Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the effects of Work-life balance on job satisfaction of women workers were studying, how the effects of stress work on job satisfaction women workers were studying, how the effects of role conflict on job satisfaction and how the effects of work-life balance, Job Stress, role conflict on job satisfaction women workers were studying. The samples on this research are 100 respondents. The respondents are the Women Workers were studying In Private University On West Jakarta. The methods of analyze in this research is linear regrestion. The results showed that simultaneous Work-life balance, Job Stress, and Role conflict on Job Satisfaction on Women Workers were studying In Private University on West Jakarta. Partially work-life balance, job stress, and role conflict on job satisfaction on women workers were studying In Private University on West Jakarta and variable work-life balance as a dominant variable.  Keywords: Work-life balance, Work Stress, Role Conflict and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Minat beli pada perusahaan dibidang elekronik dapat dipengaruhi oleh citra merek dan harga dimana citra merek yang baik dapat dijadikan kekuatan dalam menarik konsumen dan harga produk yang terjangkau dapat meningkatkan minat beli calon konsumen Perusahaan Samsung. Dari hasil analisis data, Terdapat pengaruh parsial antara citra merek terhadap minat beli sebesar 4,59% dan harga terhadap minat beli sebesar 62,65%. sedangkan pengaruh simultan dari citra merek dan harga terhadap minat beli dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,2%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui, menjelaskan dan menganalisis Citra Merek dan Harga terhadap Minat Beli Handphone Merek Samsung Secara Online Pada E-Commerce Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Angkatan 2017 Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Incidential Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 186 responden. Program komputer Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS versi 16.

Abstract

This research aims to detect the determining factor of capital structure in Wholesaler and Retailer subsector in Indonesia. There are 44 companies used as the research sample; they are the wholesaler and retailer companies as listed in BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange) during 2013-2017. The data analysis used logistic regression and ANOVA test. The result shows that the sales growth and profitability could be the determining factor in company capital structure. The sales growth has negative effect toward the capital structure. This implies that the higher sales growth, the lesser the debt usage. Besides, profitability has negative effect toward the capital structure. This indicates that the companies with profitability increased would reduce the debt usage as the profit would be used as funding to keep the innovation going in the company. The research result also shows that there are no differences in firm’s values between the high-debt-funding companies and the low-debt-funding companies. This supports the Modigliani-Miller theory which stated that the capital structure doesn’t affect the firm’s values.  Keywords: capital structure, sales growth, profitability

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Trust in government on Tax Avoidance. This research is based on agency theory where the Tax Institution as the agent and Taxpayer as the principal. This study uses 80 samples of non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 with a purposive sampling method. The analysis uses multiple regression to see the effect of General Trust, Ability, Benevolence and Integrity on Tax Avoidance. Empirical results show that General Trust, Ability and Benevolence have a positive effect on Tax Avoidance. On the other hand, Integrity does not have an influence because it is considered as an abstract factor for taxpayers to determine their attitude to comply with taxes or avoid taxes. The research implication for Tax Institution is the need to increase disclosure of information related to tax benefits for the public so that the Director General of Taxes can be considered as a Wealth Agent for all taxpayers. For further research, research can be developed Social Norm factors on tax avoidance because it becomes a strong impetus for individuals and companies to behave in relation to tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the application of the SCL method with the Small Group Discussion model. SCL implementation in the Advanced Financial Accounting 1 course, Accounting Theory and Financial Statement Analysis is carried out at the Mercu Buana University Accounting Program, the Accounting Theory course is carried out in the Riau University Accounting Program, GCG courses in the Jakarta State University Accounting Program, Accounting Seminar subject in the Accounting Program at Esa Unggul University Jakarta. Implementation of the SCL method by allocating time between the pre-test before the lecture takes place, providing material by the lecturer through the lecture method, providing examples of material implementation at work, student presentations and discussions and ending with a post test. Researchers also confirmed to students and lecturers regarding the implementation of SCL. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test that were processed, it was found that the SCL teaching method with SGD proved effective because the Asym.Sig (2-tailed) Pre Test and Post Test values were less than 5%, meaning that there was a difference between the learning outcomes of the PreTest and the post Test. It is concluded that there is an effect of using learning methods on the value of learning outcomes. Keywords : SCL Method, Small Group Discussion Model, Effectiveness

