Abstract

Dalam perencanaan produksi PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Boyolali, perusahaan tersebut hanya mendistribusikan BBM sesuai dengan permintaan SPBU tanpa melakukan perhitungan matematis apakah pendapatan yang diperoleh sudah optimal dengan semua faktor dan kendala yang ada, seperti harga setiap jenis BBM, jam kerja mesin pengisian BBM di New Gantry System (NGS), moda transport mobil tangki, dan tingkat keselamatan mobil tangki. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan optimasi perencanaan produksi BBM menggunakan metode goal programming agar perusahaan dapat memperoleh pendapatan yang maksimal dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor dan kendala yang ada. Metode goal programming merupakan perluasan dari linear programming yang dapat menyelesaikan optimasi dengan banyak tujuan. Pada penelitian ini, selain dengan fungsi kendala biasa, metode goal programming juga digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sama ditambah dengan satu fungsi kendala fuzzy, yaitu tingkat keselamatan mobil tangki, yang proses defuzzifikasinya meng­gunakan metode mamdani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kedua penyelesaian metode goal pro­gramming baik dengan kendala biasa maupun dengan kendala fuzzy memberikan keluaran jumlah BBM dan jumlah pendapatan yang sama, yaitu produk premium () sebanyak 1016 kl, bio solar () seba­nyak 1200 kl, pertamax () sebanyak 596 kl, dan pertalite () sebanyak 1632 kl dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp33.022.000.000,00. Optimization planning of fuel oil production with fuzzy constraint using goal programming method AbstractIn the production planning of PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Boyolali, it only distributes fuel in accordance with the demand for gas stations without performing mathematical calculations whether the revenue obtained was optimal with all the factors and obstacles that exist, such as the price of each type of fuel, working hours of filling machine fuel in New Gantry System (NGS), transport modes of the tank car, and the tank car’s safety level. Therefore, this study aims to optimize the production planning using goal programming method so that the company can obtain maximum income by considering the factors and constraints. The goal programming method was an extension of linear programming that can accomplish optimization with many goals. In this study, in addition to the ordinary constraint function, goal programming method was also used to solve the same problem which includes one fuzzy constraint, namely the level of tank car safety, which the defuzzification process using Mamdani method. The result of the study shows that solution of goal programming method both with ordinary and fuzzy constraint give the same amount of fuel output and the same amount of revenue, that is premium () as much 1016 kl, bio diesel () as much 1200 kl, pertamax () as much 596 kl and pertalite () as much 1632 kl with the revenue is Rp33.022.000.000,00.

Abstract

Penalaran matematis merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang sangat dibutuhkan peserta didik dalam mempelajari matematika. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik, salah satunya dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran dan kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching pada materi bangun datar segiempat di kelas VII. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 34 peserta didik kelas VII.5 yang berasal dari SMP Negeri 13 Palembang. Data dikum­pulkan menggunakan observasi dan tes. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data hasil observasi kegiatan peserta didik pada saat diterapkan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dan data hasil tes untuk melihat kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Reci­procal Teaching. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pene­litian menun­jukkan bahwa (1) keaktifan peserta didik selama diterapkan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching berada pada kategori “sangat aktif” dengan persentase rata-rata 88,71%; (2) kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching berada pada kategori “cukup” dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 67,89.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching, penalaran  matematis, pembelajaran matematika Applying of reciprocal teaching-learning model viewed from students’ mathematical reasoning on the quadrilateral matter AbstractThe mathematical reasoning was one of the important aspects that students need in learning mathematics. Various efforts have been made to improve students’ mathematical reasoning skills, one of which was the application of the Reciprocal Teaching learning model. This research was a quantitative descriptive research that aims to explain the process of learning implementation and student’s mathematical reasoning ability by using the Reciprocal Teaching learning model on the quadrilateral matter in class VII. The subjects of this research were 34 students of class VII.5 from SMP (Junior High School) Negeri 13 Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia. Data were collected using observations and tests. The data obtained in this research were the observation data of students activities when applied the Reciprocal Teaching learning model and the test results data to see students’ mathematical reasoning abilities after applying the Reciprocal Teaching learning model. The results of research showed that (1) student activity during applying the Reciprocal Teaching learning model was in the “very active” category with an average percentage of 88.71%; (2) students’ mathematical reasoning abilities after applying the Reciprocal Teaching learning model was in the “enough” category with an average score of 67.89.