Abstract

Keputusan merupakan suatu hal yang akan sangat berpengaruh dalam proses menghadapi alternatif yang dipilih, begitu juga dalam memilih konsentrsi jurusan, sebab setiap konsentrasi mempunyai syarat - syarat tertentu untuk bisa menyelesaikan dengan baik, tetapi hal ini terabaikan. Sehingga mengakibatkan mahasiswa kesulitan dalam penyelesaian studynya. Untuk itu penulis mencoba menganalisa penentuan konsentrasi jurusan D3 Teknik Mesin UNP dengan metode fuzzy inference system model mamdani dengan memberships function tipe trapesium dan segitiga, langkah - langkah logika Fuzzy yaitunya dengan cara memetakan suatu ruangan input ke dalam suatu ruangan output. Dimana pada penentuan konsentrsi jurusan ini dibuat berdasarkan syarat- syarat dari jurusan 3 varaibel input yaitu, matematika teknik, fisika teknik, gambar teknik dan 1 variabel output yaitu, konsentrasi jurusan. fuzzyfikasi data dilakukan dengan 27 rule aturan fuzzy dan proses defuzzyfikasi weaght avarege, pengujian dari implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak matlab 7.1. serta dilakukan perhitungan manual pakar dan perhitungan FIS sebagai pembanding keakuratan hasil dari pengujian sistem. Hasil yang didapat bahwa Metode FIS dapat diterapkan sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan konsentrasi jurusan dengan rata rata perhitungan data sampel (10 data sampel) antara proses pakar dengan pengujian FIS sebesar 6.77, angka ini masih dalam parameter masing masing variabel output yang telah ditetapkan

Abstract

Most of people using the internet as a basic requirement tool in this job. A many applications has been grown up internet access especially. Recently, Internet access with use of hotspot is much popular. A Hotspot requirement did not longer a cable too much to be able share data. Since the Hotspot used signal. So at this point much liked cause of cheaper than a subscription Internet access on an individual ISP package. MikroTik RouterOS ™, a base Linux operating system intended as a network router. A Designing to provide convenience for users. Administration can be done through the Windows Application (Winbox). In addition to the installation can be done on a Standard PC (Personal Computer). PC that will be used as proxy router did not require substantial resources for the use of standards, for example, just as a gateway. For the purposes of a large load (complex networks, complex routing) are advised to consider the selection of adequate resource PC Based on the test results can be summarized as follows: The system can use a billing system that can regulate and restrict the clients to use the internet access in which all the parties in this case the client and the management there are no losers, in other words mutually beneficial.

Abstract

The computer is a machine that can be damaged in carrying out its functions. To provide such information, it takes knowledge of a computer expert. Expert system designed as a computer program, so the expert system program can provide information like a computer expert who always stand beside the computer itself. Method is by using backward chaining, expert system for computer do trace to retreat wet backward, starting from the hypothesis and then looking for evidence supporting or opposing. Expert system for computer damage will provide information and solutions to computer users on issues relating to damage the hardware computer quickly.

