Abstract

Background: The Hospital of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is a hospital that has an Islamic background. Based on the writers observation that was made on March 2, 2011 at the inpatient RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, in getting that there are many patients who should be treated in the inpatient section contained three classes of complexity in it, both in terms of economic and social class. This is a challenge for nurses in the hospitalization. Based on the results of interviews with staff personnel at the hospital found that PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta there are regular activities for the employees of lectures every Wednesday and Saturday. For employees with years of service 15, 20, 25 and 30 years there is also a reward that is usually given on special milad hospital. This is part of organizational culture in hospitals. Based on the above, the author wants to examine the relationship of organizational culture with organizational commitment of nurse inpatient section class II and III hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Methods: This study was an analytical cross sectional study design. Hypothesis test used was kendalls tau correlation. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Instrument in the study is a questionnaire. Results: Based on bivariate analysis of organizational culture with the organizational commitment, obtained P value 0.008 < ? 0.05, for the analysis of bivariate sub variable the demand of work, interpersonal relations, support work and the physical work environment with a organizational commitment the obtained the P value in a row 0.016, 0.024, 0.041, 0.044 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship of organizational culture and its sub-variables with organizational commitment of nurse-inpatient section class II and III hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship of organizational culture and sub variable the demand of work, interpersonal relations, support of work and the physical work environment with organizational commitment of nurs-inpatient section class II and III hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Abstract

Background: Vegetables can be eaten whole or in part in fresh or raw (fresh vegetables) or cooked. Vegetables is beneficial for health because they contain relatively high nutritional vita-mins and minerals, one of which is cabbage or cabbage. Cabbage has dicucipun may still con-tain pests and diseases, such as nematodes. Due to poor washing. In Indonesia, the nematode intestine is still a public health problem is Ascaris lumbricoides, hookworm and Trichuris trichi-ura. Soil, vegetables and water is an important transmission media, a growing number of eggs found in the sources of contamination (vegetable, soil, etc.) will be accompanied by an increase in the degree of endemics. Advanced Research goal is to look at the relationship between the behavior of washing vegetables with intestinal nematode egg contamination in vegetable cab-bage merchant in the Village of catfish pecel Warungboto city of Yogyakarta. This study has the benefit of policy – making in disease eradication wormy and add information that is consumed raw vegetables can infect humans through the intestinal nematode egss Atlanta. Methods: The study was observational analytic study with cross sectional research design. Washing behavior obtained by direct observation to guide traders with check list. Vegetable sprouts are used as raw vegetables (vegetables) contained on the merchant pecel Warungboto catfish in the Village of Yogyakarta. Wash solution for the deposition of intestinal nematode eggs used was 0.2% NaOH solution. Examination conducted by using techniques of direct ex-amination and then examined under a microscope. Data examination of the behavior of the cabbage and wash vegetables presence or absence of intestinal nematode eggs, species of intestinal nematode eggs. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square analysis. Examination results: The results of this examination showed that of 26 respondents found 16 respondents (61.5%) had not properly washing vegetables and 10 respondents (38.5%) had a good washing vegetables. Bivariate analysis for the behavioral relationship with the intestinal nematode egg contamination in vegetable cabbage is a value sig = 0.35 is greater than the value of alpha (? = 0.05) and RP = 3.125 (95% CI: 0.424 to 23.007). Conclusion: There were no relationship between the behavior of washing vegetables with egg contamination in vegetable cabbage worms in the shop pecel catfish Yogyakarta Village Wa-rungboto 2011. Abstract

Background: Investment is basically an effort of investing resources (capital) in business. The radiology unit in Rajawali Citra Hospital is cooperatively performed by the third party or an investment from the third party. The investment of the radiology tools has been performed for more than 5 years, yet a reliability study from the investment has been conducted. This study aimed at assessing the reliability of developing the investment of radiology tools in Rajawali Citra Hospital over 5 years Method: This study is a study with descriptive analysis method in quantitative and qualitative approach without using hypothesis. The subject of the study is parts of finance, radiology unit and medical support and financial balance of radiology in 2007 – 2011. The technique of data collection was interview and documentation of financial balance of the radiology unit. The data analysis was done descriptively by applying quantitative and qualitative analysis approach. Result: The result of the study from the financial aspect indicated that payback period (3 years) 327 was quicker than the economical value of the tools (5 years), NPV = Rp 5,252,878.3 investment was accepted because it resulted positive value, ARR = 150% investment was accepted because it provided more advantage than which has specified 100%, IRR = 15,2% investment was accepted because the result was more than the interest (10%), PI = 1,10 the investment was accepted because the result was more than 1. Conclusion: From the whole aspect in the reliability assessment of the investment such as market aspect, technology, law, management and financial resulted in positive value to the investment development of the radiology tools. Abstract

