PENERAPAN BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM   Oleh: Dwi Sulistiani Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Email: tiaraakbar2006@yahoo.com   Abstract: Widespread use of outsourced staff lately has many implications for the operations of the company. On the one hand, utilization of outsourcing makes companies more focused on its core business in order to improve efficiency. On the other hand, companies are faced with the fact that outsourced employees tend to have performance and loyalty are lower than permanent employees of the company itself. One of the factors that affect the performance and employee loyalty is their understanding of corporate culture and how they apply in their daily work. Outsourced employees often have greater difficulty to understand the culture in the company in which he is placed compared with permanent employees of the company sendiri.Kemudian how Islamic law view about it? The paper is literature review aims to determine the effect of the use of force against the application outsourcing company culture and employee performance. Based on various sources of reading, it can be concluded that there was indeed a lack of understanding of corporate culture trend by outsourcing employees so that their low performance and loyalty. But with the support of management and employees remain on the company where it is placed, undoubtedly outsourced employees can adapt and understand the corporate culture so well that the performance and loyalty increased.. Oleh : Rosidin Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FITK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim  Abstract Focus of this article discusses: 1) The study is the result of research normative Tarbawi thematic interpretation of the verses of the Koran that are relevant to the experience -based learning; 2 ) The study discusses the theoretical one experience-based learning model , Experiential Learning (EL) model Kolb; 3 ) Study of practical ideas that shape is constructed from the study of normative and theoretical results , accompanied by bid operational measures at the level applicable . The formulation of this problem is qualitatively assessed in the library research. The results of the study are: 1) The story of the Prophet and the Koran figures indicate explicitly or implicitly the existence of interaction-based learning experience; 2) Theory-based learning experiences that have been tested and are widely applicable theory of Experiential Learning (EL) model Kolb serves three main products, namely (a) EL cycle consisting of experiences (Concrete Experience), Reflective Observation (Reflective Observation), Abstract conceptualization (Abstract conceptualization) and Active Experimentation (Active Experimentation ); (b) learning strategies relevant to EL Cycle; (c) learning style based on EL cycle , namely Divergent , Assimilation, Convergent and Accommodation. 3) Study of practical this study resulted in three recommendations: (a) implementation of the EL Model Cycle Kolb; (b) Model EL-based learning strategies Kolb; (c) Kolb's learning style model facility in learning.

Modern philosophy is dominated by a concern with the epistemological issues, while the contemporary analytic philosophy represents a shift to issues a logical-linguistic sort.  The study of modern Philosophy also identifies the power of mind and the efforts to achieve external world and to obtain the structure of reality. The problem is not to understand whether it is possible to achieve knowledge. The problem is to show the ways in which this comes about, the conditions and procedures for achieving such knowledge. It is also important to note that the conception of reality is best understood as equivalent in meaning to the concept of the truth. To say what reality is requires that there be a saying, a belief that is arrived at a result of investigation.

Abstract

Oleh: Anita Andriya Ningsih, Pusat Pengembangan Bahasa Arab Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang email: banoriss@yahoo.co.id   ABSTRACT Generally,  this  research  is  aimed  at  improving  students’ reading comprehension by implementing the LRD (Listen-Read-Discuss) teaching method. Subjects of the research are the students of  2013/2014 academic year taking reading II subject. The research uses classroom action research method. The data are collected by reading comprehension test for measuring the students’s reading comprehension and questionarrie with Liket scale for collecting the students’ perceptions toward LRD  (Listen-Read-Discuss) teaching method. The data are analyzed by descriptive technique. The results of research show that 1) the preliminary comprehension of the students’ reading comprehension is relative poor and very poor in which the  distribution of comprehension is not proportional, 2) After first cycle, the students’ reading comprehension improve relativel significantly, 3) Then, after the end of the research, the students’ reading comprehensions improve significantly which most of them (52,8) obtains grade B or  it is categorized good and (8,3%) reaches grade A. Only about (33,33%) and (2,8%) of them still have grade C and D. However, nobody gets failed.  In term of perception, generally the students have positive and good responds and perception toward the LRD  (Listen-Read-Discuss) teaching method for teaching and learning reading comprehension subject.   Keywords: LRD  (Listen-Read-Discuss), Reading II

Among of his thoughts are:  According to Hamka, Developing human fitrah is the main purpose of Islamic education. In this way, he emphasizes the important of moral education and the need of developing intellect in teaching learning process. There are some principles that must be considered to achieve this goal: a) The curriculum must be able to develop social-emotion and lead students to be more obedient to God. b) The approach used must be able to encourage students to implement their knowledge and actualize their belief and obedience in their daily life. b) The method must be able to encourage students to have critical minded. In this way, parents and teachers need to give room of freedom for the students to think and determine their own way of life based on their fitrah and talents. To achieve this goal,the involvement teachers, parents, and society are absolutely important. Hamka was not only the thinker of Islamic education, but also directly involved in establishing and developing education institutions. Among of them were Tabligh School in Minangkabau and Islamic Education Institution Al-Azhar Jakarta.

Withaout the culture, changing and improvement will not happen well  because, the idea that appears the organizaton as a culture is a newphenomenon. Organizations were only seen as a rational tool to organize and manage a group of people. New, the important of organizional culture has been realized not only by managers of a compony but also by educators. As a social organization, the educational intutision is appeared as an organizational has person culture of which is differenct with the culture of other social organization.The result of this research shows that forming process of organizational culture for sampel: (1) adaptation process, is the adapting prosess after changing in had school of the finaly of the islamic school in indonesia because departement the spirit for infaruralis only file of quality indonesia in the head school.(2) searching patttern, it is done by doing some movement and motivation by the members of school even the efforts didn’t give the result as like as hope; (3) developing system is symbilozed by attending an experieneed principel who efforts to articilate the beliverd values by the school.

Unemployment in Indonesia almost half donated by college graduates are huge numbers. Ironic phenomenon that emerged in the world of education in Indonesia is the higher one's education, the probability of becoming unemployed is higher. One of the solutions offered by the government to reduce unemployment is to create jobs with government bids model of entrepreneurial But this in certain circles, especially among the educated tend to avoid this profession choice. Average - The average interest in higher office job. It is based on the calculation of the costs that they spend for education and expect a rate of return (rate of return) are comparable.

This is because the information obtained from social media is very broad and can be accessed anywhere. Occurrences ISIS movement in Indonesia is also influenced by social media imaging. Consequently, the spread of ISIS teraca flow quickly expanded in Indonesia because it is supported by the speed and breadth of social media networks continues to increase at any time. Such a situation, pose a serious threat the relation between religion and nationality among religions in Indonesia over the appearance of movement ISIS.
