Abstract

Abstract : The working strike is the basic right of worker. Therefore, everyone can not stop implementing his right. If anyone is against this regulation, so can be punished.This right is implemented in according to regulation specially UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 and Kepmenakertrans Nomor: Kep-232/Men/2003 in order to evaluate as a legal working strike.The working stike can only be implemented at the certain factory, and there are no time’s regulation to implement working strike. Abstract

Abstract  : Violence to the woment involve every violence based on different of sex which   in cause lost or injury physical, sexual or phychological of woment, involve threat or robbery of independent in privat or public aspect.       Cause of violence to the woment are poverty which cause violence as a cannal of frustration and aggression, instability of society cause of  increase of sadism culture. Brutality is the part of society weapon which flaming because of war.Protection to the woment from brutality  are give same role  of woment  and man  at all aspect and empowering of woment Key word  : Protection, woment, violence.

Abstract

Abstract : Engagement of the State into the economic activities comes out from the objective of the State to reach a just and prosperous society. The State is obliged not only to maintain orderly society, but is has a task well to participate in every sector of public life. The development of economic policy concerning the role and status of the State within the economic activities gave birth the idea of Etatism Economic Politics, economy politics with the Market Economy System or combination of both systems. Abstract

Abstract : The increasing number of judicial review cases on acts/ordinances demanded by the public to the Court of Constitution has indicated an unsatisfactory  attitude concerning the contents of the acts/ordinances as they are in conflict with their rights. Several decision of the Court of Constitution accepted the judicial review claimed by the public  by abrogating article(s) or part of the act/ordinance could be seen as a category of the Court of Constitution’s authority to protect human rights. Nevertheless, in practice such a decision of the Court of Constitution cannot be implemented at once since law itself is a system.   Key words : Court of Constitution. Human rights.

Abstract

Abstract :as one the elements of democracy, kaw should be the foundation of transparent, accountable and responsive governance, establishment of an honest and fair, general election system, protection of human rights and the existence of a democratic and contident society. Law should be able as well to guarantee  that the state administrators transparently do obey the rule of law in exercising their tasks. Law enforcement within a state should correspondent to the ideal of law of nation concerned. It means that the law enforcement should be in accordance with the philosophy, way of life, norms  and principles followed by the society concerned. Key word : Democracy. Law enforcement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT:   The price of farming commodity is always low during the harvest season Iit is resulted in the income of the farmers. The issue of warehouse financing will postpone the selling. In fact, warehouse financing can be purchased and even can be used as a credit guarantee.  Using this warehouse financing, farmers will have access in getting loans from banks with warehouse finance guarantee. If the credit is paid, the guarantee can be returned  and the owner has the right to regret the goods. In the other hand, if the owner cant pay the bill, the goods is cold in auction or through  direct by the bank to pay the owner’s credit. KEYWORDS: Warehouse system financing.
