Abstract

Perwujudan otonomi masyarakat dalam suatu desa merupakan proses peningkatan kemampuan untuk berpartisipasi pasif dan aktif yang berjangka panjang perlu dicapai adalah 1. peningkatan pemanfataan teknologi informasi yang bernuangsa pada system inovasi desa dan daerah, 2. Menyumbangkan ide dan pemikiran yang logis dalam merumusakan peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, 3. melakukan perencanaan dan perumusan suatu strategi untuk memperkuat system inovasi desa dan daearah yang berbasis teknologi informasi SDM. Adapun pencapaian target yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1. memberikan pelatihan SDM untuk dapat merealisasi anggaran dana desa dalam bentuk format yang mudah dipahami, 2. keterbukaan pemerintah daerah dalam penggunaan dana desa secara transparansi berbasis teknologi informasi, 3. tata kelola keuangan desa maupun daearah secara efektif dan efesien dalam aplikasi yang dapat dimengerti. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai penelitian ini berupa 1. menganalisis sejauh mana transparansi penyaluran dan pengelolaan dana des melaluli data sekunder, hasil analisi ini dapat dijadikan acuan inovasi teknologi informasi yang actual, 2. mempersiapkan roadmap aplikasi berinovasi melalui perkembangan teknologi informasi. Adapun acuan kegiatan kerja yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini berupa 1. Agar pemerintah kabupaten sorong harus membuat pembaharuan yang berinovasi pada system teknologi informasi yang actual, 2. transparansi pemakaian dana desa yang dapat bisa diakses secara mudah dan pahami. 3. agar pemerintah daerah dapat mengembangkan inovasi teknologi yang dapat membantu mengawasi penyerapan anggaran dana desa yang transparansi, 4. membuat pelatihan SDM bagi setiap aparatur desa oleh pemerintah kabupaten sorong agar potensi kerja di desa dapat tercapai. Dalam penelitian ini data juga diperoleh dan didapatkan dari informan – informan melalui wawancara dengan responden dan dibuat dalam skema transkripsi wawancara yang actual sehingga mempermudah dalam melakaukan mengelolah data penelitian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik bagi pemerintah daerah kabupaten Sorong maupun desa sebagai penerimaan dana desa sebab semua ini untuk diperuntukkan bagi masayakarat Papua. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah metode deskritif kualitatif, berupa hasil wawancara dan transkrip responden.

Abstract

The administrative financial data processing management system at SMP N 17 Semarang is carried out by students coming directly to pay to the Administration, because the use of 1 existing computer facility in the Principal's room and 3 computer facilities in the Administration room makes payment data recorded in a book. big. The data used in SMP N 17 Semarang still uses manual recording or bookkeeping, which can result in errors in recording payments with the same student's name, data easily lost or torn. The Grounded Research method is expected to be able to produce quality management information to support management policies. In addition, with good management of administrative activities, it is hoped that it will be able to provide comfort for students and parents of guardians in making transactions. To anticipate the occurrence of tuition payment services that are slow, not fast and inaccurate due to the large number of student payments. Seeing the duties and functions that must be carried out by administrative officers of SMP N 17 Semarang to hold a School Information system, the authors built a School Management Information System as an alternative to make it easier for administrative officers to input new student admissions, student data collection and tuition payments. which is in SMP N 17 Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) before and after obtaining financing (Case Study on UMKM, Aimas District, Sorong Regency). This research is a development of the results of previous author's dedication to the same subject, namely the fundamental problem of a lack of capital and access to capital sources is very difficult. This type of research is comparative research. The sample of this research is MSME actors who have received financing from both financial institutions, cooperatives, local governments, and other non-bank financial institutions for about 1 year. Data analysis to be carried out is the normality test and the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that of all the indicators studied, namely business capital, sales turnover, profit, labor, business branches, production / sales capacity and the number of customers using the Wilcoxon sign test showed that the indicators of business capital and the number of customers had significant differences before and after obtaining financing, while other indicators, namely sales turnover, profit, manpower, business branches, and production / sales capacity do not have a significant difference.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has not been career choice for freshgraduates in Indonesia. Entrepreneurial intention need to be increased to help solving the problem of unemployment in society and to increase the country's economic growth. The factors that influence entrepreneurial intention are university environment and support also relational support. University environment and support refers to the effort of university in increasing students’ entrepreneurial intention through educational support and cognitive support. Relational support refers to the approval and support from the family, friend, and people around to involve in entrepreneurial activity. This study aims to determine the influence of university environment and support and relational support to the entrepreneurial intention. The sampling technique that is used is accidental sampling, result the total sample of 204 peoples.. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the the university environment and support and the relational support influence entrepreneurial intentions of students significantly