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis menggunakan metode make a match dalam strategi pembelajaran inkuiri ditinjau dari perbedaan gender. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Jakarta Islamic School dan SMPIT Thariq Bin Ziyad, DKI Jakarta. Di SMP Jakarta Islamic School diterapkan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri, sementara di SMPIT Thariq Bin Ziyad diterapkan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri yang dipadukan dengan metode pembelajaran make a match. Populasi penelitian melibatkan peserta didik kelas VII, dimana kelas tersebut terpisah antara peserta didik laki-laki dan perempuan. Data yang diperoleh yaitu berasal dari data pre test dan post test yang berisi soal-soal pemecahan masalah matematis. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak tedapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis antara peserta didik laki-laki dan perempuan; (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis antara peserta didik yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri dan yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri dipadukan dengan metode make a match, dan (3) terdapat pengeruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan gender terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik. Improvement of mathematical problem solving ability with make a match method in inquiry judging from gender differences AbstractThis study aims to describe the improvement the students’ ability in mathematical problem solving using make a match method in inquiry learning strategy in terms of gender differences. This study conducted in SMP Jakarta Islamic School and SMPIT Thariq Bin Ziyad, Jakarta, Indonesia. In SMP Jakarta Islamic School applied inquiry learning strategy, while in SMPIT Thariq Bin Ziyad applied inquiry strategy that combined with make a match learning method. The study population was students of class VII, where the class was separated between male and female students. The data obtained was derived from pre test and post test data containing problem solving mathematical problems. The data analysis using analysis of variance (ANOVA) test. The result showed that (1) there was no difference in the improvement of mathematical problem solving ability between male and female students (2) there was no difference in the ability to solve mathematical problems between students using inquiry strategies and using inquiry strategies that combined with make a match, and (3) There was an effect of interaction between lerning strategy and gender toward students’ ability in mathematical problem solving.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan pendekatan matematika realistik dengan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) serta mendes­kripsikan manakah yang lebih efektif antara pendekatan matematika realistikdengan model PBL dan PjBL ditinjau dari kemampuan interpersonal, berpikir kritis dan prestasi belajar matematika pada sis­wa SMP Negeri 1 Samigaluh, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket kemampuan interpersonal, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan tes prestasi belajar. Pengujian keefektifan pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik dengan model PBL dan model PjBL dilakukan dengan uji one sample t-test. Pengujian untuk menentukan manakah yang lebih efektif antara pendekatan matematika realistik dengan model PBL dan PjBL dilakukan dengan uji analisis varians multivariat (MANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik dengan model PBL dan PjBL efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan interpersonal, berpikir kritis dan prestasi belajar serta tidak terdapat perbedaan keefektifan antara pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik dengan model PBL dengan pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik dengan model PjBL ditinjau dari kemampuan interpersonal, berpikir kritis dan prestasi. Realistic mathematics approach with PBL and PjBL model in terms of interpersonal ability, critical thinking, and students’ achievement AbstractThis study aimed to describe the effectiveness of the realistic mathematics approach with Pro­blem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and describe which one was more effective between realistic mathematics approach with PBL and PjBL model in terms of interpersonal ability, critical thinking and students’ mathematics achievements in SMP Negeri 1 Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study was a quasi-experimental research with non-equivalent pretest-posttest group design. The instruments used to collect data were an inter­per­sonal skills questionnaire, a test to examine the ability of critical thinking, and a learning achieve­ment test. One sample t-test was conducted to examine the effectiveness of realistic mathe­matics approach with PBL and PjBL models. Meanwhile multivariate test (MANOVA) was carried out in order to determine which one was more effective between realistic mathematics approach with PBL and PjBL model. The results showed that realistic mathematics approach with PBL and PjBL was effective in terms of interpersonal ability, critical thinking and learning achievement, and there was no difference in effectiveness between realistic mathematics learning approach with PBL model and realistic mathematics learning approach with PjBL model in terms of interpersonal ability, critical thinking and students’ achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kesiapan guru