Abstract

Water carrying capacity is the capability of water to meet needs by considering water availability. This research uses quantitative approach methods. While the formula used to calculate the air carrying capacity is the runoff coefficient method of Permen LH No.17 in 2009 by comparing the water availability and water needs. The study of water carrying capacity is done to know the carrying capacity of water in Semarang Regency. The results of this study showed that the water carrying capacity in Semarang Regency in general in 2018 has a deficit, with the value of water carrying capacity at 0.66. However, three out of nineteen subdistricts can still meet their water needs or water surpluses is the subdistricts of Banyubiru, Susukan and Sumowono with each of the value of water carrying capacity of 2.58, 1.09 and 1.04. Meanwhile, in 2028 showed a decrease in the value of water carrying capacity in Kabupaten Semarang to 0.48. In 2028 there is only one district that can meet the needs of water or surplus water is Banyubiru subdistricts with a carrying capacity value of 1.96. The condition occurs in line with the land cover change that affects water availability, as well as a significant increase in population, causing water needs to increase as well. The results of this research can be input for the Semarang Regency government in determining the future policy, especially in the development.

Abstract

BRT Trans Semarang is an alternativ     e solution to reduce private vehicles in Semarang City. In order to improve the services of BRT it is important the customer satisfaction for using BRT. Customer Satisfaction index is an instrument to measure the performance of BRT. The quality of service which is using customer satisfaction index include reliability, convenience, comfort and cleanliness, security and safety. The analysis show the performance of BRT’s Semarang city is good indicated by Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The analysis by Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) show a result 79%. The level of service is show the services of BRT Trans Semarang has high quality in reliability, convenience, comfort and cleanliness, security and safety. The performance of the BRT of Trans Semarang service is important to always improve. This needs to maintain user satisfaction with the BRT of Trans Semarang BRT. Based on an evaluation of the technical performance and the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) show the several quality of services should be priorities to improvement are the standing space and seating for passengers, improvement in the driver/driver attitude when driving BRT, the improvement in the attitude of officers when serving passengers and the ease for passengers to get BRT both when peak hour and off peak hour hours and after work and then the convenience for passengers to get the latest information about route changes.

Abstract

Indonesia has many village resilience developed in various districts and cities, including one in Pekalongan Regency, namely in Wonokerto Regency. The impact of climate change that is sustainable and determines the lives of rural communities, special strategies are needed to shape community resilience in the face of disasters, namely flooding. Adaptation carried out by the local community is to raise houses and roads to reduce the entry of water into the house. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of resilience of rural communities facing tidal flooding in coastal areas. Bearing in mind the catastrophic events due to climate change on the availability of land resources that affect the ecological conditions of the environment, economy, and social communities and infrastructure in the study area. the research method used is a quantitative method with analytical tools such as Geographic Information Systems and community resilience calculation. The results of a community resilience study conducted found that people in the coastal areas of Wonokerto Subdistrict were in a low economic condition with a score of 0.39, this is because most of the people working depend on the area. It is hoped that the government can be more sensitive to provide assistance to people who really need help.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasing from time to time and impact on all fields of life, including transportation. One of the online transportation services is online motorcycle that provides services for service users on a door to door basis. These conditions change people's travel behavior from public transportation to online transportation. The purpose of this study is to examine the variables of spatial and non-spatial characteristics that have a significant effect on the frequency of online transportation use. The research approach used is quantitative and analytical tools in the form of cross tabulation. The results of the study show that the spatial variable that is considered in determining the frequency of online transportation use is the distance of residence to local facilities. In addition, non-racial variables that have a relationship with the frequency of online transportation use are gender, age structure, motor vehicle ownership and income. The proposal is based on the results of research, related to the issue of online transportation in terms of online transportation users, the majority of whom are women, namely the need for additional features related to vehicle location, the identity of the driver who is forwarded to the family at home to ensure the safety of service users.

Abstract

This research is based on the declining tourism development phenomenon in Cilacap Regency as much as 34% in 2017-2018. This indicates that the development of tourism is hampered, and has not been able to support the role of the Central Java Provincial Tourism Strategic Area (Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Provinsi Jawa Tengah/KSPP) as a tourism policy for Cilacap Regency. Research found that lack of tourism attractions, tourism supply resources that tend not to be ready, are the main factors that inhibit the development of tourism in Cilacap Regency. These factors lead to imbalance tourism demand condition, such as declining tourists’ enthusiasm, lack of tourist arrivals outside Central Java Province, and there are no foreign tourists. The inhibit condition of combination in supply and demand tourism make the policy doesn’t suitable with the existing tourism development condition. Therefore, it is important to examine the causes of underdeveloped tourism in Cilacap Regency, so that it will be useful to make initial steps for developing Cilacap Regency in tourism sector

Abstract

Bedono Village is located in the north coast of Java, which is part of DemakRegency. Bedono village is often affected by disasters such as abrasion and rob. This abrasion disaster has long been occurring in Bedono Village which has an impact in the form of damaged roads, loss of human settlements, destruction of mangrove forests and reduced marine ecosystems in the Bedono. It is suspected that the abrasion disaster was caused by the lack of green open space in the village of Bedono. Specifically the green open space in question is mangrove forest. So the importance of this research to examine the effect of green open space in the form of mangrove plants in overcoming the abrasion disaster according to community perception. This study uses a quantitative ordinal linear regression method, which is used to assess the effect of green open space in overcoming abrasion. The results obtained from this study are shown that with a 95% confidence level the green open space variable that has an effect on overcoming this abrasion disaster is a plant type (X1) with a significant value of 0,16. Then the soil texture variable (X2) with a significant value of 0,15. And plant spacing variables (X5) with a significant value of 0,15; 0,003; 0,000. The significant value is <0,05, so that the green open space variables that influence in overcoming this abrasion disaster are plant type,soil texture and planting distance.

Abstract

As a public service, it needs to be done through PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City in carrying out its tasks in Performance is a record of that result from the function of a particular job or activity over a certain period of time. While the measurement is as a method to improve / agreed results compared to predetermined goals. Based on the above understanding can be agreed above. Improve work achievements or achievements obtained from the organization within the framework of achieving the goals and objectives that have been determined and agreed upon together within a certain period of time. Five dimensions have been chosen which have been developed into 25 variables in PDAM services.One that relates to the supply of clean water is that which is carried out by PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City in the service area of the southern branch which is related to clean water services. The quality of clean and dirty water is changed, the continuity of clean water that stops at certain times until the clean air discharge is turned on once every 2 days in several places. This also happened to the Banyumanik Perumnas in the service area of the southern branch of the Tirta Moedal PDAM. This housing is one of the longest-established housing estates in the city of Semarang specifically in the south. It is interesting to know how to improve the performance of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City in the Banyumanik Housing, obtaining information from customers using needs analysis and gap analysis. In the interest-performance analysis the suitability level (Tki) corresponds to the position of 70.02% and is included in the satisfied category in 28 variables which become the focus of research. while in the gap analysis / resolved at a value of -1.31 which means that it is included in the service category not good when compared performance with importance.
