Abstract

Keragaan analysis of economics structure to industry smoke in Indonesia indicate that this industry have given constribute which good signifikan as spillway peacemaker of absorbtion of labour and also as one of the source of acceptance of state from within country. But that way affect cigarette to environment and health require to get serious attention. Cigarette industry have request price elasticity which is in elastic, market structure which is oligopoly, good pursuant to consentration ratio and also of Herfindahl Index. Characteristic product at industry smoke is heterogeneous, and also the existence of industrial kluster in unlucky and holy enable the existence of production efficiency. New entry barrier represent one of the characteristic found on industry smoke in Indonesia.

Abstract

Infrastructure, and other social issues may potentially reduced the image of Griya Mutiara Bekasi. Many concepts have been tried to solve the problems declining image of Griya Mutiara Bekasi. One of the concept that can be applied on Griya Mutiara Bekasi is service quality, a concept introduced by Zeithami, Berry and Parasuraman, and also Lovelock and Fitzsimmons. This paper proposes a quality service’s approach to solve the problem of Griya Mutiara Bekasi by exploring the perception of Griya Mutiara Bekasi’s consumen based on two criterias: performance and importance.

Abstract

This study was aimed to describe (1) how the House Shelter Managers of SEKAR do the communication and interaction process with the street children before coaching; (2) What kind of the roles of the House Shelter Managers of SEKAR in coaching the street children; (3) How the House Shelter Managers of SEKAR do the communication and interaction processin building familiarity with the street children assisted by themData collection techniquesused were(1) in-depth interview to the managers of the shelter SEKAR and street children, (2) as well as library research and documentation. The validity Test of the datas by either (a) went straight to the field, (b) used more than two informants to obtain precise data and notsubjective, (c) confirming the data on resources, (d) presenting the data in detail, systematically and Comprehensive, (e) discussing with colleagues. The results showed that the manager SEKAR always: (1) creating the warmth verbal communication by improving communication both to the street children themselves and the parents of these children, (2) improvingthe search through the introduction of information about the child and his approach to his parents, (3) creatingthe conducive conditions that emerge the children to reveal his true identity. Besides that, the role as brother, parents and friends raised by the managers as part of the management of symbolic communication to create a positive self-concept’s children. Then, in building interpersonal relationships with street children, there are two waysthat were: 1) expandinng the scope of activities. This is indicated in a variety of activities programmed by the manager of SEKAR. (2) deepening communication materials in a way to chat and give advice every bedtime, as well as being a friend to vent. The Conclusion of this research is that the communication management done by systematically starting from the contact, reduction of uncertainty. Additionally, the role of management is maximized to create interpersonal relationships and leads to a change in attitude and behavior of the street children normatively.

Abstract

In developed countries, the pattern of health care has shifted, not overly paternalistic as in Indonesia. They had much to apply the concept of partnership or partnership between clinicians and consumers. On the other hand, in the communication era of health consumers have a goodunderstanding and proven health patients actively participate in addressing health problems, are important factors in creating a good climate of medical services. One of conducting social marketing in changing people's behavior to address high subscriptions disease in children, is the Foundation for Concerned Parents (YOP). Some of the concepts used in this study is theconcept of marketing communications, social marketing and consumer behavior. The approach of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were used: (1) in-depth interviews (2) nonpartisipatori observation, as well as exploring relevant data through books, websites, scientific journals, research reports, documents. From the overall results of the study, the outlines are social marketing communications management efforts undertaken by managers YOP using methods of marketing communications in order to change the behavior of health consumers. It is the most frequently performed activities of word of mouth and the internet (web, mailing lists, facebook, twitter, instant messenger) in an attempt to change the behavior of the middle class addressing subscriptions disease in children in Jakarta.

Abstract

The analysis showed that organizational culture, leadership style and motivation have a positive and direct impact on employee performance. The result of determination cooficients is 0,761 or 76,1 percent. This empirical result indicated that in order to satisfy and improve the performance of staff of the Regional Government of Konawe Selatan, need to consider the factors of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation, because these factors are shown to affect the level of employee performance.

Abstract

Liberalization of trade brings with it consequences in competition and ganing market potentials. MEA or Asean Economic Community as liberalization call for preparedness of Indonesia to compete. With the population of about 250 million people the country would be tehe target market of products coming across the Asean countries and beyond. When the industry of the country is prepared in MEA market covering 617.68 million people MEA would be the blessing for Indonesia and more people in the country would gain more benefits.
