Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Implementation Jeneponto District Regulation No. 8 of 2006, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation Jeneponto District Regulation No. 8 of 2006. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection procedures used were interviews and documentation. While data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the Regional Regulation Kabupatenn Jeneponto No. 8 of 2006 does not operate effectively, this is caused because there are many alcoholic drinks that circulate in the community who can be in stores - stores and houses as well as a lack of public awareness of the existence of these regulations. The supporting factors of Implementation Jeneponto District Regulation No. 8 of 2006 are: (1) Participation of community and religious leaders, (2) cooperation among government officials. While the factors that inhibit the implementation of Jeneponto District Regulation No. 8 of 2006 include: (1) the awareness factor, (2) socialization factors, (3) factors sanctions (4) that habit, (5) follow-up of violations of Bylaw No. 8 in 2006 is still in the stage of non yuspisial namely the lack of investigations and inquiries at the police forces of the civil service

Abstract

This study aims to determine the fulfillment of the implementation of the right to get a decent meal for inmates in prisons Class I Makassar, obstacles faced in the implementation of the correctional institution fulfilling the right to get a decent meal for inmates at the Correctional Institution Class I Makassar. To achieve these objectives, the technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained from the research that was processed using descriptive and qualitative analysis to determine compliance with the implementation of the right to adequate food in prisonsJurnal Supremasi ISSN 1412-517X95Class I Makassar. The results showed that: 1. Implementation of the fulfillment of the right to adequate food for prisoners in institutions pemasyaraktan class 1 Makassar has not been feasible. Prisoners often complain the food they consume less palatable to various reasons including less attention to food hygiene, flavors that are less and less balanced nutritional meal. Later in the implementation process of the fulfillment of the right to get a decent meal for inmates there are some things that are not in accordance with the procedures of the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. M.HH-01.PK.07.02 Year 2009 on Guidelines for the Implementation of Food for People in Prison Correctional Patronage and the State Prison (Rutan). So that the implementation of the fulfillment of the right to get a decent meal for inmates under Act No. 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections has not done well. 2. Constraints faced by not performing well fulfillment of the right to get a decent meal for inmates Penitentiary Class 1 Makassar such a low budget so the impact on infrastructure facilities and inadequate infrastructure. Unavailability cook expert in Penitentiary and nutritionists to assess directly the served meals nutritious or not, so the impact on the poor quality of food and nutrition unbalanced diet. Then the capacity of prisons is not balanced by the number of prisoners is increasing (over capacity), which resulted in the implementation of the fulfillment of the right to get a decent meal is not maximized.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To determine the legal awareness of traffic-route public transportation drivers in Makassar E code and 2) To determine the policing effort of the Republic Indinesia- Polwiltabes Makassar in raising legal awareness of traffic-route public transportation drivers in Makassar E code. To achieve these objectives, the researchers used a technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data have been obtained from the results of the study were processed using descriptive qualitative analysis to determine the legal awareness of traffic-route public transportation drivers in Makassar E code. The results showed that: 1) Awareness of the law-traffic public transportation drivers-stretch code E in Makassar still low measured based on legal knowledge, understanding of the law, the attitude of law and legal behavior that they did not know and did not understand the Act No. 22 of 2009 about traffic and road transport but they tend to know and understand the signs of traffic, but less appreciated and less obey the regulation, because it considers the breach as a habit, therefore it can be seen that the lack of legal awareness tends for violations so most The dominant influence of traffic law awareness of city transport drivers E in Makassar route code that behavior. 2) efforts to police the Republic Indinesia-Polwiltabes Makassar in raising awareness of traffic laws transport drivers in the city of Makassar, namely: a. preventive measures that, in order to tackle violations of traffic in the city of Makassar party Satlantas Polrestabes Makassar prevention efforts by conducting patrol-routine patrol / oprasi routine, held a raid of a motor vehicle and implement programs for improving knowledge of traffic in the form of activities: police friend to children , socialization cross-university / go to campus police, road safety, traffic safety campaign, the formation of traffic-related organizations as well as the automotive, KTL (Region traffic Code), driving schools, and others. And b.Upaya Tilang repressive ie, if follow-heavy offense, causing an accident, it can also be given sanctions in the form of imprisonment in accordance with Law No. 22 of 2009 on traffic and road transport.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2008 on the Village Fund Allocation In District Libureng Bone regency. (2) Barriers in Implementing Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2008 on the Village Fund Allocation In District Libureng Bone regency. To achieve these objectives, the researchers used a technique of collecting data through interviews and documentation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Sources of data used consist of primary data and secondary data. Data have been obtained from the results of the study were processed using qualitative analysis to determine Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2008 on the Village Fund Allocation In District Libureng Bone regency, and Barriers in the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2008 on the Village Fund Allocation In District Libureng Bone District , The results showed that: (1) Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2008 concerning Village Allocation Fund (ADD) in District Libureng Bone regency runs quite Good. It can be seen from the planning stage in the form of personnel administration has to be consulted in planning ADD, and do manufacture RPJMDes, as well as the manufacture RKPDes As local regulation of ADD can be a direction to the Executive Team Village in running ADD both in terms of allocation of funds and purpose of use fund. (2) Some of the obstacles encountered in the implementation ADD ie reporting of accountability and weather conditions in the village as the rainy season may hamper the implementation of the development undertaken. Every problem that they get in the process of implementation of ADD in his village can selesaikannya with their guidance and consultation with pihal-parties, such as team Pembina Pembina district and sub-district level teams.