Marine tourism activities are feared to give pressure through tourists’ crowds who visit to USAT Liberty Wreck as the main attraction in Tulamben. The utilization should be not undermining the quality of physical attraction and the tourist comfortness. Research is conducted to find out the ability of physical carrying capacity on this popular dive spot. Qualitative and quantitative data are collected by observation in land and underwater, depth interview with interviewess and literatures study. Then Data is processed by stages: (1)data reduction, (2)data explanation and (3)verification. Research begins by mapping of marine tourism activity in Tulamben. The result of calculating physical carrying capacity in USAT Liberty Wreck is 306 person consisting of 102 dive guide and 204 tourist in static condition on diving space at same time, compared to the amount of tourist arrival in 2014 for 173 person per day. In conclusion, tourist arrival does not exceed capability of physical carrying capacity USAT Liberty Wreck. Key words: Pyshical Carrying Capacity, Marine Tourism, USAT Liberty Wreck

This research titled Tourism Village Development in Badung Regency (Case Study in Baha Tourism Village). The purpose of this research is to find out of the tourism development in Baha Village since this village is disignated as tourism village in Badung. The data are collected by observation, indeepth interview and literatur study. The obtained data were analyzed in qualitative data analysis. The results of this study after being analyzed using tourism area life cycle theory that the development of Baha Tourism Village is in involvement phase where the people who have taken initiative to providing the tourist atraction service and the tourism fasilities in Baha tourism village. Beside of that in it cooperation between the people and goverment is try to make the promotion tools like website. This aims is to facilitate the tourists to get information about tourist village of Baha. From this development has also spawned the tourism organizations with the name of “Kelompok sadar Wisata” or commonly abbreviated to be “POKDARWIS”

The research is concerning safety standardization of Cliff Jumping attraction in Tegal Wangi Beach is motivated by the local and foreign tourist that not knowing yet about potential and safety standardization of Cliff Jumping attraction on Tegal Wangi Beach. Along with the number of tourist visiting which continue to increase resulting local and foreign tourist need to learning about potential and safety standardization of Cliff Jumping attraction on Tegal Wangi Beach. The aim of this research is to knowing about potential and standardization of Cliff Jumping attraction to increase tourist attraction of Tegal Wangi Beach. Data sampling was performed by observation, depth interview, documentation and literature study. The data was obtained with descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of the search shows that safety standardization of Cliff Jumping attraction can be seen in standardization and particular knowing of safety first. Community effort in increasing of Cliff jumping attraction including the effort already being done and the effort that will be done as well as the obstacles faced by the community of Jimbaran Village in increasing of potential Cliff Jumping attraction on Tegal Wangi Beach. ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and understand the potential of Sawangan Beach and strategize development Sawangan Beach as a tourist attraction. Data obtained in the form of responses and descriptions of the community, community leaders and traditional Peminge village opinion rating. The data obtained through observation, interviews literature. Data were analyzed by using SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis approach, there are some basic problems in Sawangan Beach are a lack of community involvement in the development of plunging into a tourist attraction, the lack of promotion by the local government, the lack of tourism facilities and less organized Sawangan Beach coast guard. The strategy is to be done in developing Sawangan Beach as a tourist attraction is to empower the community about the development of tourism on the Sawangan Beach, providing information and communication facilities for tourists, building facilities to support the government's tourism, tourism promotion in various media, involving the government in the development of Sawangan Beach as a tourist attraction. The suggestion of the researcher is that should a major player in the construction and development of tourist attraction is the Sawangan Beach local communities and governments, and provides facilities that support the development of Sawangan Beach, such as the coast guard, holding the promotion of tourist attraction Sawangan Beach.

