Abstract

Background: The incidence of pneumonia in sufferers being treated in the ICU is one form of nosocomial infections. VAP is one of the founders of factors of complications from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). VAP incidence figures can be reduced by having the care oral hygiene is good and correct. oral hygiene solution Clorhexidin 0.2% effective in preventing colonization of Staphylococcus Aureus. Research objectives: knowing the difference of Oral hygiene by using Chlorhexidine 0.2% 0.9% Nacl and to prevent the occurrence of Ventilator Associated Infection (VAP) in patients hospitalized in ICU Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten.  Research methods: the research was included in a quasi experiment design or artificial treatment with non equivalent control group design. Engineering samples are non probability sampling with technical purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using Paried test T test. Results of research: Characteristics of respondents ages 41-60-year-old as much as 9 (64,3%) respondents. Diagnosis of the disease the patient Post Craniotomy Operation by as much as 5 (35.7%) respondents. The male gender as much as 9 (64.3S%) of the respondents. The difference in Oral Hygiene use Clorhexidine obtained results VAP the value of p = 0.023 and because p < 0.05 0.05 then the Ha  accepted and Ho is rejected.   Conclusion: There is a significant difference between the oral hygiene of events VAP value mean different 1.428 oral hygiene means using Clorhexidine was able to lower the incidence of VAP figure 1.428 versus oral hygiene using Nacl 0.9%.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most chronic diseases experienced by many people in the world. Diabetes Mellitus ranks fourth leading cause of death in the develop countries. Diabetes can cause to complications of acute and chronic complications. DSME is a process gives knowledge to patients about application of self care strategies independently to optimize metabolic control, prevent complications and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus.The research was a qualitative with action research design that consisted of 3 cycles, each cycle consist of a plan, action, observation and reflection. Participants in this study are five people with type 2 diabetes who do outpatient at Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten Hospital were taken based on inclusion and exclusion criteria have been determined. Independent variables: application of Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME), while the dependent variable in this study is the physical and psychological dimensions of quality of life. The first cycle of checking the physical and psychological dimensions of quality of life before and then continued Diabetes Self Management Education. The second cycle of checking the physical dimensions of quality of life after Diabetes Self Management Education training. The third cycle of checking the psychological dimensions of quality of life after Diabetes Self Management Education    training. The results showed changes of quality of life in the physical and psychological dimensions after Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) training. The changes in the physical dimension include increased of energy balance, increased of sleep activity, increased of physical activity, improved of physical comfort and increased of self health management. While changes in the psychological dimension among others include adaptive coping respons, positive feelings, decrease negative feeling, self acceptance, and an increase of religious spirituality. The conclusion of this study is there is an increase of quality of life in outpatients with type 2 diabetes at Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten Hospital after DSME training.

Abstract

Background: In the Basic Law Number 36 Year 2009 on Health affirmed that everyone has equal rights in access between resources in health and health services that are safe, quality, and affordable. Social Security Agency has been regulated by Law No. 24 of 2011 on the Social Security Agency (BPJS) consisting of BPJS Health and BPJS Employment, implementation starting from 1 January 2014. The program, hereinafter referred to as the National Health Insurance program (Permenkes RI No. 28, 2014). Objective: To evaluate the use of the National Health Insurance program in the village Klepu, Ceper, Klaten. Methods: This study uses research methods of evaluation (evaluation study) with a mixed methodedesign. The population in this study is the head of a family in the village of Klaten Ceper Klepu consists of 855 heads of families with a target population of the National Health Insurance program participants as much as 400 households obtained 200 samples using a sampling technique Simple Random Sampling models. Results: The evaluation of the use of the National Health Insurance program in the village Klepu, Ceper, Klaten with a value of 73% both categories. The membership of the National Health Insurance program with a value of 69% of participants Beneficiary Contribution (PBI). The use of the National Health Insurance program with a value of 100% pertained use. Barriers for implementation of the National Health Insurance program with a value of 92% is still classified as experiencing barriers for the implementation of the National Health Insurance program. Conclusions: The use of the National Health Insurance program with a value of 73% fall into either category.

