Abstract

This Research purpose to know :  (1) Nature of mechanic to influence of warm-up of electrode las (2) Require to do of further research by adding the further variation that is examination Penetran and Radiografi (3) Menetahui hardness of result pengelasan after electrode in heating with selected heat.Pursuant to hypothesis test that writer only using the steel type to in ujikan that is type become militant ST 41 by using electrode las type RD 260 with diameter of 4,0 x 350 mm. Abstract

Engine coolant is a tool used something, like room, food, medicine, and others. The aim the research conducted in this thesis is to determine whether there is influence of temperature contitionedair intake capacity of 1 PK and how much effect. This study used test installation of air conditioner brand CHANGHONG 1PK capacity by varyinng the inlet air using an electric blower with 4 calculation, ie 1 minute, 2 minute, 3 minute and 4 minute of data taken by measuring devices include: thermocouples, termolaser, preasure gauge, stop watch, an electric blower and pliers amperes, instead madde room cabin which has a length of 150 cm, width 100 cm tall with a normal temperature of 16ºC to achieve steady. After steady (moving and temperature gauge on the space and equipment) are data taken at each use of the fan. The research data obtained were analyzed dy using the characteristic table refrigerant R-22 to get the price preasure and enthalpy on each fan. Enthalpy is used to find the value of cooling rate on the characteristics of each of the incoming air every minute. Test conducted to get the results for 1 minute  mref =  -0,4997 kg/s, Qe =-0,3994 kW, Qc =3,3310 kW, RE =  -6,666 kJ/kg,  COP = 3,9844.  Whitin 2  minutemref =  -2,2558 kg/s Qe =3,2449kW, Qc = 2,4373kW, RE =  -9,339 kJ/kg, COP = 1,3997. Whiten 3 minute mref = 2,2717 kg/s Qe =2,1351kW, Qc = 1,7051kW, RE =  -6,666 kJ/kg, COP = 4,3398.  As for time of 4 minute  mref =  -0,4997 kg/s Qe =4,16699kW, Qc = 3,3310kW, RE = -6,666 kJ/kg, COP = 3,9844. Abstract

This research intends to know the influence of temper and quenching cooling media of oli mesran SAE40 towards the characteristic of machine of stell S45C. The proses of temper is conducted in 300C with the holding time 60 minute while the process of quenching is conducted in 870C with the holding time 30 minute.The method used in this research is descriptive. The  raw material for the specimen is stell S45C, imported by PT.TIRA AUSTENITE. The specimen of pull test use standard JIS Z 2204 and hardness use standard JIS Z2245. The chemical composition testing shows that steel S45C enter in the medium carbon steel with  the content carbon 0,44%. The result of tensile strength of steel S45C after heating by temper-quenching by using the two different medias of temper, those are free air which result of the tensile strength is 1096,86 N/mm2, it is higher than oil which result is 783,38 N/mm2. However, the average elongation of free air is 3,62% with the average contraction 32,36%. It is smaller than the average elongation of oil that is 7,18% with the average contaction 48,96%. The average result of strength testing temper  media of free air is 185,33 HB. It is bigger than the average result of temper test by using oil that is 173 HB. From the result of the steel testing, the temper-quenching by using oil as the media is suggested to be used if we want to produce the steel  with a high level of the though, so that the steel is easier to be formed.Key words: quenching, tempering, tensile strength of shaf S45C.

This research its nucleus;core do with its it lamp burden test installation space will have an effect on to achievement coefficient This research use installation space test and appliance test that is column cooler machine ( AC) 1 PK which consist of  compresor, ekspansi kondensor,katup, and evaporator by using R 22. To make burden variation , in test space attached lamp which its burden variation of 100 watt, 200 watt, 600 watt. From done/conducted by research is menunjukan that is ever greater of given burden, hence done/conducted by job/activity is ever greater kompresor. With the level of done/conducted by job/activity is kompresor , yielded achievement coefficient progressively mount. burden 100 watt, 400 watt, 600 watt alternately yielded COP 16,51438, 17,83301, and 21, 2554, while required time in course of refrigeration column until temperature 18 progressively increase. Abstract