Jehem Tourist Village has been designated as Tourism Village in 2015. The existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) is currently popular in the eyes of tourists who visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of existing tourism Jehem Tourism Village and the influence of attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data, data method used are: observation, interview and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to make tourists began to visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The attraction of Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) has an important influence in the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The efforts of Culture and Tourism Department as tourism stakeholder demanded to be active, to increase the tourism in Kehen Temple tourist attraction. This research aims to determine about the efforts of Culture and Tourism Department on increasing tourists visit in Kehen Temple tourist attraction. The data collecting method used in this research are participative observation, interviews, and documentary. This research used qualitative analysis method. From the result of this research concluded that the efforts done by Culture and Tourism Department of Bangli Regency seen from main task and function of department which written in Act Number 10 Year 2009 about tourism. Those efforts are doing fixes to tourism supporting facilities, promoting Kehen Temple as tourist attraction and held founding to local community. But according to Pokdarwis Giri Manik, the efforts held by Culture and Tourism Department felt not maximum yet. From the conclusion then suggested for Culture and Tourism of Bangli Regency to promote Kehen Temple tourist attraction more specifically, the found ing to local community not just for Pokdarwis, and special attention on seller kiosks layout around Kehen Temple tourist attraction. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to investigate and identify the potential in Pandawa Beach , South Kuta Kutuh village and is able to determine and analyze the planning of tourism facilities (tourism amenities) at Pandawa Beach Village Kutuh South Kuta . The method used in this study is the type of data , qualitative and quantitative , primary and secondary data sources , data collection technique that uses observation , interviews , questionnaires and literature study . For the determination of informants technique using purposive sampling and accidental sampling . And analysis of data using qualitative and descriptive data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis of the percentage . The results of the study discusses the potential of the Pandawas beach area is divided into components , namely tourism " 4 A " as the potential that must exist in a Travel Attractions covering of Attraction , Amenities, Accessibility , and Ancilary Service. As for planning Everyday is determined based on the results of the questionnaire using descriptive analysis percentages , based on motivation , activity , potency , access , facilities and cleanliness , number of restaurants, the addition of facilities , accommodations , and facilities that need to be added . From questionnaire , it can be determined planning in the form of a picture or sketch plan Pandawas beach amenities.

The development of the tourism industry currently leads to the main lines that becomes a link between tourists generating regions and tourists destination regions. This study aims to assess the current development of a tourist attraction in the transit route that can be monitored through the mapping process and the division of the tourism clusters based on tourism products and location. The location of this research is located in the transit route along between of Badung-Regency and Bedugul. The data sources are from primary and secondary data. Methods of collecting the datas are interviewandobservation.In this report, the data presented in the form of a map based on observations and interviews. This research’s scope is limited by the concept of tourist attractions, concept of tourism clusters and concept of transit regions. The results-obtained from this research is there are mapping of tourist attractions based on administration territory along the transit route. Tourist attractions are divided into two types, natural tourist attractions and artificial tourist attractions. Tourist attractions in the transit route are concentrated based on tourism products and location tourist attraction. The tourist attractions are located in the middle of five villages that adjacently with Badung-regency as tourist generating regions and Bedugulas tourist destination regions. This research in tourism attractiveness Sangeh with the purpose of seeing the effort to revitalize the carried out by management in order to increase tourist visit use the theory revitalization. The first step done in this research was described the causes of he did the effort to revitalize. The method employed for this study is qualitative method of analyzing data. Data collection is conducted through observation, deep interview, and document study. The technique of determining informants for this research consist of key informant. The results were obtained, that the revitalization efforts are made visible to the revitalization of the theory has been performing well from the arrangement area is a parking area, garden arrangement, security, shop arrangement, increasing the promotion, make an agreement with the village head, cooperate and make agreements with travel agents, participation from the community of participate mutual cooperation and keep visitors, and the support of the district government Badung of training to employees, scored ticket, and giving development fund. With this effort has been able to regain its image Sangeh as a tourist attraction having a worthy tourist attraction nature, an interesting and still natural, so must visited by tourists have to Bali.

In a development of tourist destination area has several stages that can show the position and situation of development in that tourist destination area. Dreamland Beach is located in the south of Bali precisely in the Pecatu area. This research aims to provide an overview of the existing conditions of Dreamland Beach in terms of tourism product components and the development of Dremland Beach, also explore suitable strategies for Dreamland Beach development. This research used qualitative descriptive data analysis and analysis using SWOT. Theories and concepts that used are the concept of beach, touris destination area, development and theory of Butler or tourism area life cycle. The result of this study is indicate the existing condition of Dreamland Beach that viewed from the components of tourist attraction products. The Facilities and infrastructure is support but still lacking. The acces road to Dreamland Beach is nice and easy to reach and additional service are still overlapping and not yet comprehensive. The development of Dreamland Beach is still in the stage involvement. As well as a suitable develompmet of Dreamland Beach is to maintain the cleanliness of the beach and open new access to attract tourists, providing easy access to the location of Dreamland Beach to overcome the competition with other tourist destination, open new access and do promotion more vigorously to attract more tourists to visit Dreamland Beach.