Abstract

IFLEX meluncurkan MVP versi pertama untuk pengguna yang merupakan Teknisi IndiHome. Namun terdapat beberapa kekurangan pada metode validasi ang dilakukan pada MVP versi pertama sehingga memerlukan alternatif metode validasi yang terukur dan perlu diterapkan sejak awal sebagai persiapan untuk bisa memvalidasi banyak jumlah pengguna di kemudian hari. Maka dari itu process mining diterapkan pada MVP versi kedua sebagai alternatif metode validasi pada proses pre-login/pre-register. Process mining dengan metode process discovery menggunakan aplikasi Celonis Snap mampu menghasilkan model proses yang sebenarnya terjadi dengan memanfaatkan data dari event log aplikasi IFLEX yang tercatat dari 13 Maret 2020 hingga 13 April 2020 pada penerapan hasil sprint 1 yang penggunanya merupakan karyawan Telkom Medan. Model proses tersebut mempermudah analisis proses pada halaman pre-login/pre-register.Terdapat 563 aktivitas dengan 43 case id pada data dari event log. Setelah disaring, didapatkan 26 case id pada proses pre-login/pre-register. Dari data tersebut didapatkan model proses dengan berbagai visualisasi. Dapat diketahui 5 aktivitas utama (Onboarding 1, Login, input email for login, input password for login dan try login), waktu rata-rata pengguna menyelesaikan proses (92 detik), tiga subproses (perkenalan aplikasi, register dan login) dan waktu dari tiap aktivitas. Temuan tersebut dijadikan dasar agar IFLEX melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk efektifitas dan efisiensi. Kata Kunci: proses, process mining, process discovery, model proses, aktivitas

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of corporate governance index, block ownership and director ownership of the company. The sample used in this study was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2018. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling to obtain 26 manufacturing companies to be examined. The dependent variable is cost of capital while the corporate governance index, block ownership and director ownership are independent variables. Sales growth, firm size, leverage, corruption index, inflation and gross domestic product as control variables. The results of this study indicate that firm size and inflation have a positive and significant influence on the cost of capital. Whereas corporate governance index, block ownership, director ownership, sales growth, leverage, corruption index and gross domestic product have no significant effect on the cost of capital. Implications for financial managers pay attention to factors that can affect the cost of capital in manufacturing companies and for investors choosing investments that can increase profits and prosperity in the future. Suggestions for further research are expected to add to the financial statement period and to add independent variables, namely earnings management and information asymmetry. In the novelty of this study, the research analysis method only until the t test (Individual) didn’t use robustness check as previous studies because this study didn’t have outlier data.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover, dan Net Profit Margin terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan Retail yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah purposive sampling. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 23 perusahaan, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 57 data laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari periode 2015-2017.  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover, dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara parsial, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan Inventory Turnover dan Net Profit Margin tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. This research was conducted to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Net Profit Margin to Profit Growth in Retail Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the observation period from 2015 until 2017.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is secondary data sourced from the annual financial report. The population of this study were 23 companies, the sample of this study was 57 financial report data consisting of the period 2015-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect to profit growth. Partially, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive and significant effect to profit growth, while Inventory Turnover and Net Profit Margin do not significantly influence to profit growth.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover, Net Profit Margin, Profit Growth

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai angkatan kerja generasi Z penting dilakukan terkait bahwa angkatan kerja ini baru memasuki dunia kerja yang tercatat telah mencapai jumlah proporsi 40% di berbagai sektor industri yang tersedia di labor market. Dengan memahami lebih awal mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, maka manajemen dapat melalukan perencanaan dan perancangan sumber daya manusia guna memastikan peningkatan kinerja. Berangkat dari perubahan dalam manajemen organisasi yang kompetitif saat ini serta sangat sedikitnya kajian empiris mengenai angkatan kerja generasi Z, objektivitas utama penelitian ini bertujuan dapat membantu para pemangku kepentingan dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif organisasinya dari aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah angkatan kerja dengan klasifikasi generasi Z (Tahun Kelahiran; 1997-2007) di Indonesia. Metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non-Probability Sampling, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 475 responden. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Modelling dengan metode Partial Least Squares. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan pembahasan, disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terbesar terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Generasi Z, Kepemimpinan dengan gaya transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Generasi Z dan selanjutnya Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi ketiga variabel eksogen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