Abstract

Information regarding the availability of marine fish cultivation products is important for related business actors because availability will affect prices and the sustainability of the business that is being carried out, one of which is a culinary business that requires a supply of marine fish. In addition, suppliers are also required to be able to meet and balance supply and market needs so that market prices can be maintained stable. The most basic problem is that the order or request process made by business people still requires coming directly to the place to place fish orders. In addition, the availability of fish is not necessarily sufficient. This of course will require a lot of time in the process of ordering or requests made by culinary business people with suppliers. Another problem occurs with suppliers, namely when the harvest from fish farming is ready for harvest, the supplier must also be able to offer it to parties who need fish supplies. The purpose of this study is to design and build a supply and demand system for web-based marine fish cultivation products so that it is expected to facilitate the process of demand and supply of marine fish cultivation products. The method used to analyze the requirements / needs in this study is structured analysis so that the design results are obtained according to user needs.

Abstract

Sales are the main activity to generate profits. Sales and recording procedures that are good and according to company needs can be carried out with a sales accounting system. Cash sales and cash receipts are very important in an agency, because cash is an important asset. In recording sales and cash receipts, this agency still uses manuals. This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating sales and cash receipts. With this cash sales and cash receipt information system, it is hoped that the procurement, sales planning and supervision will be carried out very well. besides that, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

Abstract

Abstract In this study that was used as the object of research in classifying red wine based on the quality influenced by each red wine or red wine based on the content of each type of wine, from each attribute containing the composition in the wine seen which attributes most affect the quality of red wine, so that it will be known ingridents that can improve the quality of the wine, in this study was carried out by the application of Machine learning by comparing three algorithms of mining data that is , Decission Tree, Random Forest and Support Vector Machine (SVM), from the results of research that has been done by comparing the three algorithms, Random Forest produced the best accuracy among other algorithms that have been tested. Random Forest with accuracy results of 0.7468 makes this algorithm best used to classify the quality of red wine. And in the second order Decission Tree with accuracy results of 0.7031, while Support Vector Machine (SVM) get an accuracy result of 0.65. So in the research that has been done to classify the quality of red wine based on its composition Random Forest becomes the best algorithm to use..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis strategi bisnis di Era Normal Normal yang diterapkan oleh Beby's Coffee. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknees, Opportunity, dan Threat). Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik purposive sampling pada pemilik usaha, karyawan, pengunjung Beby's Coffee. Hasilnya kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan oleh Beby's Coffee menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis di Era New Normal ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan seimbang di tengah banyaknya pesaing. Dengan adanya kompetitor tersebut, menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para pemilik usaha untuk menciptakan inovasi guna mengembangkan usahanya. Di tengah Era Normal Normal ini, Beby's Coffee terus melakukan inovasi terbaru dengan membuat produk “Kopi Seliter” untuk meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen.

Abstract

With the increasing development of technology the more variety of books circulating on the internet. As is the recommendation system on online book sites that provide books relevantly and as needed with one's preferences. One alternative is GoodReads, a social networking site that specializes in cataloging books and users can share reading book recommendations with each other by rating, reviewing, and commenting. As a large book recommendation site, it has a lot of data that can be processed by applying machine learning methods, but still not known as the most accurate model. By using the right model, we can provide more accurate recommendations. Therefore, this study will analyze the data obtained from the www.kaggle.com namely the goodreads-books dataset. This study proposed a data mining classification model to get the best model in recommending books on GoodReads. The algorithms used are Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, and Support Vector Classifier, then for model evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, confusion matrix, AUC, and Mean Error Absolute. The test results of several classification algorithms found that Decision Tree has the highest accuracy among the methods presented by 99.95%, precision by 100%, recall by 96%, f1-score of 98% with MAE of 0.05 and AUC of 99.96%. This is proof that decision tree algorithms can be used as book recommendations based on book categories on GoodReads.

Abstract

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.
