasing, it will be large-scale exploitation that destroys forest ecosystems. The use of wood materials must be reduced by replacing them with other materials so that the forest ecosystem is maintained. A suitable material to replace wood as a construction material is bamboo. Laminated bamboo is structural engineering to improve the mechanical properties of bamboo. The manufacture of laminated bamboo by gluing bamboo slats using a felt system to become blocks. In this study, using original bamboo with PVAC (Polyvinyl Acetate) adhesive. This study aims to determine the characteristics of laminated straight bamboo based on compressive strength, bending, and tensile strength. The manufacture and testing of laminated bamboo refer to SNI-03-3958-1995, SNI-03-3399-1994, SNI 03-3959-1995 and ISO 22157; 2019. The results showed that the characteristics of laminated bamboo without preservation and preservation with dimensions of 50 mm × 50 mm × 200 mm had an average compressive strength of 44.86 MPa and 40.96 MPa. While the bending value of laminated bamboo without preservation and preservation of dimensions 50 mm × 50 mm × 760 mm has an average value of bending of 85.45 MPa and 80.41 MPa. The tensile strength value of laminated bamboo without curing and preserving dimensions of 25 mm × 25 mm × 460 mm has an average of 519.95 MPa and 457.02 MPa. Based on the wood grade approach, laminated bamboo belongs to class II and belongs to the E25 quality code.

Abstract

Material engineering innovations are carried out to overcome problems. One of the problems is the use of wood material which in the harvest process takes a long time. Bamboo has a faster harvest time than wood with a harvest age of 3-5 years. However, bamboo is rarely used as a building material rather than wood because it has a hollow cylindrical dimension. Laminate Bamboo Technology makes bamboo dimensions like wood. Laminated bamboo is arranged into bricks using polyvinyl acetate (PVAC) adhesive with a blade thickness of seven mm. The bamboo lamination testing method refers to SNI-03-3958-1995, SNI-03-3399-1994, SNI 03-3959-1995, and SNI 03-3960-1995. Testing using Universal Testing Machine (UTM). The characteristics of the laminated Banyuwangi Ori bamboo with the brick arrangement in the wood classification include strong class II and quality code E25. The characteristics of Laminated Ori Bamboo are influenced by the character of the bamboo and the character of the glue.

Abstract

Peningkatan aktifitas dan fasilitas pendidikan dalam suatu universitas membuat Kampus merupakan salah satu area potensial yang menyebabkan terjadinya bangkitan perjalanan, salah satunya yang terjadi pada Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. Permasalahan yang terjadi akibat adanya bangkitan perjalanan diantaranya adalah kurang memadasinya fasilitas parkir di Kampus Undiknas seringkali terjadi pada jam-jam puncak. Hal ini terjadi karena belum adanya pembatasan area yang jelas sehingga pemilik kendaraan bebas memarkirkan kendaraaanya. Selain itu belum adanya regulasi yang tegas dalam yang mengatur penataan parkir di Lingkungan Undiknas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji karakteristik parkir serta mengetahui kebutuhan ruang parkir di Kampus Undiknas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan metode survei kordon, Metode dapat menginformasikan mengenai dimensi lahan parkir yang tersedia pada lokasi studi serta jumlah kendaraan yang masuk dan keluar pada periode waktu survei. Hasil analisis karakteristik parkir, indeks parkir pada kendaraan roda 2 adalah sebesar 3.56, sedangkan indeks parkir kendaraan roda 4 sebesar 6.82. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa ruang parkir sudah melebihi kapasitas daya tampungnya. Saat ini untuk jenis kendaraan roda 2, Undiknas masih memiliki kekurangan sekitar 56.73% dan 97.83% untuk kendaraan roda 4. Pada tahun rencana 2030, kebutuhan ruang parkir untuk kendaraan roda 2 adalah sebanyak 3030 SRP dengan rencana petak standar yaitu 0.75 x 2 m. Sedangkan bagi kendaraan roda 4 sebanyak 3463 satuan ruang parkir dengan rencana petak standar adalah 3 x 5 m.

Abstract

Southeast Minahasa Regency experiences an increase in population every year. This increase resulted in an increase in the volume and type of waste. The Final Processing Site (FPS) is the final stage of waste processing. Waste from collection or transportation and the rest of the results from recycling processing in an area or city is accommodated for management. For this reason, FPS must be prepared correctly and follow applicable standards so as not to pollute the surrounding environment and harm the community. The purposes of this study are 1) to determine the stages of selecting a landfill site according to applicable standards using a Geographic Information System (GIS); 2) to find out where the alternative location for the final waste processing site (FPS) is in Kab. Southeast Minahasa. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of the research, the stages of choosing the FPS location based on SNI 03-3241-1994 and the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia Number 03/PRT/M/2013 there are three stages, namely the Regional Stage, the Provisioning Stage, and the Determination Stage. The three stages were analyzed using GIS with Buffering and Overlay methods with a Binary quantitative approach. The location that became an alternative to FPS with the highest score of 311 was in Pusomaen District. The location is quite far from the existing FPS location; hence the selected FPS alternative can be input for the government for spatial planning in the Southeast Minahasa Regency area.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the open frame structure (OF) with the centric perforated infill wall frame structure (IF) with reinforcement around the opening. Validation of the model on the results of laboratory tests was carried out. Next, a simple frame model is made to make an equation for the width of the diagonal strat. Single-stage IF is also made with an aperture ratio of 10% to 60% at 10% intervals and diagonal strat angles of 33°, 39°, 45°, 51°. The infill wall is made by modeling the diagonal strat and shell elements. After obtaining the strat width formula, it continues with applying the formula in modeling a three-story frame structure with varying diagonal strat angles. The results obtained are IF modeling with shell and strat diagonal elements that can follow the results of laboratory tests. From the analysis of the width of the diagonal strat, the formula Wco = (d/4tanØ)·Cc, where d is the length of the diagonal; Cc is the coefficient of stiffness of the wall (Cc = 1.2022r2-2.0953r + 1.045); r is the opening wall ratio; Ø is a diagonal angle. The application of the strat width formula shows the behavior of the strat model coincides with the shell element model. The strength of the structure increases 57%-86% after the addition of walls. The difference in drift ratio shows that the diagonal strat angle is inversely proportional to the strength of the structure that occurs.

Abstract

Activity support is a function and support activity that can strengthen public spaces in a city. The road corridor as a public open space is a place to accommodate these activities and functions. The phenomenon that occurs in the Jalan Gajah Mada-Amlapura corridor is that public activities at night are quiet and limited. This condition shows that the city design elements have not yet functioned optimally, one of which is activity support which should be able to strengthen public spaces in the form of roads. As a result, the city seems to have lost its character and identity, so efforts and strategies are needed to restore it. The importance of fostering public activity at night has economic benefits for society and the government in addition to social and cultural benefits. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors causing the current limited activity support and its effect on public space activities at night in the corridor of Jalan Gajah Mada Amlapura. The hope is to support the formation of a more vibrant and dynamic city character. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and study of related documents. Primary data was obtained through field observations, secondary data was obtained from articles and journals and literature books. Data analysis is carried out by organizing, selecting and describing data, synthesizing, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, the data is presented in the form of tables, pictures and narrative descriptions. The results of the study show that the causes of the limited activity support are the shape and location of the area, area characteristics, parking elements, diversity of activities, and the presence of pedestrian areas. This condition affects the lack of public activity in the corridor of Jalan Gajah Mada Amlapura so that it has not been able to support the formation of the character of the city.