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The contribution of school discipline and academic achievement Civics students at SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng Gowa, (2) constraints faced by the school in enforcing the regulations, (3) Efforts carried out by the school in enforcing the school rules in SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng Gowa. This research is quantitative descriptive with population of all students in grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng, totaling 150 students that do penerikan sample using purposive sampling techniques, and take parallel each class so that the total sample of 30 students and 2 teachers as informants the research consisted of teachers and teacher BK Civics. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, analysis of the data used is the product moment correlation test. From the analysis of hypothesis testing through correlation formula of Pearson Product Moment that no contribution the school rules on learning achievement Civics students at SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng Gowa, it is shown on the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.998 were consulted premises value at significance level α = 5% with the provision that if the calculated value> value table at significance level α = 5%, then the hypothesis is accepted, whereas if the calculated value <value table at significance level α = 5%, then the hypothesis is rejected. The results of the calculation table at significance level α = 5% yield calculated value = 0.998, while the value table for the calculated value = 0.361> table value then the hypothesis is accepted. This means that any contribution school discipline and academic achievement Civics students at SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng, while the constraints faced by the school in the enforcement of the order include: (1) cooperation between BK teachers with subject teachers and homeroom is not maximized, (2) the parents have not been too concerned about his son. In addition, as for the efforts taken by the school in the enforcement of the order include: (1) provide guidance, (2) establish cooperation with parents, (3) the provision of exemplary examples.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The fulfillment of basic rights to education for Persons with Disabilities in Makassar based on Local Regulation Makassar City No. 6 of 2013, (2) Obstacles encountered in obtaining the basic right of education of persons with disabilities in the city of Makassar, (3 ) the right solution to overcome the obstacles encountered in obtaining the basic right of education of persons with disabilities in the city of Makassar. This research is a study that used a qualitative descriptive approach, which is where the primary data source being informers are students with disabilities the high school level, students with disabilities S1, officials of Education Department of Makassar, members of Parliament of Makassar, the Management Organization disabilities, Pembina NGOs and Parents persons with disabilities. The data collection procedures used were interviews and documentation. While the analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) Makassar City Government has sought the fulfillment of the basic right to education for persons with disabilities in the city of Makassar. it is evidenced with the local regulations require every institution in which education in the city of Makassar to provide opportunities for persons with disabilities to education. The effect of the presence of these regulations is at the moment with disabilities have been able to attend school at any educational institutions both at school SLB, Regular schools and universities. (2) they encountered several obstacles that obtained with disabilities in getting the right to education that is still no educational establishments are not willing to accept persons with disabilities to attend regular schools, educational facilities are not accessible for persons with disabilities and there are educators at regular schools who do not understand in dealing with students with disabilities. (3) to overcome these obstacles, the government should socialize more about the policies that guarantee basic rights of education of persons with disabilities in educational institutions that are still not willing to accept students with disabilities. In addition, the government should identify the persons with disabilities who attend regular school, then allocate the budget for the procurement of infrastructure and training of educators in dealing with students with disabilities in regular schools and universities.

Abstract

This research method including qualitative descriptive study. The aim is (1) To determine the program in the district of Makassar not rantasa Tamalate. (2) To determine the program implementation makassar not rantasa in Kecematan Tamalate. (3 To find out what the problem is society Kecematan Tamalate in maximizing program Makassarta Not Rantasa. This research is descriptive and qualitative sample of 30 RT (informer) drawn by purposive sampling, that the sampling is done intentionally by certain criteria. The data collection dilakukuan with depth interview, observation and documentation. the results showed that, (1) Program makassar not rantasa (MTR) launched by the Mayor of Makassar has been implemented but not maximum, especially in villages mannuruki. Program MTR covers, See Garbage Grab ( LISA), Lorong Gardeng (LOOSE), community service bulk, garbage exchange rice, I and my school does not rantasa. (2) the program implementation makassar ta not rantasa in villages mannuruki namely: work devotion bulk, garbage exchange rice, I and my school not rantasa. (3) Constraints in the implementation of the program makassar not rantasa in villages mannuruki can be seen in terms of factors of public awareness is still lacking, a lack of facilities of garbage (garbage carts), the narrowness of the yard or vacant land, the lack of trash while, and drainage.
