Abstract

Along with the increasing industrial growth and increased competitiveness among actors in it, encourage companies to formulate marketing strategies that can integrate emotional elements, logic, and general thought processes to connect the company with its customers. Integrated marketing strategy aims to build relationships in such a way that consumers respond to product offerings based on the level of emotional and rational responses as well as create customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty. As a theoretical foundation and an applied solution to the problems that exist, this research is the best way to better understand how the implementation of experiential marketing. This study is a developmental study focusing on the millennial generation of capital as the research object, structural equation modeling method used in analysis phase to describe the relationship between variables studied to produce a conclusion that experiential marketing can influence customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Indonesia. With the limitations of this research, it is explain that the results give proving scientific studies in Indonesia, especially in the field of marketing.Keywords:  experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, loyalty, the millennials

Abstract

This research uses semi-strong efficiency market hypothesis (EMH) methodology to investigate the efficiency market stock price reaction to national political events, Indonesia’s PEMILU 2019. The research is necessary for the reason that if stock price does not instantaneously and fully reflect relevant available information’s, it will be able to mislead economic decisions. The analysis uses a daily adjusted close price of Index Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) as sample to representative Bursa Efek Indoneia (BEI). The hypothesis of this research is: (I) Indonesia’s Capital Market is Efficient before and during national election period, and (2) Indonesia’s capital market efficiency is different during National Election Period. The first hypothesis is tested by using probability value which are based on randomness test (Random Walk Method) and serial correlation test. Randomness test is used because one of the characteristics of the efficient market is that prices change randomly, while the serial correlation test is interrelated with the other characteristic of the efficient capital market, that the change of security prices has no correlation to each other. The second hypothesis is tested by using Wilcoxon's signed rank test. From the statistical analysis found that first and second hypothesis is accepted. Limitation of this research parameter used only one Index with daily secondary-data get from the adjusted close price.Keywords: Efficiency, weak-form, randomness, decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai angkatan kerja generasi Z penting dilakukan terkait bahwa angkatan kerja ini baru memasuki dunia kerja yang tercatat telah mencapai jumlah proporsi 40% di berbagai sektor industri yang tersedia di labor market. Dengan memahami lebih awal mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, maka manajemen dapat melalukan perencanaan dan perancangan sumber daya manusia guna memastikan peningkatan kinerja. Berangkat dari perubahan dalam manajemen organisasi yang kompetitif saat ini serta sangat sedikitnya kajian empiris mengenai angkatan kerja generasi Z, objektivitas utama penelitian ini bertujuan dapat membantu para pemangku kepentingan dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif organisasinya dari aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah angkatan kerja dengan klasifikasi generasi Z (Tahun Kelahiran; 1997-2007) di Indonesia. Metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non-Probability Sampling, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 475 responden. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Modelling dengan metode Partial Least Squares. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan pembahasan, disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terbesar terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Generasi Z, Kepemimpinan dengan gaya transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Generasi Z dan selanjutnya Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi ketiga variabel eksogen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak menyeluruh dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja dan dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini diadakan untuk menemukan adanya pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasaan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan didalam institusi pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan riset yang terdahap survey yang diberikan kepada responden. Didalam penelitian ini digunakan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Data utama didapatkan dari metode interview dan kuesioner baik secara resmi yang bersifat administratif maupun tidak. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 320 yang di analisis dengan metode deskriptif, uji validitas dan reabilitas serta di analisis menggunakan pemodelan structural equation. Hasil penelitian pada institusi pendidikan di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana hasil yang sama baiknya juga dinyatakan saat pengaruh tersebut dipengaruhi oleh mediasi kepuasan kerja dan dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Pengaruh dengan nilai tertinggi dalam pencapaian pengningkatan kinerja karyawan adalah faktor gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini merupakan kebutuhan dalam memperkaya pengetahuan dalam bidang ilmu sumber daya manusia khususnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Institusi, KepuasanAbstractThis paper aims to analyze the overall impact of transformational leadership style directly and indirectly on employees’ job performance mediating by work satisfaction and moderating by organizational culture. Furthermore, to find the influence of transformational leadership on employees’ job performance mediating by work satisfaction and moderating by organizational culture within educational institution in Indonesia. This is a survey-based research study. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data were gathered via questionnaire formal and informal interview. Sample size is (n = 320); therefore, descriptive statistics, validity reability analysis and structural equation modelling analysis have been used. The overall results support that transformational leadership style has a significant positive impact on employees’ job performance as well as mediating by work satisfaction and moderating by culture at selected educational institution in Indonesia. Transformational leadership style is the most important factor for achieving work satisfaction goals. This study fulfils an acknowledged necessity of learning the impact of transformational leadership, work satisfaction, culture on employees’ job performance. Key words: Educational, Institution, Satisfaction,