Abstract

Images fusion has been widely applied to imaging sensors for the purpose of resolution merge, image integration, and multi sensor data fusion. In image fusion, a low spatial resolution multispectral image is fused with a higher resolution panchromatic image to produce an image with higher spectral and spatial resolution. In this paper, we investigate the existing fusion methods based on visual ,spectral analyse and classification acuracy. The accuracy of classification result is assessed by means of the support vector machine based on radial basis function kernel. Comparing the performance of various fusion methods, it is shown that the Gram-Schmidt (GS) method yields the best accuracy, followed by the principal component analysis (PCA). The producer’s and user’s accuracies of the GS method are 91.8% and 91.1%, respectively, followed by 90.8% and 90.0% of the PCA method.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi PLC dan Scada telah banyak di aplikasikan di industri–industri besar maupun kecil, teknologi ini dapat membantu memudahkan pekerjaan–pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh industri untuk melancarkan proses produksi, dimana sebelumnya proses produksi lebih banyak di lakukan secara manual. Cooling Tower merupakan alat dari sebuah pabrik semen yang digunakan untuk mendinginkan material yang melewatinya dengan menyemprotkan air dengan percikan halus, dipabrik semen Cooling Tower sangat berguna sekali untuk mendapatkan temperatur kerja yang dibutuhkan dalam kelancaran proses produksi. Dengan menggunakan teknologi PLC dan Scada memungkinkan temperatur kerja Cooling Tower dapat diatur dan dikontrol sedemikian rupa sehingga memenuhi temperatur kerja yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Sistem informasi telah menjadi bagian yang sangat penting bagi semua institusi dan kalangan modern untuk saat ini. Dengan ketersediaan sistem informasi yang tepat, banyak keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Untuk menjaga jaringan informasi tetap stabil dan tersedia, diperlukan suatu sistem manajemen yang baik dan mampu mengatasi masalah yang terjadi. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi protokol SNMP untuk manajemen jaringan yang diimplementasikan langsung di Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Barat. Dalam operasionalnya, protokol SNMP ini dibantu dengan aplikasi The Dude yang dikembangkan oleh Mikrotik. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisa sistem diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem monitoring dan manajemen jaringan yang telah dirancang dapat berjalan dengan baik. Sistem yang dirancang dapat menampilkan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam memanajemen jaringan seperti tampilan peta topologi jaringan dan berbagai fitur lainnya. Serta dengan menambahkan fitur notifikasi email, penanganan terhadap masalah yang terjadi dapat lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional.

Abstract

Expansion of information technology through computers in all fields requiring a better handling, the counter emerging issues such as the fiesta Communica-checking balances and the amount and cost of media required for the supply of blank-blank and report of the transaction process. Therefore, to facilitate the transaction "Fiesta Communications' want to create a system that can facilitate both the sale and purchase transactions. To that end, the author makes a system that is really needed or in accordance with the desires of the counter "Communica Fiesta '. manufacturing applications using Visual Basic 6.0, MySQL, Navicat. and a software interface such as Mobile FBUS ActiveX 1.5. To make this application first author conducted the analysis consists of the old systems analysis, user needs analysis and feasibility analysis of the system. Application of pulse sales system makes it easy for owners counter "Communica Fiesta" in terms of checking balances, sales report creation and recording of purchase and sale transactions .

Abstract

Pasar Raya Padang is a trading business that provides a variety of Minangkabau’s wedding supplies and have many customers from various regions in the province of West Sumatra and off western Sumatera. Within a month, the number of buyers at the Syaf store bridal supplies more than 100 people. Meanwhile, in a terms of customer service, recording and processing of data items and sales reports are still using manual systems. In this research,the renewalof theold system tothe newsystem by making the Software Engineering for Minangkabau’s Traditional Bridal Supplies Sales Web-based programming language by using php and mysql 5.1.33 database. This study aims to develop an information system that can simplify Syaf shopkeepers to process data relating to the sale of Minangkabau’s Traditional wedding supplies. With the web-based sales system, it is capable for serving the needs of the customers to make a transaction in order to save time without having consumers come to the store. Meanwhile, side Syaf stores can sell goods online sale’s and manage sale’s data processing. In addition, Syaf Store’s website is equipped with charts and sales reports to facilitate Syaf Store to make a decisions fast and accurate.

Abstract

An Inventory System is a process to manage and find the items that function to obtain information about the existing stock of goods. In this this research focus in design inventory system automobile spare parts in CV Auto parts Toyota. The application was developed byt using Java and MySQL. With this system it will get easiness to obtain information about the existing inventory at the company.The use of the Inventory System has many shortcomings such as the duplication of data, due to the slow pace of factors both during the process of data entry, data retrieval and reporting processes. Overcome existing problems, then made an inventory system that can provide a solution in the management of spare part using Java applications so users work in the management of the inventory to be efficient and effective. In this design system and application, we get information stocks held in the storage of goods will become more efficient in terms of time and information obtained due to unnecessary check directly to the storage area.
