Abstract

A note on Tol Laut Jokowi is presented covering the economic potensial of the sea, maritime security history of Indoensian Maritime in brief. Overlapping of authorizations in the sea manajerial usies by the government institutions namely : Bakamla, Maritime ministry and Fisheries, Navy, and the state police should not create conflict of interest if they can be coordinated signergitically diplomatic concerns should be taken cares related to the China’s concept on South China Sea, in prospect of UNCLOS.

Abstract

Premature rupture of membranes is defined as prematurely ruptured membranes of the membranaes. This incidence of premature rupture of membranes occurs 10% in all pregnancies. Incidence of premature rupture of membranes in Tanggeung health center 33 case KPD. This studi aims to determine factores related to premature rupture of membranes in maternal mothers at Tanggeung Health Center Cianjur District year 2017 using a cases control approach. Population in this research is mother of birth, while the sample used 1 : 1 between case and control, so the number of samples of 66 maternity mothers. The data collected in this study is using secondary data from medical records Tanggeung Health Center. The results of this study were conducted with univariate and bivariate techniques by using Chi Square test. Primipara gravida research results as many 42 people (63,6%), ge is at risk <20 year ≥ 35 year as many 44 people (66,7%), anemia as many 39 people (59,1%) and not gemeli as many 63 people (95,5%) Conclusion there is a significant relationship between gravida (ρ =0,005OR 5,400), mother`s age (ρ=0,001OR 8,700), and anemia (ρ= 0,003OR 5,714). There is no significant relationship between gemeli pregnamncy (ρ=0,492) with premature rupture of membranes at Tanggeung Health Center, Cianjur district year 2017. Suggestions for officers to di high riskscreening in pregnant women at risk and anemia to prevent premature rupture of membranes with recommending a reguler ANC and administration of added blood tablets according to degree of anemia.

Abstract

The significant contribution of motivation to work performance has been unquestioned. When good performance of members of the community in an organization is achieved, the goals of a given organization can be attained with less costs. Of the three elements making up motivation, efforts are as important as needs and the organization’s objectives: efforts should be in concordance with the organization’s objectives. The paper is an attempt to make the analysis of motivation and attainment of the organizations’ objectives. Relevant theries of motivation are used and method used is qualitative research method. The analysis has confirmed the positivecorrelation between motivation and work performance, and that other factors share the influence include leadership, merit system, group work, and work atmosphere

Abstract

Improving Teacher’s Competence on Learning Process Through Class Visit Method Doing action research on supervising the guided teachers of Junior High School in Bekasi. Sixteen subject teachers become a target of the research.This research started from July until November 2016. Class visit Method did by the supervisor to find the teacher’s problem in the school target.It is done for coaching the teacher’s target intensely.At first,the researcher interviewedsome teacher’s and found that they were less active on provide the teaching learning process.They were lack of preparation such as preparing the lesson planning and still using the conventional method. The data found the active teacher on teaching learning process is 6,25 %.After coaching by the supervisor, in cycle I, the data has improved into 66,67 % and 93,75 % in cycle II.There was also improvement on preparing the lesson planning.The data found 2,13 at first.After coaching by the supervisor in cycle I , it improved into 3,34 and 3,62 in cycle II.It means that there was changing on teacher’s learning process after coaching and class visit method going held.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood, which begins at the time of sexual maturity, which is between 11 or 12 years to 20 years, namely before adulthood. Sexual behavior is all behavior driven by sexual desire starting from feeling attracted to dating behavior, dating, and intercourse. The research results of the Indonesian Ministry of Health in2016 showed that 35.9% of teenagers had friends who had premarital sex and 6.9% of respondents had premarital sex. This study aims to determine factors related to sexual behavior on adolescents in SMA YP Unila, Tanjung Karang, Bandar Lampung in 2018. This research is an observational study with cross-sectional design that uses quantitative methods. The measurement through scientific calculations is derived from 211 samples of respondentswho were asked to answer the number of questions about the survey to determine the frequency and percentage of respondents' responses. The behaviors of adolescent at SMA YP Unila High School that are categorized as bad are 131 respondents (62.1%) and those who are categorized as good are 80 respondents (37.9%). The results shows that there is a relationshipbetween behavior and factors related to sexual behavior; they are knowledge factors (p-value 0.036, OR 1.917), attitudes (p-value 0.031, OR 1.947), sources of information (p -value 0.002, OR 2,508), and association (p-value 0.006, OR 2,279). The most influential factors to sexual behavior are sources of information with OR 2.50.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the role of single parent women, especially in the Tosyma Reflection Massage in South Jakarta. Becoming a single parent, especially for a woman, has its own difficulties where she has to fulfill functions within the family, especially the economic function which is the key to strength in the family to fulfill life's needs. Single parent women will look for any job so that their daily needs are fulfilled. The results show that women who become the head of the household and the main breadwinner experience problems such as the non-fulfillment of economic needs. Reduced interaction and disruption of communication with children and psychological problems that have a negative impact on the fulfillment of family functions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy to improve employee performance through the role of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction in Human Resources Development Agency of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia.That aims will be achieved by test and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance in Human Resources Development Agency of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia. This research used cross sectional data that obtained from questionnaire distribution to respondents. Population that used in thisresearch is all employees of Human Resources Development Agency of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia that consist of 334 employees. By using Slovin formula, samples that used in this research consist of 182 respondents. Sampling method that used was simple random sampling method. This research used multiple linear regression method. Results of the research showed that organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction partially has positive and significant influence on employee performance in Human Resources Development Agency of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic ofIndonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is giving a comprehensive and critical explanation about necessary action or effort which should be carried out to overcome the Freeport’s dilemma connected with Science Philosophy, Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The data discussed in this study is a secondary data obtained mainlyfrom web sites and on line media (2005 and 2007). The result of the study showed that most of the comments by Freeport’s managements in their report didn’t support the real condition. Business Ethics Implementation, CSR and GCG at the company were basically uncertain and doubtful in supporting the sustainable development. Freeport has been a dilemma which is necessary to be handled wisely by respective stakeholders’ necessity of the company both primary and secondary. It is necessary for that reason to create ownership proportionality, to determine the rule and regulation and to conduct the law enforcement in accordance with law resemblance.
