Background :”Agung Saputra Tex” constitute industrialist weaving. In “Agung Saputra Tex”Piyungan Bantul, there are some dangerous environmental risks factors which potentially in theweaving. Workers who do their activities in area whoes high noise intensity will suffer bloodpressure decrese. This research aimed to know: (1) the correlations between old age with bloodpreassure; (2) the correlations between working time with blood pressure; and (3) thecorrelations between body mass index (BMI) with blood pressure.Method : This was an observational research using cross sectional design. The population ofthis research was the worker of the weaving department. The subject were 25 workers. Theanalysis of data used bivariate correlations with pearson method. Results : The correlations showed that : (1) there was a significant correlation between old agewith systole blood pressure (r: 0,580 with p: 0,002) and a significant correlation between old agewith diastole blood pressure (r: 0,516 with p: 0,008) in the weaving “Agung Saputra Tex”Piyungan Bantul; (2) there was a very significant correlation between working time with systoleblood pressure (r: 0,850 with p: 0,000) and a very significant correlation between working timewith diastole blood pressure (r: 0,646 with p: 0,000) in the weaving “Agung Saputra Tex”Piyungan bantul; and (3) there was an ad for significant correlation between BMI with systoleblood pressure (r: 0,474 with p: 0,017) and a significant correlation between BMI with diastoleblood pressure (r: 0,397 with p: 0,049) in the weaving “Agung Saputra Tex” Piyungan Bantul. Conclusion : old age, working time, and body mass index are have a significant correlation withblood pressure decrease at the workers than often hit of noise in their working environment.Keyword: old age, working time, body mass index, blood pressure, systole, dyastole.

Abstract

Background  : Vegetables can be eaten by fully or in portion on fresh condition (lalapan) or in be cooked. Fresh vegetables (lalapan) useful for the healthy of our bodies caused have good nutrition that relative high in vitamine and mineral shape, and one kind of that’s vegetables is cabbage or kol. Cabbage which have been cleaned may still find the germs agent for example is the intestinal nematode. In Indonesia, intestinal nematode remain caused the serious public health problem, are Ascaris lumbricoides, hook worm and Trichuris trichiura. Soil, vegetables and water are the important one of the transmission way of the eggs of intestinal nematode, if there found many eggs of intestinal nematodes on the contamination sources (like vegetables, soil and the others) automatically will followed with the increasing of endemic degree.Method  : This was descriptive qualitative research using laboratory enclosed. The cabbage that are used for examination materials, cabbage that usually use on food court especially pedestrian food court (warung makan lesehan) which sold on the midle of the city Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. To make sediment of the eggs of intestinal nematode is used NaOH 0,2% solution as detergent solution. The practice of this exam use sedimentation technique and than be checked the diagnosting on microscope. The result of data that shown on therefore any contamination or yet the eggs of intestinal nematode, the kind of species of intestinal nematode and infective stage of those species. Data will be analyzed in descriptive qualitative statistic and been shown on table and chart.Result: The result of this research showed that there any contamination of the eggs of intestinal nematode from the cabbage (Brassica oleracea) that was been analyzed (38,89%), for the species of the eggs of intestinal nematode that shown positive samples are found Ascaris lumbricoides (50%), hook worm (12,5%) and Trichuris trichiura (37,5%). The infective stage that known is only one kind of infective stage that is an infective stage from Ascaris lumbricoides egg.  Conclution: There was any contamination of the eggs of intestinal nematode on the cabbage (Brassica oleracea) that used for fresh vegetable menu (lalapan) on pedestrian food court in the midle of the city Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. The main purpose of medical records is as evidence of disease progression and treatment of patients who have been granted, means of communication among the health workers who provide parawatan to the patient, the source of information for research and education, as well as the source of the data collection of health statistics (WHO, 2002). The primary responsibility will be the completeness of medical records lies in the responsible physician treat the patient. In previous studies, there is still a problem in the charging file medical records of inpatients who sometimes can not be filled by a physician. The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of the incompleteness of filling the patients medical record file PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta. Methods: This was a non-experimental research qualitative methods. This study used cross-sectional study design. The population in this study is to file medical records. The sample in this study is an incomplete file fill in May 2010. Respondents in this research are specialists, doctors who served in internal medicine ward, and medical records officers. Tested the validity of qualitative data through triangulation techniques. Results: The percentage of incompleteness of medical records file charging Disease Section PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta is 40.43%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Background: Banjarnegara district is an area prone to landslides. Current disaster management system landslide is not yet available, while for mapping landslide area already exists, but in the form of a conventional map. As a result, the information is static, difficult updated and does not provide a lot of information that people need because it is not accessible by the public.Metode yang Methods : Using sequential linear methods (waterfall) include systems analysis and design stages of the system. In the analysis of the classification system is to determine user needs and specifications. In system design includes the design DFD to model the process, ERD to model the data, as well as interface design (prototype). Results : This research yield the system requirements specification, design and prototyping process DFD. The features of which include mapping of landslide-prone areas, mitigation and disaster management. System is equipped with an early warning activities to deliver information in the form of results predicted weather/climate. Abstract

Background: To provide a quality service to the customer (patient) needs to be a measure of the quality of existing services, covering five dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles  in order to create a patient satisfaction. To determine the level of quality, can be measured from the expectations and perceptions of customers (patients). Method: Using the Service Quality (Servqual) method integrated in the Fuzzy. Fuzzy Servqual method  is the instrument to measure the service quality between costumer’s (as patient) expectation and costumer’s (as patient) perception. Fuzzy set theory to accomode subjectivity and ambiguity on quality service judgement. Conclusion: Using the method acquired Fuzzy Sevqual five attributes / criteria that are a priority for improved quality of services because it has a value of Servqual (Gap) weighted the most. Attributes that are Facilities provided incomplete and inadequate with a value of -1.417 servqual, for the second order The equipment used not using the latest technology (advanced) of -1.313, which is third on The officer has not been attentive to treat patients  with a value of -1.250 servqual, for the fourth and final fifth Handling of complaints and Non-radiology is not convenient  of -1.146. Where three of the above criteria is of dimension Tangibles, so the main priority to be repaired and improved quality of care is of the dimension Tangibles with a total score of -1.161.The quality of service in the Installation of Radiology of the overall gap calculation results show a negative gap value is -0.961, meaning what is expected according to what the customer has not obtained the customer at the Hospital Radiology Installation Panembahan Senopati Bantul.   Keywords: Installing Panembahan Senopati Bantul District Hospital Radiology, Fuzzy, Servqual Gap, Fuzzy-Servqual, Quality service.
