Abstract

UMKM play an important role in the economy of the State. In Indonesia, especially the number of UMKM business actors are among the most among other countries, especially since 2014. Currently the government is very supportive of the development of UMKM. One of the development of umkm is to improve its performance. The hope UMKM not only can succeed in Indonesia alone, but can continue to improve the performance of his company by doing export. Forms of support made by the government in increasing exports such as increased access and expansion of export markets for UMKM products. UMKM export increase continues to be increased by the government in every region, where one of its territory is Tangerang. The large and growing number of UMKM in Tangerang area has made UMKM in Tangerang continue to get a lot of government attention. This study will analyze whether the key success of exporters in tangerang region, whether exporters who have souls oriented entrepreneurship is more successful in running its business. This study will analyze what factors are needed by a successful exporter, whether risk-taking, proactive, innovative, or aggressive. By knowing it, it is hoped the government can further improve the spirit of the entrepreneur, so this research will contribute in improving the performance of UMKM, especially to export.Keywords: entrepreneurial, exporter, umkm, indonesia, performance

Abstract

AbstractFinance activities management company related to efforts to get fund (raising of funds) that wanted by company and how use fund (allocation of funds) efficiently and effective. ROI known as profit level (rate of profit). ROI result at a investment in this time or old world, or result that estimated at a future investment. From statistics analysis result is got liquidity correlation coefficient value (X) with profitability (Y) 0,832, mean close connection between liquidity with profitability 83,2%. The determination coefficient value (r2) 0,692, that mean profitability as big as 69,2% determined by liquidity factor and the rest as big as 30,8% influenced by other factors. From data processing result is got value thitung as big as 5,570, while magnitude ttabel with free degree 11 in (0,025) as big as 2,201. Thereby thitung > ttabel, so that clear Ho aversed and Ha accepted. With proved thitung > ttabel, can be declared that found positive influence and significant liquidity towards profitability in PT. Mulya Ceramics.  Keyword: Finance ratio analysis, statistics prerequisite testing, correlation coefficient testing AbstrakKeuangan adalah pengelolaan kegiatan-kegiatan perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan usaha-usaha untuk mendapatkan dana (raising of funds) yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dan usaha-usaha bagaimana menggunakan dana (allocation of funds) tersebut secara efisien dan efektif. ROI adalah juga dikenal sebagai tingkat laba (rate of profit). ROI adalah hasil di suatu investasi saat ini atau masa lampau, atau hasil yang diperkirakan di suatu investasi masa depan. Dari hasil analisis statistik diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi Likuiditas (X) dengan Kemampulabaan (Y) adalah 0,832, artinya keeratan hubungan antara likuiditas dengan kemampulabaan adalah 83,2%. Nilai koefisien determinasinya (r2) adalah 0,692, yang berarti kemampulabaan sebesar 69,2% ditentukan oleh faktor likuiditas dan sisanya sebesar 30,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 5,570, sedangkan besarnya ttabel dengan derajat bebas 11 pada a (0,025) sebesar 2,201. Dengan demikian thitung > ttabel, sehingga jelas Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan terbukti thitung > ttabel, dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan likuiditas terhadap kemampulabaan pada PT. Abstract

Sektor pertanian adalah salah satu sumber ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya Minyak Sawit Mentah (CPO). Indonesia adalah produsen CPO terbesar di dunia yang didukung oleh luas lahan di negara tersebut. Menurut beberapa pihak, kebijakan pungutan ekspor CPO Indonesia masih dianggap tidak efektif. Pemerintah menaikkan pungutan ekspor sebagai salah satu instrumen kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengurangi kenaikan harga minyak goreng dan program pemerintah dalam mensubsidi bio-diesel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang ada mulai dari aspek produksi CPO dan ekspor, faktor yang mempengaruhi area, produktivitas, dan ekspor CPO serta mengevaluasi pengaruh pajak ekspor dan retribusi terhadap keputusan penjualan. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Jumlah data yang diperoleh dari data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan responden yang berada di industri CPO di Indonesia. Kata kunci : CPO, Pajak ekspor, Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of Intellectual Capital which is moderated by the Mentoring Program on Creative Economy Empowerment. With the location of the research at the South Tangerang UMKM, this research is motivated by the thought of the importance of the assistance program in the process of empowering the UMKM to be able to lift the people's economy, so that the independence of the UMKM can be achieved in the future. The research method uses Moderated Regression Analysis with data obtained from the questionnaire recapitulation. The results of the study prove that Intellectual Capital has no effect on Creative Economy Empowerment in South Tangerang City with a significance value of 0.581 and the same results are obtained for mentoring programs that also do not directly influence the Creative Economy Empowerment (sig. 0.671). However, Intellectual Capital influences the Empowerment of Creative Economy by strengthening the Mentoring Program with the value of sig. 0.00.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Mentoring Program, Empowerment of Creative Economy.