In the coming year is estimated to be growing energy needs increased by about 40% ofcurrent needs,  as  we know  from  100% fuel  used by  only  about 30% that  is used  to  drive thecar. part of the energy wasted in the form of the radiator and the gas is wasted purpose ofThis  analysis  is  to determine  how to  utilize  waste  heat  energy  in  toyota  corolla  engineefficiently  into  energy  useful  to the  system  and  to determine the  effect  thermolektrik  parallel circuit  thermoelektrik  components  generated  strong  currents  and  voltages  generatedelectricity in accordance with the type of materials used.In  writing  this essay  the author  collected  data  -  data  with  methods of  literature, interviews and observation.There results can be conclude (1) for exhausted heat energy in Corrola EFI Toyota engines are asw follows. Arranging thermoelektrik with parallel circuit which is mounted on the exhaust side, turn the machine with 1000 rpm engine speed, gradually up to 300 0 rpm. Start measuring the temperature of top and bottom of these thermoelektrik, and also a strong measure of current, voltage to be produced thermoelektrik. There we received the results from the engine exhaust heat is on with a series of parallel thermoelektrik. (2) there researchon the  influence of  these  parallel  series  of  studies  thermoelektrik  components  that  wereassembled  in  parallel  to  produce  strong  currents  and tension  resulting  from the  wasteexhaust  heat  is wasted.  at  1000  rpm  to produce  strong  currents  of  0.5  degrees  Celsiusampere  and  voltage  of  0.9  volt  temperature  -  average  above  45  degrees  Celsius,  the temperature  -  average  95  degrees  Celsius  below  1500  rpm  to produce  strong  currents  of  0.9ampere and voltage of 1 volt and temperature - average 59 degrees Celsius.temperature  -  average  below  111  degrees  Celsius.  2000  rpm  producing  a strong  current  of  1ampere  and  voltage  of  1.2  volts  and  temperatures  average  61  degrees  Celsius,  the temperature  -  average  below  119  degrees  Celsius,  2500  rpm  producing  a strong  current  of1.5  amperes  and the  voltage  at  1,  5  volts  and  temperature  -  average  56  degrees  Celsius,  the temperature – average below 123 degree Celsius. 3000 rpm to produce strong currents of 1.5amperes  and the  voltage  of  2  volts  and  temperature  -  average  61  degrees  Celsius,  the temperature  -  average  below  127  degrees  Celsius.  if  understood  parallel  pengaruhrangkaianis still very small to generate strong currents and voltages. the stronger the currents used, the greater the stronger the smaller the current and voltage and vice versa.Key words : ampere, temperature, voltase, thermoelektrik

Abstract

Research capability of the digester biogas production made from fiberglass sized 120 liter conducted with the aim of knowing severa l stages of the process to be able process cow manure into biogas and to know the process of making biogas producing from cow manure tools in use : pipe saws, electric weld, grunding machine, hammer, gauges, sricssors, while the material in use : jembung fiberglass 120 liter, pipe ½ inch, pipe 4 inch, L dan T pipe form, L pipe form 4 inch, glue pipe, stop value ½ inch, stop value ¼ inch, rubber hose, iron pipe ¼ inch. Research methods and data analysis by colleeting data on biogas conducted to determine the variation in the form of a mixture, determine the gas pressure gauge on the ang biogas flame test and cost data for tool-making technigue producting biogas from low manure. Reresult is a processed cow manure into biogas with a variation of a mixture of cow manure with water (15 Kg-  10 L), (15 Kg-15 L), (15 Kg-  20 L) from experiment of flame can be proction with the variation (15 Kg-  15 L) with the longfire flaming is 34 seconds. It’s one of requirement for students to do practice.Data analysis methods used in the spark plug gap effect on fuel  consumption is a100cc  motorcycle Beijing  test  data  to  test  research  has been  desired  by  the user  ornot  in the  study,  adequacy of  test  data, this analysis is  to  examine  data that  has beenhomogenized  is  feasible  or  not  to  be  basis  in  the calculation  and  the third is thepercentile of test methods to determine the ideal size of the existing data.In this research needs calculation data including, such as electric current, voltage,  time and length of hose to determine fuel level, this data is taken to determine the fuel consumption is used to determine the distance.To  see  clearly  its use  in  the operation  and  make it simple, we can use an alternator  that is placed  under the  motorcycle  seat  and  is associated  with  iron  leverto  measure  the torque  is  automatically.  The result from altenator data which used digital multi tester calculation for the speed of 2000 rpm by measuring spark plug gap is appropriate with this studyKeywords :  plugs a gap and gasoline

Abstract

Thermoelectric technology is themain alternative source for ansver theneed of energy. Thermoelectric can produce hot or cool. The sape is slim, size 4 x 4 cm and thickness just 4 mm. This research aim to detected the use of heat sink Toyota machine type 4K with thermoelectric modul and the application from energy that is producted by series of thermoelectric modul. Method that is used in this research is method research, the object of this research thermoelectric modul that is used for using heat sink in machine and continued by the application economizing on fuel. Based on the result of research from 8 thermoelectric modul series produced electric tension (voltase) 6,6 Volt with 1 Ampere electric current but after applicated for electrolysis, tension become 2,5 Volt with electric current 0,1. Electric power that is applicated 6,6 watt and after applicate in electrolysis become 0,22 watt. The use application electric energy from thermoelectric with electrolysis method get satisfying result. The use of fuel in 50 minute without electrolysis fuel that need in 50 minute is 910 mililiter. it means in 50 minute using electrolysis we can economize fuel 130 mililiter. Key words: thermoelectric, electrolysis, econo mizing in fuel.