The purpose of this study 1. To find out the behavior, situation and condition of aggressive children and the environment. 2. Determining appropriate interventions and programs as needed. 3. How the application of child management training program in order to reduce ag-gressive behavior. The subject is the childs parents, community leaders and the surrounding communities. Qualitative research method is a method by observation and in-depth interviews and training approach using the method of Albert Banduras social learning to use the principle of modeling (modeling transfer) will provide many opportunities for trainees to learn to be a figure / model that would be an example of children as aggressive efforts to educate children in the neighbor-hood core. The final results are expected in the end the participants know and be aware of the situa-tion, the childs condition and its surroundings and be able to implement training programs pro-vided to deal with children effectively in reducing aggressive behaviors of children. Abstract

Background: Malaria was a problem in tropical countries including Indonesia. Purworejo regency lay on Central Java Province is a low malaria endemic area but in the end of year 2010 outbreak occurred. Malaria influenced by behavior, social economic condition include the population density. Objective: To determine the relationship between malaria incidence and population density using GIS tool (spatial statistic). Methods: This type of study is analytic research with GIS as tool analysis. Sample time frame is Nov 2010-March 2011 and the unit research for population density is village. Results: Majority Village in Purworejo categorized in low population density. Malaria incidence at Nov 2010-March 2011 lay on the village with low population density. Result of Spatial statistic (using Geoda) spatially weighted regression shows that no relationship between malaria incidence and population density, z value = -0,800; p= 0,432 (p > 0, 05) Conclusion: There was no relationship between malaria incidence and population density (spatial statistic using Geoda). Abstract

Background :Nutrition education is very important given since entering primary school for chil-dren have good nutrition knowledge level. The level of nutrition knowledge a person will influ-ence the attitudes and behavior in selecting foods that will ultimately affect the nutritional state of the individual concerned. Nutrition pocket book is one of the methods of health education in the form of print media that can provide information about nutrition and to increase nutrition knowledge in children, with increased knowledge of nutrition is expected to prevent diseases caused by malnutrition. This study aims to determine the effect of nutrition on the pocket book on child nutrition knowledge level of grade 5 elementary school Muhammadiyah Dadapan Vil-lage District Wonokerto Turi Sleman Yogyakarta Method: Type of research is quasi Exsperiment with pre test and post test one group design. The samples were grade 5 students Muhammadiyah Dadapan Village Elementary School Dis-trict Wonokerto Turi Sleman Yogyakarta, which numbered 30 students, using primary data. Measurement of knowledge conducted using questionnaires before and after the pocket book. Data analysis using Paired Sample T-Test Results: There is increased knowledge about nutrition in children 5th grade elementary school Muhammadiyah Dadapan Village District Wonokerto Turi Sleman Yogyakarta with an average value, it is known that the mean value before it is given a pocket book and the mean is given after each pocket book for 71.33 and 91.07. Mean shows the average difference before and after the administration of a paperback book. Significant value Sig (2-tailed) (0.000) <0025 and 95% Confidence interval -22.820 <1> -16.646 (does not include item 1). The probability or pos-sibility of true hypotheses is small so Ho is rejected, it states that there is a difference of mean between before and after given a pocket book, pocket book on nutrition so that gives the effect of nutrition knowledge of elementary school children grades 5 Muhammadiyah Dadapan Wonokerto In the village of Turi Sleman District, Yogyakarta. Conclusion: The Pocket Book of Nutrition have a significant influence on the increased knowl-edge of nutrition in children 5th grade elementary school Muhammadiyah Village Dadapan Wonokerto Turi Sleman District, Yogyakarta. Abstract

Background: human reseources needed in hospitals provide care to the patient, the nurse workforce. The nurse was human resources that occupy the top in terms of the number of order thoughout the hospital. One the problems in worked on each worker that was exhausted. Problems in work can effect the level of performance of a worker. With the performance assessment we can know the performance levels that are generated on each worker in the work. Methods: this study used methods of observastional analytic cross-sectional approach with cross. Technique sampling used totally sampling, the sampling as a whole to serve as responder research. Data obtaind from the questionnaire the conducted analysis of chi-square with a 95% level of value (p<0,05). Results: based on results of research is the relationship between the fatigue of work performance wiyh the result 0,038” or value p the Ho<0.05 Ha was rejected and accepted, than there is a significant relationship between the fatigue of work performance. Magnitude of the relationship of two variables is 2,26%. Relationship between the fatigue of work with high performance was not good, but on a very meaningful work fatigue experienced low relationship that is less meaningful because, get results with low fatigue performance are not good. The level of errors in the generate 1,441. Conclucions: (a) there was a significant relationship between the fatigue performances of working with nurses in the inpatient ward. (b) A high work fatigue more dominant has a relationship to the performance of the nurse. Keyword: job burnout, performance, Nurses