Abstract

AbstrakKesuksesan dalam mewujudkan tujuan kantor sangat bergantung pada sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalam organisasi kantor tersebut. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan dari kantor, maka kantor harus memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil diantaranya faktor Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja. Dengan tercapainya Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil diharapkan Kantor Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dapat mencapai tujuannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan Metode Deskriptif, Korelasi Pearson dan Path Analysis berguna untuk mengetahui tanggapan karyawan  tentang Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja serta Dampaknya pada Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kantor Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dimana populasi karyawan Kantor Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk sebanyak 60 responden. Diperoleh hasil perhitungan persamaan struktural 1 yaitu, Y = 0,579 X1 + 0,325 X2 + 0,644 ε1 dimana  R2 = 0,585, Persamaan stuktural sub-struktur 2 yaitu, Z = 0,191 X1 + 0,239 X2 + 0,618 Y + 0,402 ε2 dimana  R2 = 0,838 Kesimpulan dan Saran penelitian ini Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Kompensasi (X2) secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y) sebesar 58,8%. Motivasi Kerja (X1), Kompensasi (X2), dan Kepuasan Kerja (Y)  secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (Z) sebesar 83,8%.Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously on Return On Equity (ROE). The research samples used in this study were 65 companies, namely the Basic Industry and Chemical companies which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The data analysis used was ANOVA and Partial Regression test. The results showed that WCT and DER had a significantly positive effect on ROE from the results of research on the Basic and Chemical Industry companies, so that accounting information has a value of relevance to investment decisions. Working Capital Turnover Variable, partially has a significant negative effect on Return On Equity. Debt Equity Ratio variable partially has a significant negative effect on Return On Equity. Keywords : Working Capital Turnover, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Equity

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer service quality, customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer trust dan switching barriers terhadap customer retention. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis (testing hypotesis). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan keseluruhan hipotesis diuji dengan metode structural equation modeling yang menggunakan Amos 7.0. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 206 responden, yaitu para konsumen yang telah berlangganan internet melalui provider internet Speedy atau Fastnet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada beberapa variabel yang tidak mendukung hipotesis, yaitu customer trust tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap customer retention. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya dapat menambah jumlah variabel dan responden.Kata kunci: customer service quality,  customer perceived value, customer satisfaction

Abstract

PT.X merupakan perusahaan retail yang bergerak dibidang fashion, yang saat ini memiliki 8 cabang di beberapa tempat di Indonesia. Dari survei kepuasan kerja karyawan diketahui bahwa terdapat ketidakpuasan kerja dari karyawan dan sebagaian besar ketidakpuasan tersebut karena manaje-men karir yang dirasakan belum memadai. Untuk itu maka didesain manajemen karir yang lebih baik dengan mendesain ulang pula sistem penilaian kinerja, program pengembangan karyawan serta kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Dengan manajemen karir yang lebih baik, di-harapkan kepuasan kerja karyawan akan meningkat yang berdampak pula pada kinerja peru-sahaan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Karir, Perusahaan Retail, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the brand positioning and brand equity that include brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, brand loyalty have an influence on purchasing decisions Yamaha motorcycles, as well as what factors are the most dominant among the brand positioning, brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, brand loyalty, the purchasing decision of Yamaha motorcycles in the Housing Karawaci Tangerang.The population in this study are all consumers of Yamaha motorcycles in the Housing Karawaci Tangerang who buy and use a Yamaha motorcycle. A sample drawn from the population to be used in research as respondents as many as 100 people. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling method by purposive sampling. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results showed that the analysis of the factors that influence purchasing decisions Yamaha motorcycle individually is the brand positioning has an influence on purchasing decisions with significant value 0.032> 0.05, and brand equity, especially perceived quality has an influence on purchasing decisions with significant value 0.029 < 0:05. Other elements of brand equity consisting of brand awareness does not have the influence on purchasing decisions with significant value 0496> 0.05, brand association has no influence on purchasing decisions with significant value 0.900> 0.05, and brand loyalty has no influence on purchasing decisions with significant value 0.296> 0.05.Further analysis of the factors that influence purchasing decisions Yamaha motorcycle jointly between the brand positioning and brand equity consisting of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty effect with significant value 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the factors that influence the purchase decisions of the five variables analyzed, the most dominant influence purchasing decisions Yamaha motorcycle seen based on the value Unstandarized Coefficients (B) is variable perceived quality with the coefficient of the biggest (0.266) compared with the value coefficients of other variables. Keywords  :  Brand Positioning, Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Brand Association, Brand Loyalty and Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

The background of this research is many manufacturing companies in Indonesia that went bankrupt due to the multi-dimensional crisis since 2008, and to show than financial statement analysis can predict the financial health of the company to help provide an overview of financial strength in order to perform the appropriate actions and avoid bankruptcy. The objective of this research is to predict level of healthy of financial ability the manufacturing company is in bankruptcy categorized or not. The design of this research applies on many manufacturing company which listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange which have been listed from 2009 to 2013. Data analysis applied measuring method on purposive sampling or sampling by taking the number of objects in accordance with the intended purpose. Data processing used logistic regression method. The result of research indicated that Current Ratio, Debt Ratio, Total Asset Turnover Ratio and Fix Asset to Total Asset ratio, cannot predict the occurrence of financial healthy in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Current Liability to Total Liability Ratio can predict the occurrence of bankruptcy probability in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Kata Kunci Rasio keuangan, laporan keuangan, kesehatan perusahaan, regresi logistik.
