Abstract

Along with the increasing industrial growth and increased competitiveness among actors in it, encourage companies to formulate marketing strategies that can integrate emotional elements, logic, and general thought processes to connect the company with its customers. Integrated marketing strategy aims to build relationships in such a way that consumers respond to product offerings based on the level of emotional and rational responses as well as create customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty. As a theoretical foundation and an applied solution to the problems that exist, this research is the best way to better understand how the implementation of experiential marketing. This study is a developmental study focusing on the millennial generation of capital as the research object, structural equation modeling method used in analysis phase to describe the relationship between variables studied to produce a conclusion that experiential marketing can influence customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Indonesia. With the limitations of this research, it is explain that the results give proving scientific studies in Indonesia, especially in the field of marketing.Keywords:  experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, loyalty, the millennials

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan likuiditas sebagai variabel independen terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 - 2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 54 sampel. Data yang diolah menggunakan statistik komputer untuk menguji kualitas data, uji regresi, uji F dan uji t. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan likuiditas secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan model penelitian yang layak untuk digunakan sebagai alat prediksi. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Sedangkan leverage dan likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Kata kunci: tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to increase intention to use LinkAja in Semarang by testing a TAM model that integrates the role of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness into the intention to use LinkAja. Extant research from various research stream is reviewed, resulting in 4 hypotheses. Data collected from 100 LinkAja users in Semarang are examined through path analysis model and processed by SPSS Statistics 23.Based on the results of hypotheses testing, there are 3 accepted hypotheses and 1 rejected hypothesis. The results show that perceived ease of use has significant and positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness has significant and positive effect on intention to use LinkAja, perceived ease of use has significant positive effect on intention to use LinkAja. To increase the intention to use LinkAja can be done by increasing perceived ease of use LinkAja.Keywords: Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, Intention to use

Abstract

This study to examine the elements of fraud in the Pentagon fraud theory indetecting fraudulent financial statements. Fraud pentagon is proxied by six variables consisting of two elements of pressure (financial target and external pressure), one variable from element opportunity (ineffective monitoring), one variable from element rationalization (change in auditor), one variable from capability element (change in directors) ), and one variable from the arrogance element (number of CEO's pictures) hypothesized to affect fraudulent financial statements. F-Score is used to determine the fraudulent financial statement with bonus plan based earnings management as an intervening variable. This study with a sample of 35 companies was selected using a purposive sampling method from delisting companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 20092016. Hypothesis testing uses a path analysis to test the Effects of Pressure, Opportunity, Rationalization, Competence, and Arrogance Against the Fraudulent Financial Statement with Earning Management Based on Bonus Plans as Intervening Variables on Companies Delisting on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2016.The results showed that ROA, DER, RKI had a positive effect on earnings management. While earnings management has a negative effect on fraudulent financial statements. DER and CEO have a negative effect on fraudulent financial statements and CPA has a positive effect on fraudulent financial statements. Keywords : fraudulent financial statement, pressure, opportunity,  rationalization, competence, arrogance, earning management, bonus plan

Abstract

AbstrakOne of the Central Government of the Republic of Indonesia’s main agendas now is formulating its national economic development plan. The plan is called as Masterplan of Expediting and Expanding Indonesian Economic Development known locally as Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI). The Masterplan is designed in response to the current global economic changes and competition and by emphasizing upon regional economic development especially those regions (provinces) outside Java Island. This empahasis puts greater role of the regional government to develop their economy outonomously and independently. This article will provide some thoughts as (a) to comprehend the meaning of regional development  in view of present global competition and environmental changes, (b) the significant and impact of those changes and competition upon the regional economy and (c) to suggest what the regional government should have to do in response to those environmental changes and competition in light of the Indonesian Central Government’s Masterplan. Some of the thoughts outlined here are in view of challenges faced both by the regional government and its leader currently, and  suggesting some ideas of what the government and its leader have to do in creating regional’s leading competitiveness in the face of intense global competition.Keywords: regional economic development, strategic plan, strategic changes