Abstract

Background: Pregnant women also need vitamins and minerals in accordance with the needs of the body to optimal fetal development takes place. In addition to the fe tablet and MMN also serves for the formation of hemoglobin levels, to prevent anemia, to improve maternal health during pregnancy, childbirth and after childbirth. Research Purposes: Hemoglobin levels of pregnant women who consume tablets that consume Fe and MMN in health centers Bayat and health centers Ngawen Research Methods: This study used quantitative descriptive, cross sectional .populasi taken is 21 third trimester pregnant women in the antenatal health centers and health centers Bayat Ngawen 30 pregnant women who consume Fe, so the total 51 maternal hamil. Teknik purposive sampling with data analysis using frequency distribution. Research Results: Respondents mostly aged 20-35 years old, high school education, occupation housewife and mother parity is largely primipara. hemoglobin levels in pregnant women who consume tablets Fe and MMN majority with hemoglobin levels 11gr% Conclusion: Hemoglobin levels in pregnant women who consume the majority of tablet Fe with hemoglobin levels 11gr%. Hemoglobin levels in pregnant women who consume the majority MMN with hemoglobin levels 11gr%.

Abstract

Background: Personality or behavior (personal social), namely the aspects related to the ability to independently, socialize and interact with the environment, Knowing and understanding child development will create an environment and play while learning process comfortable (favorable), the child can develop optimally. self-care or self-hygiene. Objective: This study aims to find out the difference between Kindergarten Social Personal and Daycare in Early Childhood Education (ECD) TKIT Insan Harapan Kebonan, Ngawen, Klaten. Research methods: Study comperative research with cross sectional approach, the population is taken all children kindergarten and 4-5 years old landfill in Early Childhood Education (ECD) TKIT Insan Harapan Kebonan Ngawen Klaten as many 93 children and semple as many 56, the research instrument using the checklist according to the Denver Development Stress Test (DDST). Research result: From there the characteristics of respondents aged 4-5 years are normal social personal (N) as many as 36 children (64.4%) and 8 children (14.3%) had development of suspect (s) and 1 child (1.8 %) which can not be tested or failed (T) last child in a normal landfill development (N) 11 children (19.6%). Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the Social Personal Kindergarten Children between Daycare in Early Childhood Education (ECD) TKIT Insan Harapan Kebonan Ngawen Klaten, with the result t=-1.553 and p=0.126 (p>0,05) So, Ho will be accept and Ha will be ignore.

Abstract

Background: Coverage DPT1 and HB1 in Klaten regencyin 2013 some 17 947 (101.6%), coverage of DPT3 + HB3 there are 18 264 (103.4%). DO Drop out or full immunizationin Klaten regencyin 2013 amounted to -2.6%. Research Objectives: to know the phenomenon of the description of the level of knowledge of mothers about infant pentavalent immunization. Research Methods: This study is a qualitative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The population in this study are all mothers with infants aged 2-4 month sin by ± 38 informants. Sampling Quota sampling with a number of 14 informants. Research Results: The knowledge of mothers about infant pentavalent immunization. in-depth interviews of high category (25,0%), moderate (25,0%), low (50,0%), knowledge of mothers about the benefits of immunization pentavalent low categorized (83.3%), low categorized pentavalent immunization schedule (33.3%), concomitant effects after being given a pentavalent immunization categorized high (83.3%). Conclusion: Description of the level of knowledge of mothers about infant immunization with pentavalent low category (83.3%).

Abstract

Background: The rate of nosokomial infection in soe countries are between 3,3% to 9,2%, its means that some percents of the patients are infected with nosokomial infection and it could happen chronically and acutely. The Objective: To know the description of midwife knowledge to the infection control program at Pandan Arang Hospital Boyolali Method Of The Study: This is a qualitative research using cross sectional approach. The populations of the research are all midwifes which consist of 30 midwifes. Result: The description of midwife knowledge to the infection control program 17 (56,7%) (less), the definition 30 (100%) (good), the hand cleaness 16 (53,3% ) (less), the body protector 26 (86,7%) (good), desinfection 30 (100%) (exactly), the waste processing is 17 (56,7%) (less), the environment cleansing 17 (56,7%) (exactly), the health staff 17 (56,7%) (exactly), the respiration hygiene 26 (86,7%) (exactly), how to do the injection safety 26 (86,7%) (good), lumbal punksi 29 (96,7%) (exactly). Conclusion: The description of midwife knowledge to the infection control program 17 (56,7%) (less).