matematika SMP negeri di Kabupaten Cilacap dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum 2013, terdiri dari: pengetahuan guru tentang pembelajaran matematika Kurikulum 2013, upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap pembelajaran matematika Kurikulum 2013, sikap guru terhadap pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013, dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang menunjang pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan didukung pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 31 guru ditentukan dengan teknik stratified purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesiapan guru matematika SMP negeri di Kabupaten Cilacap termasuk kriteria cukup. Kesimpulan tersebut didukung oleh komponen: pengetahuan guru tentang pembelajaran matematika Kurikulum 2013 yang termasuk kriteria cukup; upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap pembelajaran matematika Kurikulum 2013 yang termasuk kriteria kurang; sikap guru terhadap pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 yang termasuk kriteria cukup; perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013 yang termasuk kriteria cukup; dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang menunjang pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 yang termasuk kriteria kurang. The readiness of mathematics teachers of state junior high schools to implement curriculum 2103 AbstractThis study aims to reveal the readiness of mathematics teachers of state junior high schools (SJHS’s) in Cilacap Regency in implementing Curriculum 2013, consisting of:  teachers’ knowledge of the teaching of mathematics in Curriculum 2013, the teachers’ efforts to improve their understanding of the teaching of mathematics in Curriculum 2013,  the teachers’attitudes towards the implementation of Curriculum 2013,  the planning of the implementation of teaching mathematics in accordance with Curriculum 2013, and the availability of facilities that support the implementation of Curriculum 2013. This study was a survey that used the quantitative approach supported by the qualitative approach. A sample of this study was 31 teachers using the stratified purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research show that the readiness of mathematics teachers of state junior high schools in Cilacap Regency is included in the sufficient criterion. These conclusions are supported by the following components: the teachers’knowledge of the teaching of mathematics in Curriculum 2013, which is in the sufficient criterion; the teachers’efforts to improve their understanding of teaching mathematics in Curriculum 2013, which is in the insufficient criterion; the teachers’attitudes towards the implementation of Curriculum 2013, which is in the sufficient criterion; the planning the implementation of teaching mathematics in accordance with Curriculum 2013 which is in the sufficient criterion, and the availability of facilities that support the implementation of Curriculum 2013, which is in of the insufficient criterion.

Abstract

Karawang merupakan salah satu pusat penanaman padi di Pulau Jawa. Keberhasilan panen dapat terganggu oleh adanya organisme pengganggu tumbuhan (OPT) sehingga dapat mengancam target swasembada beras. Hubungan antara tanaman padi dengan OPT dapat dibentuk menjadi suatu model matematis yaitu model predator-prey. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model matematis predator-prey tanaman padi dan OPT. Predator (pemangsa) adalah makhluk hidup yang memakan mangsa (prey). Model predator-prey antara tanaman padi dengan OPT yang dibahas adalah model tiga predator yaitu hama penggerek batang, tikus, dan wereng batang coklat dengan prey yaitu padi. Pertumbuhan padi mengikuti model pertumbuhan logistik. Model yang diturunkan berbentuk sistem persamaan diferensial nonlinier. Pada model diperoleh lima titik ekuilibrium. Analisis perilaku model dilakukan pada tiga titik ekuilibrium dan ketiganya bersifat stabil asimtotik. Simulasi model dengan menggunakan software Maple 13 sejalan dengan analisis perilaku model. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh agar populasi hama penggerek batang, tikus, dan wereng batang coklat dapat menurun bahkan hilang dari populasi yaitu tingkat kematian alami serta tingkat interaksi padi terhadap hama-hama tersebut. Predator-prey mathematical model of rice plants, stem borer, rat, and brown planthopper in Karawang AbstractKarawang was one of the center of rice planting in Java Island. The success of the harvest may be disrupted by the presence of plant pest organisms that may threaten the rice self-sufficiency target. The relationship between rice plants and pests can be formed into a mathematical model, that was a predator-prey model. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the mathematical model of predator-prey between rice plants and plant pest organisme. Predators were living things that eat prey. The predator-prey model between rice plants and pests discussed was a three predator model of stem borer, rat, and brown stem rhizome with the prey, that was rice. Rice growth follows the logistic growth model. The derived model was an nonlinear differential equation system. In this model obtained five equilibrium points. Model behavioral analysis was performed on three equilibrium points and they were stable asymptotically. Simulations of the model using Maple 13 software were in good agreement with behavioral analysis model. Factors that influence the stem borer, rat, and brown planthopper population could decrease even disapear from the population were the natural death rate and the interaction rate of rice to the pests.