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that affect its students any high school in Tangerang to buy prepaid cards IM3. In this study the factors that influence purchasing decisions in terms of marketing mix (4P). The results of this study indicate that there are factors that influence consumers in their buying decision IM3 prepaid card. These factors enter into 9 new factors are: Factor 1 has the name of Excellence which consists of a broad scope of IM3, Bonus sms, Nominal pulse varied, sophisticated multimedia, fast data transfer, and 3G technology, GPRS, MMS provided, factor 2 was named Privileges consisting of an sms package voucher price they can afford, talk per second rate, and ease of getting a voucher, Factor 3 was named facility consisting of card availability IM3, IM3 voucher availability, and ads on television, Factor 4 Ease named consisting of GPRS settings, MMS, and 3G is easy, efficient tariff until satisfied, and IM3 Ce eS's, factor 5, was named Promotion consisting of the radio ads, brochures, pamphlets, posters, Event, held IM3 , and send 10 free 10 sms, Factor 6 was named design consisting of an interesting shape or packaging, design an attractive card, and design an attractive voucher, factor 7 was named Quality of service consisting of a satisfactory service, after-sales service / warranty , and the quality is strong and stable network, Factor 8 was given a name consisting of Availability Availability Gallery Indosat, and Factor 9 was named The price of a cheap price sms vouchers, and vouchers to speak at affordable prices. Keywords: Factors that Influence Consumers, Marketing Mix, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Kebijakan mengenai struktur modal berperan penting dalam kegiatan operasional dan kemajuan perusahaan. Perlu dilakukan analisis untuk membuat keputusan yang efektif mengenai struktur modal optimal perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor seperti tarif pajak, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, fleksibilitas keuangan, pemanfaatan aset, tingkat pertumbuhan, risiko, profitabilitas, pemanfaatan aset, dan kepemilikan pemerintah berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Dalam penelitian ini populasi dan sampel berasal dari perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2009-2014. Penarikan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 90 sampel. Pengujian dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan uji data panel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, fleksibilitas keuangan, struktur aktiva, pertumbuhan, profitabilitas dan kepemilikan pemerintah memiliki pengaruh signifikaan terhadap struktur modal. Pajak, kinerja saham, risiko, dan pemanfaatan aset tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Penelitian memiliki implikasi bagi manajemen untuk mempertahankan tingkat likuiditas, mempertahankan cadangan modal, dan meningkatkan kinerja. Bagi investor dapat mempertimbangkan pertumbuhan perusahaan jika ingin membeli saham perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Fleksibilitas Keuangan, Kinerja Saham, Ukuran Perusahaan

Abstract

AbstractSME development programs that are run specifically has a value benefit to the respondent who is known to occur increase business performance, through the evaluation of human resources, production management, financial administration, marketing, motivation, business plans, business kontinitas, business motivation and environmental factors.The long term goal of this research is to determine the proper coaching model to determine the benefits of the treatment (guidance) given to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of the Partnership Program PT. Jasa Marga. Observations and field training conducted on the SME, place of business respondents. Event supervision / mentoring place of business for three (3) times in a period of 6 months. The results of observation and coaching evaluated and analyzed through the research methods of the variables observed and seen the level of success of the program significantly from the treatment given to the respondent. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate development patterns by looking at business performance of SMEs. Treatments were observed and analyzed variables significantly influence the performance of the business. From the results kolekting research data through a regression analysis obtained: Influence Factor variable Coaching, Motivation and environment contribute a significant influence on the performance of Business Partners with the magnitude of the effect of variable factors on Business Performance Partners is a Development (X1), motivation Enterprises (X2) and the environment ( X3) to form the regression equation Y = 0.256 + 0.422 X1 + 0,282 X2 + 0,225 X3 Keywords: Business Performance, Development, Motivation, Environmental factors AbstrakProgram pembinaan UKM yang dijalankan secara khusus mempunyai nilai kemanfaatan terhadap responden yang diketahui terjadi peningkatan kinerja usaha, melalui  evaluasi sumberdaya manusia, manajemen produksi, administrasi keuangan, pemasaran, motivasi, rencana usaha, kontinitas usaha, motivasi usaha dan faktor lingkungan. Tujuan jangka panjang dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan model pembinaan yang tepat untuk mengetahui manfaat dari perlakuan (pembinaan) yang diberikan terhadap Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dari Program Kemitraan PT. Jasa Marga. Pengamatan dan pembinaan lapangan dilakukan terhadap responden UKM, ditempat usaha responden.   Kegiatan supervisi/pendampingan ditempat usaha sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan. Hasil dari pengamatan dan pembinaan dievaluasi dan dianalisis melalui metode penelitian dari variabel-variabel yang diamati dan terlihat adanya tingkat keberhasilan program secara signifikan dari perlakuan yang diberikan kepada responden. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan pola pembinaan yang tepat dengan melihat kinerja usaha dari UKM. Perlakuan-perlakuan diamati dan dianalisis pengaruh variable secara signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Dari hasil kolekting data penelitian melalui analisa regresi didapat : Pengaruh Faktor Varibel Pembinaan, Motivasi dan lingkungan memberikan kontribusi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja Usaha Mitra dengan Besaran pengaruh faktor variabel terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mitra adalah Pembinaan (X1), Motivasi Usaha (X2)  dan lingkungan (X3) dengan  membentuk persamaan regresi  Y = 0,256 + 0,422 X1 + 0,282 X2 + 0,225 X3 Kata kunci : kinerja usaha, pembinaan, motivasi, faktor lingkungan

Abstract

Company products are generally not original products, but follow a kind that has been widely on the market. Consumers do not know many of the benefits of the company, but generally follow the appropriate products according to him. The company's sales management with its program works hard to achieve the company's marketing goals so that potential customers can be touched & moved to buy the company's service products. The seller will pursue the number of sales figures in the target market as much as possible as a means of achieving marketing objectives. Sales policies in running its activities do not act alone, but play an important role in the company's marketing program. Sales play an important role when creating business plans, personal sales policies, distribution policies, relational marketing practices & customer relationship management. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Saham Publik Terhadap Return Saham Dengan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan Farmasi Tahun 2010-2014. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Saham Publik Terhadap Return Saham Dengan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai Variabel Intervening. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh industry farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2010-2014. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan pengungkapan CSR tidak mempengaruhi secara langsung terhadap return saham. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan CSR dan mengungkapkannya mengharapkan direspon oleh para investor. Kata kunci : profitabilitas, ukuran, kepemilikan publik
