Abstract

Absract Background: SP2TP is to meet the needs of administration at the higher level in order to develop, determine policies and utilized by health centers to improve efforts of health centers, through planning, mobilization, execution, monitoring, control and assessment. Based on the results of the initial survey SP2TP in Dompu has not been maximal. Therefore it is necessary to study the system of integrated recording and reporting of health centers (SP2TP) in the area of health services in Dompu Regency. Methods: This research is a qualitative descriptive located in all district health centers in Dompu Regency. Data was collected through interviews with the study subjects of ten people in the board of integrated recording and reporting system of health centers in each health center and health department. Results: The study results indicated that the reporting was still done manually; it still focused on disease patterns and the most 10 diseases. The submitted report was incomplete because there was no coordination, guiding book, difficult transportation, electrical disturb, Feedback was given orally. In terms of data quality SP2TP was still low. This was proven by the low completeness and timeliness for report delivery. While the use of data and information was still focused on the annual profiling. Conclusion: the difficult accessibility of health centers with the Health Service made report shipping incomplete and not timely. Keywords: System reporting, system recording, SP2TP

Abstract

Abstract

Background: Public places such as public baths and swimming pools are used as a gathering place by many people have potency to be a medium of disease transmission. Direct contact among visitors can transmit disease germs from one to the other visitors. Moreover, the contact can be a deployment medium of a disease. This study aimed to determine the relationship between chlorine residue with the complaints of skin and eye irritations of swimmingpool users in Yogyakarta hotels. Methods: The research was an observational analytic study by using cross sectional design. Sampling of the research uses systematic random sampling and consists of 48 respondents. Research tools used are questionnaires and laboratory tests. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis with a statistical test ChiSquare (X2). Results: Results of the study showed that 28 respondents (58.3%) have complaints and 20 respondents (41.7%) do not have complaints. From six water samples taken from swimming pool, 4 samples (66.7%) do not qualify and 2 samples (33.3%) are eligible. Bivariate analysis found that there was a significant relationship between chlorine residue with the complaints of skin and eye irritations of swimming pool users in Yogyakarta hotels (p = 0.038) smaller than alpha (? = 0.05), RP = 1,83.                                                                                             Conclusion: There was a relationship between residual chlorine with the complaints of skin and eye irritations of swimming pool users in Yogyakarta hotels.   Keywords: Chlorine Residue, Skin and eye irritation complaints, Swimming Pool

Abstract

Background: To provide a quality service to the customer (patient) needs to be a measure of the quality of existing services, covering five dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles  in order to create a patient satisfaction. To determine the level of quality, can be measured from the expectations and perceptions of customers (patients). Method: Using the Service Quality (Servqual) method integrated in the Fuzzy. Fuzzy Servqual method  is the instrument to measure the service quality between costumer’s (as patient) expectation and costumer’s (as patient) perception. Fuzzy set theory to accomode subjectivity and ambiguity on quality service judgement. Conclusion: Using the method acquired Fuzzy Sevqual five attributes / criteria that are a priority for improved quality of services because it has a value of Servqual (Gap) weighted the most. Attributes that are Facilities provided incomplete and inadequate with a value of -1.417 servqual, for the second order The equipment used not using the latest technology (advanced) of -1.313, which is third on The officer has not been attentive to treat patients  with a value of -1.250 servqual, for the fourth and final fifth Handling of complaints and Non-radiology is not convenient  of -1.146. Where three of the above criteria is of dimension Tangibles, so the main priority to be repaired and improved quality of care is of the dimension Tangibles with a total score of -1.161.The quality of service in the Installation of Radiology of the overall gap calculation results show a negative gap value is -0.961, meaning what is expected according to what the customer has not obtained the customer at the Hospital Radiology Installation Panembahan Senopati Bantul.   Keywords: Installing Panembahan Senopati Bantul District Hospital Radiology, Fuzzy, Servqual Gap, Fuzzy-Servqual, Quality service.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Background: Banjarnegara district is an area prone to landslides. Current disaster management system landslide is not yet available, while for mapping landslide area already exists, but in the form of a conventional map. As a result, the information is static, difficult updated and does not provide a lot of information that people need because it is not accessible by the public.Metode yang Methods : Using sequential linear methods (waterfall) include systems analysis and design stages of the system. In the analysis of the classification system is to determine user needs and specifications. In system design includes the design DFD to model the process, ERD to model the data, as well as interface design (prototype). Results : This research yield the system requirements specification, design and prototyping process DFD. The features of which include mapping of landslide-prone areas, mitigation and disaster management. System is equipped with an early warning activities to deliver information in the form of results predicted weather/climate. While the disaster management system in the form of the ability to display the number of refugees, the number of refugee shelters, layout-layout and post evacuation needs of each post Keywords : GIS, Landslides, Mitigation, Disaster Management