Abstract

Background: Development of comunity nutritional status can be monitored based on the recording and reporting (RR) of public nutrion improvement program which is reflected in the result of a babies weigh every month in ihc . in 2013 the total of children under five that weighed as much as 67,766 (77,8%) of the 87,072 children under five. Tended to decline compared in 2012 which covors 81,1%. Purpose: To decribe the mothers knowledge about the benefit of babies weigh routinely in jambakan village, bayat district , klaten regency. Method: This reseach is qualitive descriptive reseach with cross sectional approach . the population in the reseach are all mother have bables 0-12 month in jambakan village, bayat district, klaten regency by 39 informants. Technique of sampling used quota sampling with is informant instrument in the research are guidelines for focus gruop , interview, questionnaire. Result: The mothers knowledge about of benefit of babies weigh routinely in jambakan village, bayat district,klaten regency in interview with good category (0%), enough category (40%), bad category (60%). mothers knowledge about the benefit of babies weigh in bad category (50%), concern mothers to bebies weigh rotnely in good category (100%). Conclusion: The description of mothers knowledge about the benefit of bebies weigh routinely with bad category (50%).

Abstract

Background: Autistic is a developmental disorder that affects some aspects of how children see the world and how to learn through experience. Children with autistic disorder usually less able to feel the social contact. Children with autism tend to be aloof and avoid contact with the surrounding environment. One method that is famous for teaching behavioral therapy is applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy use a system that gives special training in children by providing positive reinforcement (reward / praise). Purpose: To determine the influence of ABA methods to social interaction skills of children with autism. Methods: Type of this research to be conducted in this study were pre-experimental research. With One group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were students from kindergarten to elementary school classes in the School of Autism BinaAnggita Yogyakarta as many as 10 children. This study uses total sampling technique. Respondent data collected using observation sheet ATEC. Analysis of the data used is using a paired t-test. Results: The results of this study are significant infuence that ABA therapy has an effect on the ability to interact socially autistic children. With the result that sig is 0,001 <0,05. Based on these results it is concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

Background: Program the gift ASI do not always go well one of constraint is decrease it produce the ASI. Some factor influencing efficacy produce the ASI of Asupan gizi, food, emotion, physiology, intrauterine device influence. Between above factor of asupan gizi mother very having an in with of efficacy produce the ASI. One of well-balanced gizi during suckling with consuming vegetable vegetable. From some the vegetable of leaf katuk trusted and have is often used by a society to increase volume ASI. Leaf of Katuk containing of is existence of polifenol and steroid which playing a part in of reflek prolaktin to produce the ASI and also can stimulate the hormone oksitosin. Pursuant to data obtained from profile of health of provinsi of Central Java in the year 2010 showing coverage ASI only about 37,18 % from totalizeing baby amount that is 488.495. Research Purposes: To know is there any influence of asupan of fresh leaf katuk juice to volume ASI of at mother suckle in Countryside of Council of Ketaon Banyudono Boyolali Research Method: This Research use the method of research of kuasi eksprerimen (Experiment Pre) where Variable independent in this research is asupan of fresh leaf katuk juice and Variable dependent in this research is volume ASI of at mother suckle the moment of dropsy temperature. Sampel taken by as much 26 respondek with the total technique of sampling. Data obtained to be analysed to use the statistical test of T-Test. Research Result: Statistical Test of t-test got by result of volume ASI of before, moment, pasca treatment assess = 0,000 (ρ<0,05) with the level signifikansi 5%. Conclusion: There is influence of fresh leaf katuk juice to volume ASI of at mother suckle the moment of dropsy temperature. With the value = 0,000 (ρ<0,05) hence Ho refused and is Ha accepted.