Abstract

The achievement of students' mathematics learning is strongly influenced by how the learning process takes place in the classroom. But, that is not the only factor that could affect learning achievement. This research aimed to describe the advantages of learning in three schools in Indonesia with highest score in TIMSS 2015 which exceed international standard score. Participants in this case study research were teachers and students from the three elementary schools, that are SD N Gunungsaren, SD N Kentungan, and SD N Semanu III in Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. Data triangulation had been conducted to test the validity of data collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. From the result, it can be concluded that the process of mathematics learning in the three schools implemented by involving students actively in learning activities. Each school had advantage that support the implementation of learning activities. SD N Semanu III supported by the completeness of the facilities in schools in the form of projectors that teachers use well in learning. The success of student learning in SD N Kentungan supported by parents’ involvement which providing support and facilitate children’s learning. Meanwhile, the success of learning in SD N Gunungsaren supported by teacher creativity factors developed through teacher training activities that applied in classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kategori dan aspek kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan minat belajar siswa, peningkatan minat belajar, dan menganalisis pembelajaran yang lebih baik antara pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dengan soal open ended dan pendekatan CTL ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan minat belajar siswa SMP. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan rancangan pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Miri, Kabupaten Sragen, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia, dan diambil secara acak dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen pengumpulan data meng­gunakan tes dan angket. Untuk meng­analisis kategori dan aspek kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan minat belajar digunakan analisis descriptives statistic, untuk menganalisis peningkatan minat belajar digu­nakan uji t-Paired pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Selanjutnya, untuk membandingkan pembelajaran yang lebih baik antara pendekatan CTL menggunakan soal open ended dengan pendekatan CTL, data diana­lisis dengan menggunakan MANOVA yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji t independent untuk menentukan pendekatan yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada kelas CTL dengan  open ended berada pada kategori tinggi, pada kelas CTL berada pada kategori sedang, untuk kategori minat belajar, siswa di kedua kelas berada pada kategori tinggi, kategori aspek kemampuan berpikir kreatif untuk kedua kelas memiliki presentase tertinggi pada aspek kelancaran, minat belajar siswa untuk kedua kelas meningkat secara signifikan, dan pendekatan CTL menggunakan soal open ended lebih baik daripada pendekatan CTL ditinjau dari aspek kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa, sedangkan pendekatan CTL menggunakan soal open ended tidak lebih baik daripada pendekatan CTL ditinjau dari minat belajar siswa. An analysis of creative thinking ability and learning interest of students of junior high school in solving open ended problem with CTL approach AbstractThis research aimed to analyze the categories and aspects of creative thinking ability and in student learning interest, the increase of students learning interest, and the better learning between CTL approach using open ended questions with CTL approach in terms of the ability to think creatively and interest in learning of students of Junior High School. This research was a quasi-experimental research with pretest-posttest non-equivalent comparison-group design. The research population comprised all year VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Miri, Sragen Regency, Indonesia. From the population, two classes were randomly selected as the research sample. The instruments used were in the form of creative thinking ability tests and questionnaires for students’ interest in learning mathematics. To analyze the categories and aspects of creative thinking abilities and interest in learning, descriptives statistical analysis was used, to analyze the increase of students’ interest, the data were analyzed using paired t-test at 5% significance level. As for comparing better learning between CTL approach using open ended questions with CTL approach, the data were analyzed using MANOVA followed by t-test independent to determine which approach was better. The results showed that the category of creative thinking abilities in the classroom CTL using open ended questions in the high category, while in the CTL approach class was in middle category, for the category of interest in learning, either with CTL approach using open ended questions or as with the CTL approach, students were of the high category, categories of creative thinking abilities, for both classes have the highest percentage on the aspect of smoothness, by providing CTL approach with open ended questions and CTL approach, students’ interest increased significantly and CTL approach with open ended questions was better than CTL approach in terms of students' ability to think creatively, and CTL approach with open ended questions was not better than CTL approach in terms of student interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika SMP dengan pendekatan contextual guided inquiry pada materi bangun ruang untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa, yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa RPP yang memuat langkah-langkah pendekatan contextual guided inquiry dan LKS yang memuat materi kontekstual dan langkah-langkah penemuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan  yang mengadaptasi model pengembangan Dick Carey. Model pengembangan Dick Carey dimodifikasi sehingga menghasilkan 5 tahap pengembangan yaitu analisis kebutuhan dan perumusan tujuan; desain/pengembangan produk; uji coba produk; revisi produk serta produk akhir. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 siswa  kelas IX SMP IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain lembar validasi RPP dan LKS, lembar penilaian guru dan lembar tanggapan siswa, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajran, tes prestasi belajar serta angket motivasi siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengkonversi total skor aktual yang diperoleh menjadi data kualitatif skala lima. Dari hasil validasi ahli, skor penilaian guru, tanggapan siswa, observasi pembelajaran, angket motivasi dan tes prestasi belajar menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran adalah valid, praktis, dan efektif. Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan ditinjau dari aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Developing Instructional Kits by Using the Contextual Guided Inquiry Approach to Increase Motivation and Learning Achievement of Mathematics AbstractThis research aimed to produce mathematics instructional kits of junior high school by using contextual guided inquiry (CGI) on the topic of space building which is valid, practical and effective  for increasing the motivation and mathematics learning achievement. The developed products are lesson plan which contained with the steps of CGI approach and worksheet which contained the material developed and measures contextual discovery. This study was research and development adapted from Dick and Carey development methodology. The modified of this model resulted 5 stages of development steps, i.e. the needed analysis and the formulation of the goals; design/development of the product;test of the product; revision of the product as well as the final product. The subjects of this study are 73 grade 9 students of Abu Bakar Islamic private junior high school Yogyakarta. The instrument used in this research include validation sheet, teacher and students response sheets, observation sheet, achievement test and motivation questionnaire. The data analysis was done by converting the actual score into qualitative data with standard scale of five. Based on the results of validation experts, teacher’s appraisal, students’ response, learning observation, motivation questionnaires and achievement test the developed products are valid, practical and effective. In general, this study has shown that the developed products are reliable to be used as they fulfill the valid, practical and effectiveness aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP dengan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Perangkat Pembelajaran ini terdiri atas RPP dan LKS yang berorientasi pada minat dan prestasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research Development). Penelitian ini mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Subjek uji coba penelitian adalah 21 siswa kelas uji coba. Instrumen  penelitian  yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar validasi, lembar penilaian kepraktisan siswa, lembar penilaian kepraktisan guru dan instrumen penilaian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengkonversi total skor data kuantitatif yang diperoleh menjadi data kualitatif skala lima. Kevalidan perangkat mencapai kriteria sangat baik. Kepraktisan pada uji coba lapangan mencapai kategori sangat baik untuk penilaian guru dan mencapai kategori baik untuk penilaian siswa. Keefektifan perangkat yang dikembangkan terlihat dari (1) persentase ketuntasan  tes prestasi belajar mencapai 80,95%; (2) berdasarkan hasil penilaian angket, persentase siswa yang memiliki minat minimal pada kategori tinggi mencapai 85,71%. Developing a learning set with realistic mathematics education approach oriented to the interest and achievementAbstractThis research is aimed at developing a learning set for the eight grade students of junior high school based on realistic mathematics education which is valid, practical, and effective. The instructional material consists of lesson plans and student’s worksheets, which are oriented to the interest and student’s learning achievements. This is a research and development study. It developed learning pack using the 4-D (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate) development model.  The subjects of this research involved 21 students. The research instrument included validation sheets, student practicality assessment sheets and assessment instrument. The data analysis was done by converting the total score of the quantitative data into qualitative data in rating scale of five. The validity of learninng set get  very good criteria. The practicality on field trials get very good category from teacher assesment and get good category from student assesment. Effectiveness of learning set are developed by (1) the percentage of classical masttery of learning achievements test are 80.95%; (2) based on the result of the questioner the percentage of the student’s interest who have reached the high minimum category score is 85.71%.
